Today we’re joined by one Joel Bonilla! Shawn and Joel met at a Hopportunity meeting in 2017, then Joel became one of the founding members of Wholesaling Out of the Box. After doing his first deal, Joel joined us as an acquisitions manager and honed his skills before moving back home. Now he’s working as an investor in Philly and is killing it! We were so excited Joel agreed to this interview, it’s awesome to be able to talk to him about his current projects and see how far he’s come in the 3 years since he and Shawn met! Shawn Bowen has been a real estate investor since 2010. Right now he mostly does wholesaling, but he's also worked on new construction, rehabs, lending, buy and holds, rentals, and creative financing.
