Vulnerability, Stretching Beyond Our Comfort Zone, Connecting To Our Essence

from Raw Conversations with Corinne Blum · host Corinne Blum

I sang in front of an audience this past Saturday and I want to share my personal story about my experience; which involves vulnerability, stretching ourselves beyond our comfort zone and connecting to the essence of who we truly are. What makes all of that possible is allowing Love to be the container for our experience. Because love (self-love) said to me as I was nervous as all hell and wondering if I could really do this: “It’s ok, no matter what happens I’m here for you. I’ll support you, love you, accept you no matter what.” Love allowed me to exhale and be me. It encouraged me to be vulnerable, stretch myself beyond my comfort zone and allow the essence of who I am to come out and play and be free. I can’t tell you how enlivened it made me feel. It was food for my soul! Tune in for more… Loving you from afar, Corinne
