當關係裡的慢性焦慮升溫時,漸漸地 我們會發展出綁住焦慮的模式, 可能暫時性的降低我們的焦慮, 但卻不是長久之計, 不論是在家庭、職場,人際關係, 甚至是親密關係中都有它們的身影, 綁住焦慮的模式並非不可使用, 而是過度的頻繁的採取這些模式, 會讓我們跟別人的關係有更多的焦慮, 且無法有效因應人際之間的情緒張力。 以下這四種方法是常常會出現的模式: (1)      衝突 : 在關係裡我們有各自的立場的時候, 若是只想著堅持己見,說服對方,就 很容易觀察到彼此用力地大聲說話、激烈溝通, 而沒有辦法聽見對方的聲音,形成衝突、爭執的狀況。 (2)      情緒切斷 : 當關係中衝突經常發生,或是非常想迴避衝突的關係, 就容易採取疏離或情緒切斷的方式來減少接觸或不接觸, 情緒切斷又分為兩種形式:拉開物理距離的不接觸 或是拉開心理距離,在同一個屋簷下卻互不接觸, 在職場中也很常可以觀察到這樣的現象。 (3)      高低功能的互惠: 有時候我們會看到直升機類型的父母, 往往他們的孩子的生活功能都不見得表現得太好, 當關係充滿焦慮時,過度的高功能容易與低功能互補在一起的狀態, 例如:只想充分被照顧像小孩姿態的太太 跟拼命三郎一直扮演父母角色的先生。 (4)      三角關係: 當兩個人的關係有所焦慮時, 其中一方可能會採取一個策略, 拉攏第三方做結盟,讓自己與第三方能在圈內, 排擠有情緒張力或焦慮的人在圈外,而形成三角關係。   關係焦慮其實並不可怕, 它需要回到個人對於內在與關係的觀察, 辨識自己在情緒性反應底下有哪些與人的綁住焦慮的模式, 練習讓自己的情緒系統與理智系統能夠平衡, 有意識地與人互動, 練習做適合回應(response)而不是自動化的回應(reaction)。 Powered by Firstory Hosting
