Send us Fan Mail“I truly believe that Yoga can transform your life.” A woman of many hats, Priya Nair is an Electronics Engineer by education who has worked with organizations like HP, Qualys and Cisco, a professional baker, a fitness enthusiast and today, a trained yoga therapist and a Hatha yoga teacher. Priya’s yoga journey spans 18 years and she practices the Bikram’s Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Traditional Hatha Yoga, Akshar Power Yoga and Shivananda Yoga styles. With over 3000+ hours of teaching experience, Priya is a RYT500 Yoga teacher, C-IAYT (certified yoga therapist), a registered Prenatal-Postnatal Yoga teacher and lactation consultant. She also specializes in Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga.
