Delta Green “Pathways into Darkness” Final Chapter: Descent’s End

from Twin Cities by Night · host twincitiebynight

After a harrowing journey deep beneath the Yucatán jungle, the agents enter the final stretch of their mission—one that tests their endurance, their trust in each other, and their grip on reality itself. Strange environments, stranger phenomena, and the weight of what they’ve witnessed all converge as they push toward their objective. Every decision becomes heavier, every step more uncertain, and the line between success and survival grows razor thin. About the Chronicle Delta Green: Pathways into Darkness is a Majestic-12 focused Delta Green duet, following NRO Delta agent Lee Jarvis as he’s tasked with carrying out impossible orders in service of a shadowy pact between humanity and inhuman “allies.” Set in 1994, this story blends military horror, conspiracy, and cosmic dread as Lee and his team infiltrate a lost pyramid in the Yucatán, racing against an unseen deadline to stop an extinction-level event buried beneath ancient stone. 🗨️ Hop into our Discord! The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile. Mathematicians working with engineers and economists, can make significant contributions to address such issues, by helping to develop fit-for-purpose models for next generation energy systems. These interdisciplinary approaches are looking to address a range of associated problems, including modelling, prediction, simulation, control, market and mechanism design and optimisation.
