Hoy el protagonismo de la conversación es Ramón Sorolla, podador fragatino que se acercó hasta nuestros estudios de la mano de Miguel Ángel Corrales. Creo que es, además de un maestro en la poda de frutales, un apasionado pedagogo de ese arte. Como el mismo nos dijo se siente un árbol. Ramón no para de aprender cuando enseña, habla de lo importante que es la formación, del desprecio de las instituciones por el mundo campesino. De lo importante que es la psicología, juntarse y animarse juntos. Me contó que los manzanos de Caderechas eran veceros y que ahora, gracias a la poda, producen todos los años. Que al árbol sólo hay que escucharle... Y recuperar el sabor antiguo es el objetivo de su poda. Miguel Ángel tambié habló y contó que el mercado valora todavía la "marca" de las frutas de Valdivielso. El pasado año vendió melocotones y paraguayos de nuestra tierra muy valorados por su sabor.
