By working certain pathways in the nervous system the nerves become adapted and pathways work better. Movement helps with balance because joint receptors become more reactive to sudden changes or shifts in weight bearing. Movement also improves disc and joint health because many joints in the body depend on movement to get nutrition and the synovial fluid to circulate. Chiropractic can help with flexibility and movement because adjustments increase your range by going into a para-physiological space that you cannot get into on your own. Movement of the body also helps your circulation and blood flow which can help you have a greater heat beat range, Improve blood pressure, and keep your muscles strong and healthy.
