Will Ruddick (Grass Roots Economics Foundation)

Will is the founder of Grassroots Economics Foundation and is focused on currency innovation. Living in East Africa since 2008, Will is dedicated to connecting communities to their own abundance and is an advocate for, and designer of, currencies for poverty eradication, sustainable development, and economic empowerment. Will shares his journey and revelations in activism, community currencies, and his quest to know how far he can push technology to empower people. With the Grassroots Economics Foundation, Will has set out to inspire and help Kenyan villages create their own local economies and enrich themselves with their own community currencies.
