We're focusing on people living and working with disabilities in today's episode in advance of International Day for People with Disabilities.  Since 1992 the United Nations has been marking December 3rd as International Day for People with a Disability. 

We have two interviews focused on small businesses from diverse industries working with disabled employees and working with disabled customers.
