The Final Gbedu Introduction

from Webster Worldwide Student Podcast · host Webster University Podcasting Course

It says final but this is just the beginning.  A podcast about the music scene in West Africa and how the producers, artists and musicians are impacted by this industry as they rise to fame. I will have an intro that is both artistic and expressive of the various sounds of afrobeat and Afropop. A healthy mix of natural sounds and beats. I hope to interview different levels of musicians from Ghana and Nigeria. Discussing how as a listener of music what I enjoy and how I see the music industry. We will also listen to their beginnings, their growth and their hurdles. This show will feature various kinds of upcoming musicians, studio owners, and producers as well as established musicians and producers. I also hope to interview the musicians that are not after fame but to use their talents and skills to serve in churches and perhaps teach kids. Ultimately, I hope to entertain and teach about the music industry and how it influences us.
