110 days Sober - Building a Brand & What Getting Clean Actually Looks Like

Bill showed up with a puppy. Her name is Kelce. She wore pink.No one could focus for the first five minutes—and no one even tried.Bryan Dezio, founder of Capone’s Sandwich Shops in Rochester, joins Rebecca and Jojo straight off a shift—because that’s the only kind of time he has. Fresh haircut, 60 pounds down, 110 days sober… and he didn’t have to say any of that. He chose to.Bryan built Capone’s from the original Penfield shop into multiple Rochester-area locations, with a licensing model on deck. Landscaping. Snow plowing. Kitchens—from The Cheesecake Factory to JB Quimby's to Donnelly's Public House. Texas and back. Always moving. Always building. And quietly… falling apart. For the first time publicly, Bryan opens up about substance abuse, alcohol, a midlife crash, a serious stomach condition—and the moment he realized his tolerance had climbed so high he was taking 15–20 Percocet at once and feeling nothing. This is the story of hitting bottom, telling the truth, and starting over.Bryan shares why getting clean means coming clean, his upcoming baptism on May 19th, and the tension between protecting the Capone’s brand and telling a story that might actually help someone else survive theirs. Also in this episode:Fit checks (and a Capone’s hat Rebecca wants redesigned), Midtown’s new Smith machine and gym etiquette disasters, a woman who treated it like her personal throne, Rebecca’s pescatarian origin story (blame the sausage casings), Jojo’s kids threatening existential collapse if she eats chicken, and… mercury in sushi.New episodes of Two Fit Chicks drop weekly.Produced by Bill Moran Productions. Jenny From the Barre, Comp Prep Week Three & Why Cravings Actually Go Away

Rebecca’s car is back—and somehow looks better than when she bought it. Shoutout to Mike Brockie at Mobile Paint Guy Collision in Gates… full glow-up, inside and out. Meanwhile, it took a full support team to survive the weekend—dad on Uber duty, JoJo on pickup, because yeah… it takes a village. Enter Jenny from the Barre—real name Jenny Rossi—Midtown Athletic Club instructor, mom of four (including twins), and living proof that chaos can be scheduled. She cracked the code: teach during school hours or it’s game over. Bill took a barre class once… and let’s just say his takeaway was memorable. Jenny? Not surprised. Most guys don’t get it—until they try it. We get into what barre actually is, why it works, and how Jenny’s flipping the script—taking classes out of the studio and into real life. Think: pop-up workouts at The Brand Bar, mimosas included, then straight to The Beer Project. Fitness + shopping + drinks = business model that just hits. Rebecca floats a live podcast + barre class at Dino’s. Honestly? That might happen. Meanwhile, Rebecca is deep into Week 3 of comp prep for her pro show in Minneapolis—six meals a day, macros locked, no alcohol… and here’s the twist: the cravings disappear. JoJo’s on the same plan for “Girl Summer” and already feeling the shift. We also get into:Post-kids body changes nobody warns you aboutDairy drama (JoJo can’t do cow dairy—Tyler might be next in denial)Mascara wars: Milani vs. Thrive (CVS might be winning 👀)Friday nights at Midtown = packed… because everyone wants abs before cocktailsFit checks, real talk, and a little chaos—as always. The Organizing Genie, Empty Nest Decluttering & Day Old Donuts at the Gym

Rebecca and Jojo just finished a glutes and legs class at Midtown this morning and they brought reinforcements. Michelle Cassara, aka The Organizing Genie, is in the studio. Michelle spent her career working at a plastic surgeon's office, retired, and turned a lifelong obsession with organizing into a full time business. Her friends had been telling her for years to do it. One friend opened a pantry door and everything fell out. That was the moment. Michelle broke down what she does and how she does it, from organizing Salon Enza's basement (which is in a building from the 1800s with multiple levels and possibly some ghosts) to driving her genie car to DC to move her son for the third time. She packed, unpacked, and organized his entire apartment in a week. He promised in writing he is not moving again. Her approach is practical: 15 minutes of uninterrupted time, focus on one small thing, feel the accomplishment, and build from there. She calls her phone a ball and chain and turns it off on work days.Rebecca is officially in week two of competition prep for an August show in Minneapolis. Six meals a day, macro tracking, weekly weigh-ins, and the reality that when you eat that clean, one glass of Prosecco will put you on the floor. Jojo is following the same eating plan for what she is calling Girl Summer. They have a wedding in Fort Lauderdale three weeks before the competition and Rebecca is already worried about airplane water retention. The conversation gets into empty nesting and what to do with all the stuff your kids leave behind, why the scale is a liar and your clothes are a better barometer, the difference between boutique shopping and mall shopping, how COVID turned everyone into a home organizer, and why glute training might be the real key to longevity. Michelle works out with a trainer three times a week and it shows. The chicks told her she is officially a hot old chick. She accepted the title.Fit checks from the whole table including Bill in J. Crew. Lucky Penny just opened in Fairport across from Rustic Taco. And the salon has friendly ghosts that apparently left Michelle alone while she was organizing the basement on Sundays by herself. Smart ghosts.New episodes of Two Fit Chicks drop weekly. Produced by Bill Moran Productions. Follow The Organizing Genie on Instagram. Capone's now has three locations including the new one in Irondequoit.

