The first training session of the Human Rights in Business project was held in Donostia-San Sebastián, Spain on February 19-20, 2015. In this panel, Brooks Daly, Prof. Katerina Yiannibas, Prof. Catherine Kessedjian and María Herrero discuss the effectiveness of non-judicial mechanisms, and in particular international arbitration, in providing redress in cases involving human rights violations.
