San Cristóbal, 20 de marzo de 2014 (Prensa ORIC).- El Coronel Vilmer Morón Ramírez, Decano de la Unefa-Táchira, mencionó que esta casa de estudios que sufrió el incendio de su sede en San Cristóbal, renacerá de las cenizas. Apuntó que desde el 13 de febrero el acceso ya estaba truncando por grupos violentos, motivo por el cual los casi seis mil estudiantes, debían caminar entre siete y 12 kilómetros para cumplir con sus asignaciones. Denunció que desde ese día hubo intentos de violación a los portones de seguridad y lanzamientos de objetos contundentes contra la infraestructura, actos que conllevaron al incendio de la unidad de transporte de la Unefa y la posterior destrucción de los edificios.
