Inspired at first by the music of Daft Punk, the Chemical Brothers and Massive Attack (and later, POB, Sasha and John Digweed), Jaspersohn began recording his own house and techno music at age fifteen, and quickly unlocked his signature gift for creating fresh sounds and beat patterns. He lives in Brooklyn, NY where he runs the indie label Jyre Records, produces new artists, and writes, records and performs his own music.
