“I just hope that girls do feel that they have a place and that they can speak up and can go after their dreams. That’s not always easy, but we have a right to be there and actual build our dreams as much as men do. Representation is key. But it will take time to change that. It starts with women saying 'yes'. I have a rule to always say yes, even if I feel uncomfortable.
