Since Arielle was a kid, she remembers her filipino parents telling her how much they sacrificed to get her this better life by coming to America. And they'd always repeat to her a phrase she reminds herself of to this day: "Yours is just to be happy."It's the big question, isn't it? How do we actually achieve real, genuine, true to us, HAPPINESS? Just a warning - Arielle isn't 100% sure, but she does dive into things she's doing that are probably steps in the right direction.  In this episode, Arielle talks about the great control YOU have to make yourself happy, to heal your life, and to create whatever the FUCK you want.
