Jeg deler desuden råd til hvad du kan gøre når du selv er i en ny æra af dit liv. Det betyder ikke at du skal ændre alt, men at du måske bare er et sted lige nu hvor der skal nogle andre ting til, end dem du er vant til.Det er vigtigt at anerkende hvor man er i sit liv, og man skal huske at tage et aktivt valg om hvad man eksponeres for, og være bevidst om hvad man konsumerer af indhold online.
