到底什麼是焦慮呢? 坐立難安,心情很煩,擔心放不下, 或者是很想找人說話,重複說同樣的話, 不斷的叨念,要立刻去做,容易發脾氣, 肩膀很緊繃,覺得無法放鬆等等。   #焦慮不只自己會不舒服,#有時還會破壞與人的關係 跟焦慮的人溝通時,不容易達到好的結果, 焦慮的人常有認知窄化的狀態,當下會不太理性, 很多時候都會衝動的說一些話,破壞人和人關係。   在臨床診斷上,常用的DSM-5的診斷標準,對於廣泛性焦慮症有如下診斷   1.   針對許多事件或活動有過度焦慮和擔憂,至少六個月的期間內, 有症狀的日子比沒有的日子多。 2. 個案認為難以控制此擔憂。 3. 焦慮跟擔憂會伴隨著下列症狀中的至少三項: A. 坐立不安或感覺緊張或心情不定。 B. 容易疲倦。 C. 無法集中注意力、腦筋一片空白。 D. 易怒。 E. 肌肉緊繃。 肩膀非常緊 F. 睡眠障礙(無法入睡或保持睡眠、或者睡不滿意)。 4. 焦慮、擔憂或其伴隨的身體症狀已經嚴重到影響患者的日常生活、人際關係、職業功能。 5. 這類症狀不是因為藥物或物質(如酒精戒斷反應)或身體疾病(如甲狀腺功能亢進)所造成的。 6. 患者的症狀不能單用其他精神疾病(如恐慌症)就可以解釋。   以上的標準,主要還是要依據醫生的診斷 或許我們未必達到診斷,但可能或多或少都會有部分焦慮的情況,   要了解焦慮是如何來的,先區分恐懼和焦慮的不同 從演化的角度, #恐懼反應,#是一種學習反應,#是幫助我們生存 #焦慮反應,#是一種適應不良, 是我們的大腦在資訊不足的狀態下,失控的狀態   也就是說「焦慮 等於 恐懼加上不確定」, 若是這樣的情況很嚴重的話, 當大腦思考中心無法預測,開始當機, 於是焦慮就來了,到頂就變成恐慌了。   為了緩和焦慮的心情, 處理焦慮的方式是會讓人上癮的,是一種習慣迴圈 當人預到了焦慮的觸發點,為了避開這個壓力或焦慮, 會有尋找解決方案,而產生某些行為, 若是找到解決方案,壓力放鬆了, 會覺得很開心和得到獎勵的感覺, 於是久而久之,這就變成了習慣, #習慣一旦設定,#人就會自動化的導航, 很難改變,而且不容易覺察出來,   這種迴圈已成為許多人生活的一部分, 許多人早就沒有察覺,就因此不斷的為焦慮付出代價, 例如,暴食,打電玩,拖延,發怒等   #所以面對焦慮迴圈的第一步, #就是專注於當下,#找出這個迴圈的背後原因, Powered by Firstory Hosting
