Este jueves se realizó en el salón las banderas del palacio federal legislativo de Venezuela la instalación formal del grupo de amistad parlamentaria entre Venezuela y Brasil. El Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario de la República Federativa de Brasil ante el gobierno de Venezuela, Excelentísmo señor Rey Carlos Pereira, destacó la importancia de reactivar las relaciones bilaterales con el país suramericano. El Viceministro para América Latina y el Caribe del ministerio del poder popular para relaciones exteriores, Alexander Yánez señaló que gracias al comandante eterno Hugo Chávez las relaciones con Brasil se fortalecieron. De igual manera, el Presidente del Grupo de Amistad Parlamentaria Venezuela-Brasil, diputado Yul Jabour señaló la importancia de la integración latinoamericana y caribeña. Se espera que en el mes de mayo se realicen nuevas reuniones entre Venezuela y Brasil para abordar diferentes temas y fortalecer los lazos entre ambas naciones.
