如何發展自我效能呢?有以下六大秘訣   (一)技巧或訓練:自我效能可以用各種方式強化,許多研究探究各種計畫或訓練方案對自我效能的影響。確定擁有需要屢行任務的技巧或是調適的技能,可以協助當事人發展自我效能。   (二)提供回饋:提供當事人修正性及正向的回饋。             修正性回饋是根據工作執行面的不足,而不是根據案主人格的不足,             透過消除在應用資源上的障礙,協助案主發展一種自我效能的感覺;            當修正性回饋聽起來像是人格攻擊時,自我效能的感覺就會下滑。            正向回饋透過強調案主的優勢和增強做得好的地方強化他們的自我效            能。   (三)利用成功做為增強物:             協助當事人從事能夠產生正向結果的行動,即使是小小的成功,             也可以增強案主自我效能的感覺。在人們努力朝向主要目標邁進時,             先達成次要目標,將有助於支持並增加我們的自我效能感,此種自我效             能感並能推動進一步的表現。   (四)示範:協助案主透過學習他人來增強自己自我效能的感覺。             最具有代表性的研究是Bandura等人在1969年所做的治療對蛇恐懼症的             研究。經由觀察真人楷模(隔著玻璃窗)以相當輕鬆、自在的神情把弄             一條蛇,到引導受試者參與碰觸、抓,最後能握住一條蛇,顯示使觀察             示範的方式,確能降低恐懼感,並進展至能讓真蛇盤在身上   (五)鼓勵: 正向且相當的鼓勵,有助於提升自我效能。   (六)減輕害怕和焦慮:協助案主克服他們的害怕,害怕會阻礙案主的自我效             能感覺。可以經由一些方法來調整情緒,一個正向穩定的情緒,有助於               提升自我效能             Powered by Firstory Hosting
