I ran the Merriman Trail on PKOLS (Mount Douglas) with my wife, Norma. This moderate trail took us through forested areas with diverse flora and fauna. We enjoyed scenic views of the ocean, Mount Douglas, and Victoria. Accessible year-round, the well-marked trail was perfect for a good workout without being overly strenuous. We found it a convenient and enjoyable trail run
