És la condemna que, finalment, ha imposat l'Audiència Provincial de Castelló a Adrian Butunoi, d'origen romanés, per uns fets comesos al maig del 2017. El ja condemnat va agredir sexualment a la seua única companya de treball mentre es trobaven en plena jornada de treball, recollint oliva en una partida rural de la localitat.
