Guess what.. it was my birthday this week and I turned 45. I'm now in Chapter 45 of this crazy life and I'm going to make it the best year yet. I think that for the first half of our lives, we collect lessons and things along the way, and then what really matters is what we do with all that during the second part.

For me, I am going to talk about it and share. Because like I will tell you about in this episode, I'm pretty sure my calling is never to be a football quarterback. But using my voice to make you feel like YOU matter too, and that your dreams are important, is what I am meant do.
