Tony’s recent engagements include management consulting, global corporate restructurings, enterprise-wide optimization planning, and strategy and business planning, as well as merger and acquisition reviews and internal control compliance. Tony has spoken on various TMT topics at advanced industry seminars and is often quoted in the press on industry leading issues. He is recognized as a TMT industry expert by the U.S. Federal Courts in matters of management, transactions and value strategies.
