Doner James oversaw creative product, new business development, negotiation, and multi-media marketing for major national /international clients. During his tenure at Doner, the agency grew from $50 to $500 million+ in annual billing, with co-headquarters in Baltimore and Detroit, offices in Tampa, Cleveland, Boston, Dallas, London, Toronto, and Montreal. James is a marketing consultant, entrepreneur and author of numerous books including “Tiger Woods Made Me Look Like a Genius,” “Together We Were Eleven Foot Nine,” and a humorous guidebook entitled “Rules for Husbands/Rules for Wives.” He has been awarded with multiple honors including Adweek Magazine Creative Director of the Year and has won Clio Awards, Andy Awards and One Show Awards to name a few. James also serves on numerous civic and corporate boards in Baltimore. He holds a B.A. in English with honors from the University of Michigan.
