Episode 36: Super Metroid - Defining a Genre

Our long awaited episode on Super Metroid is here! We invited our friend Vito, @8bitbarrister in Instagram, to talk about one of the best games ever released. The three of us consider Super Metroid as one of our favorite games of all time and we really enjoyed revisiting the game as it celebrates its 30th anniversary. Deucy also talks about how he's able to beat the game in just over an hour! Super Metroid would eventually influence Castlevania and the two now define an entire genre that's immensely popular to today.
