最近聽到上班族在工作上都越來越忙了, 不斷進來的專案,壓得喘不過氣來。 為了工作效率,做什麼事情都趕趕趕,心裡就很慌。   在我多年的諮商專業裡,在生活適應上面 我分類成五個滿意,分別是家人關係,感情上的,在健康上 以及職涯跟經濟上的滿意。   尤其進到職場之後,重視職涯發展和經濟穩定, 才能夠感到安心,也比較能照顧到感情和家人。 當然健康是非常重要的, 和職涯經濟都有相互的影響。   我們必須要有健康的身心,才能衝刺職涯發展達到經濟穩定。 我們需要認識自己才能夠時常保持健康的正向的狀態, 才能發揮自己最大最好的表現。 然而在職場的負向態度, 卻造成我們在工作效率上面隱形的殺傷力。   工作壓力不要壓垮你,而是讓你閃閃發亮,脫穎而出主要 是我們如何看待這個工作壓力,有三種面對壓力的態度看看你是哪一種   第一個是完全忽略壓力的生理反應 其次是固著的心理狀態 最後一種就是面對工作壓力抱持著調整自己心態和習慣的態度, 保持彈性的重要。 Powered by Firstory Hosting
