When I was a kid and I felt worried, my Mom told me to close my eyes, visualize a bag, put all my worries in it, and air punch the imaginary bag until I felt better. This piece of advice has followed me for the past 20 years and has proven reliable times and times again. I wanted to share that technique in today's meditation...cause some air punching has never hurt anyone ;) To practice standing up, with some space around you, at any moment you feel stuck or frustrated!
