思維是可以改變的,只要不斷的學習, 是可以從固定型思維轉變為成長型思維的。   以下是一些認知和思維的改變密訣   (1)愈認識自己的思維,越能夠改變 第一步是要認識到固定型思維傾向和信念,並加以糾正。 覺察越多,可以有越多的選擇, 就越能改變。   (2)大腦可塑性,學習永遠不會晚 神經可塑性研究的興起,大腦像肌肉是可以成長的, 透過學習,人是可以改變大腦的迴路,進而成長改變。   (3)不知道和還不知道的差別 失敗的恐懼可能會限制你我的發展, 因為它會讓我們不想去嘗試。 但若是採取 只是還不知道, 還沒有成功的想法, 便會從認知中重新去看待自己, 於是,我們可以從不知道的過程中, 變成努力找答案,進步而成長。   (4)以成功的人為榜樣。” 有固定型思維的人將取得成功的人視為威脅。 然而成長型思維的人則會採取開放的心胸, 會向他人學習,也會結交許多的好友, 開展更多的人際關係, 當然也更容易成長。   (5)用努力而不是用結果定義自己   如果只關注考試成績、工作職位、薪水高低等結果, 那麼你將成為固定型思維的受害者。 但如果每天投身專注於積極努力的習慣, 這些習慣會逐漸累積, 最終將會形成更好的個性, 人生將會有更好的變化。   (6)讚美的是過程而不是結果 讚美孩子你一定很聰明 或你一定很努力, 結局會是很不相同, 因為被稱讚聰明的學生,為了保留聰明的感覺, 會不想失敗,而害怕挑戰。 但被稱讚努力的學生,會因為努力的信念, 反而會不怕失敗, 更會迎接挑戰。   (7)養成成長型思維的成長公式  滋養的環境,挑戰性的任務和對孩子有信心的高期望 滋養的環境包含了讚美的過程及具體的讚美 正向的親子和師生關係, 有助於孩子在課業上投入更多的努力,信心和參與度。 根據鷹架理論給予適合的挑戰性的任務, 會讓孩子獲得足夠的成就感。 有信心的高期望,畢馬龍效應,相信成功是可能的。 Powered by Firstory Hosting
