La defensora del pueblo del Estado Guárico, Beatriz Higuera se pronunció sobre la situación irregular que está pasando en las inmediaciones de la Penitenciaría General de Venezuela. La Defensora Higuera, informó que la defensoría se mantiene monitoreando la situación desde la semana pasada desde el día en que no se les ha permitido la visita a los familiares de los privados de libertad que se encuentran pernoctando en las adyacencias de la PGV y sobre los familiares que se encuentran dentro del recinto penitenciario.
