A lot of it comes down to community, and you know, we say a lot of community is the key, and in this respect, it is so. When there's more collaboration in coworking spaces—and when I say collaboration, I am talking from personal experience. So much of my work has come from people I'm sitting one or two desks away from. When I've been in a coworking space, often, you know, I'll sit up and say, "Does anyone know how to do video?" And then Martha is opposite me, so Martha gets a video job because she's the closest. "64% of freelancers also claimed that their coworking space network is a source of generating new referrals, new jobs, and chances to explore new opportunities." Proximity is so key. When people are in a kind, thriving, and connected environment, they don't want to leave. This helps your member retention, and then they tell other people, and then people want to be part of that space, so it's a knock-on effect all the time.
