The current standard is 10 years to diagnosis for a chronic disease that causes severe and life-impacting pain for an estimated 10% of women and girls globally. That disease is endometriosis. Margaret Melville - a female founder and MBA grad who is harnessing AI and machine learning to improve healthcare delivery is working to change that with her company Lasa Health. Lasa Health helps clinicians and ultimately helps patients by providing a unique and innovative solution to a serious problem in the women's health space with plans to eventually expand her platform beyond it's focus on pelvic pain and endometriosis to include other commonly under-diagnosed medical conditions. As a clinician, I cannot wait to see the impact this company has on the healthcare industry and care delivery.

The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile. This podcast began life as an audio diary, an anonymous outlet for somebody with this weird condition. That Hoarder speaks about her experiences living with compulsive hoarding, she interviews therapists, academics, researchers, children of hoarders, professional organisers and influencers, and she shares insight and tips for others with the problem. Listened to by people who hoard as well as those who love them and those who work with them, Overcome Compulsive Hoarding with That Hoarder aims to shatter the stigma, share the truth and speak openly and honestly to improve lives.
