How She Runs a Successful Biz with ADHD

from How She Did That

Since I was diagnosed with ADHD at 23, I’ve spent a good amount of my time learning more about it. That led me to learn more about myself and how I work. And all this learning about ADHD as a business owner led me to find more business owners who’ve been diagnosed as well, which led me to Courtney Chaal! Courtney is an amazing person who understands the strengths and struggles we’ve faced as someone with ADHD. If you’ve ever felt like you needed a new way of doing things, this is the episode for you. 👯‍♀️In this week’s episode of HSDT, Courtney Chaal and I talked about how we’ve been able to run our successful business with our ADHD diagnoses. This Week We Talk About: What it’s like to be an Online Business Owner with ADHD How to make your ADHD work for youHow your ADHD can resonate with your clients Do you own an agency or are you in the process of building one? Are you having a hard time figuring out how to delegate tasks to your teammates? I’ve definitely been there - so I know you might be having a hard time giving up control. And it makes sense! This business was your baby for so long! But as an agency owner, you need to step into a CEO mindset and trust that the people YOU hired are amazing at what they do and can get the job done. Trust me, I had to learn this lesson the hard way. In next week’s FB Live, I’ll be talking about how I learned how to give up control to help my agency grow and how you can, too. Check it out at 2 pm EST on Sept 21st over on the Tasha Booth Facebook page!
