Rising Interest Rates; what should we be doing as landlords & business professionals.

I'm back! Its 2023, a New Year and fresh start, although my goodness we do find ourselves in a property 'pickle' with all sorts of interesting challenges facing landlords once AGAIN. Fear not investors!
