Trigger warning: Talk about depression and anxiety. First of many first episodes for me, I am exploring a new version of podcasting. After several attempts at creating, I'm finally doing what I love, talking. Honest conversation with myself and listeners about real life situations and feelings that need to get out there.  This particular episode is very vulnerable for me. I have and will not edit anything. I refuse to. If I start, then I might freak out and delete it all.  Here's the article I refer to with the less-than life-expectancy of untreated ADHD adults/children:  https://chadd.org/advocacy-blog/new-research-suggests-untreated-adhd-reduces-life-expectancy/ Here's the amazon link to the book I'm planning on reading: Radical Guide for Women with ADHD: Embrace Neurodiversity, Live Boldly, and Break Through Barriers I hope any and all of this episode find you a bit less alone in your human experience, a bit more informed, and safe in your spaces.  xo-H
