In this episode, Cel speaks to the incredible Kim Hartwell about her experience of becoming a mother and hitting rock bottom before realising that some simple changes to how she approached climbing the mountain of motherhood with compassion and coping mechanisms. Kim Hartwell is a personal trainer, yoga teacher and breathwork coach with more than 10 years experience working in the industry. Her work focusses on taking Mums from “barely surviving” to “thriving” not only in motherhood but in life.  Mumma to Indie (2) her brand HUMUM is a reflection of her core mission to remind Mums (like herself) new and experienced that every mum deserves to live a life full of purpose and passion. That they can feel confident and strong, not only as a mum but in themselves. That they are not “just a Mum” but a human with very human needs. Having had first hand experience of the mental toll motherhood can take (suffering from post natal depression) Kim knows exactly how hard it can be growing your own human in the current world we live in.
