Filipe Raposo é pianista, compositor e orquestrador. Iniciou os seus estudos de piano no Conservatório Nacional de Lisboa, e fez depois o mestrado em Piano Jazz Performance no Royal College of Music, em Estocolmo, e foi bolseiro da Royal Music Academy of Stockholm. É licenciado em Composição pela Escola Superior de Música de Lisboa. Colabora regularmente como compositor em Cinema e Teatro. Fez, por exemplo, a música original do documentário “um corpo que dança – ballet Gulbenkian 1965-2005” de Marco Martins. Como compositor, orquestrador e pianista tem colaborado com inúmeras orquestras europeias, a solo ou com diferentes formações em festivais internacionais. Em Portugal, trabalhou com nomes tão sonantes quanto Sérgio Godinho, José Mário Branco, Camané, Vitorino, Jorge Palma ou Rita Maria, com quem desenvolveu vários projetos.   Desde 2004 que colabora com a Cinemateca Portuguesa como pianista residente no acompanhamento de filmes mudos. Editou vários discos em nome próprio, o último dos quais chamado Obsidiana, em 2022.
