The night before my book launch this past weekend, I was up late refreshing my Amazon page over and over again. I had set an audacious goal of 100 reviews before my public launch and was incredibly close to achieving it. The number of reviews remained at 94 now matter how many times I refreshed. Then I remembered that some of my team were posting on Amazon sites in their home countries. I found a list of these sites on Wikipedia and checked my book page on each one of them.
