In this episode, join the conversation with Dr. E.F. Rain and Dr. Woon Puay Koh. They discuss the benefits of daily consumption of coffee, black tea, or green tea and how it could actually be helping you age better. Dr. Koh is a Professor in the Healthy Longevity Translational Research Programme at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and a Joint-Professor at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health at the National University of Singapore. Prof. Koh is also a Senior Principal Investigator at the Singapore Institute for Clinical Sciences, Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Singapore. She is the Principal Investigator of the Singapore Chinese Health Study, a cohort of 63,257 middle-aged and elderly Chinese Singaporeans established for the long-term study of dietary and environmental determinants of chronic diseases among Singaporeans. She has co-authored over 450 scientific papers on diet, lifestyle, and genes in relation to the risk of diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, gout, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, and aging outcomes.
