Hi, I am Rachel Wong. And I am the founder of Rachelwsf & Co. In Rachelwsf & Co, I help stressed and overwhelmed moms reconnect with themselves and their family members and find more joy in their family life. Self-care is not a cure for everything. But with the correct mindset and self-care done right, it would definitely be able to lift your spirits and helps you feel calm. Many people would think that self-care is time-consuming, I don’t have enough time for self-care. My schedule is already so packed, and taking time out for self-care is just going to stress me out more if I am unable to accomplish it. But self-care is more than actually putting aside time to practice it. People mentioned: Claryn Neo IG: @theoilingplacesg and Adelyn IG: @abundancebuds.