RF Microneedling: Skin Glow or Face Melt?

The chicks are back from Easter weekend and JoJo just flew in from a destination wedding in Miami. Meanwhile Rebecca is officially in competition prep for an August show and the meal schedule has already started. Six meals a day. She is full and it is day one.Hanna Fenton from Ora Esthetics joins the table for a deep dive into one of the most talked about and most misunderstood treatments in skincare right now: Scarlett RF microneedling. Jojo had her first session, loved the results, and then panicked after hearing from people online that radio frequency melts subcutaneous fat and makes you look older. Hannah walked her through the science, adjusted the treatment to her comfort level, and explained every step. This episode breaks down what RF microneedling actually does, how it differs from traditional microneedling, why the fear around fat loss is largely misunderstood, and what the real downtime looks like. Hannah also covers exosomes, the post-treatment serum that helps skin heal faster, and why the results don't show up overnight but are worth the wait. The conversation opens up into hair loss, specifically why so many women are dealing with thinning hair right now. Jojo sees it constantly behind the chair as a hairstylist and says she can always tell when a client is on a GLP-1. The drugs cause hair to become brittle and fall out because the body isn't getting the nutrients it was before. Hannah gets into spironolactone, how it's used for acne and hair, and what happens when you come off it after years. They also talk about microneedling for hair regrowth on the scalp, how dormant follicles can be stimulated, and why men don't need to shave their heads to get the treatment done.Plus: fit checks from the whole table, Capone's sandwich shop has a new location in Irondequoit, the difference between electrolysis and laser hair removal, why your hairdresser knows you're on Ozempic before you tell her, prevention over correction in skincare, and why the generation that baked in baby oil on blacktop with tin foil reflectors is now paying for it.New episodes of Two Fit Chicks drop weekly. Cracked, Cupped & Competition-Ready

Jojo and Rebecca are back, and this week they brought a friend. Will Imburgia, chiropractor and owner of Freedom Chiropractic in Penfield, pulls up a chair for episode 28. The girls have been in his office and they can vouch. The shockwave therapy, the muscle release work, the cupping that looks alarming but apparently feels great after the first two minutes. Will breaks down what he actually does and why it works, and why so many people are one visit away from avoiding surgery they probably don't need. They get into the hip flexor, which is chronically tight on basically everyone, what cupping actually does to your body and why the darker the mark the better, and why the BMI scale is essentially useless for anyone who lifts. The competition talk takes over for a good stretch. Will competed in the Mr. Buffalo show and placed second in his class. Jojo and Rebecca have their own war stories. The spray tan. The lights. The heels. The man with the spray gun at the out of town show, which was not what anyone signed up for. The cookies in the car on the drive home.Rebecca is prepping for a show. Jojo is prepping with her and planning to look great at the show without actually being in it. There is a wedding in Florida three weeks out and they are already nervous about it.Also: feet, fur coats, gluten, and what it actually takes to get to the stage and stay there.

Full, Fried, and Locked In - The Two Fit Chicks

JoJo and Rebecca came back from spa day… relaxed, refreshed… and immediately spiraled into stories. They hit Elephant and the Dove, overdid it (obviously), and JoJo dropped a line that stopped everything cold:“I’d rather be hungry than full.”Yeah… we unpack that. Then Michael Tandoi pulls up — fresh off a cruise with the boys (San Juan, DR, Bahamas… light flex), and a paving convention in New Orleans… where he casually walked 25,000 steps chasing a legendary fried dough spot. Found it. Ate it. Worth it.But now? He’s locked in.April 27th show.210 → 187.Back to his strongest self.Meal prep. Macros. No nonsense. We get into the weird stuff too — like how Fig Newtons go from childhood trauma to coffee-dipping morning ritual. Growth. Also… Midtown Gym? Not happening. If you’ve gotta stop 15 times to say hello, it’s not a workout — it’s a meet-and-greet.And then there’s the real MVP moment:His 11-year-old wanted a mansion party… Airbnb said no.So he turned his house into a full-blown glamping experience — robes, headbands, the whole thing.Dad of the year behavior. This one’s not polished. It’s not filtered. It’s just real life — with a mic on.

Bachelor Auction, Dating App Stories & Fireball Shots

JoJo and Rebecca sit down with Jerry Suhr and Hunter Johnson, two bachelors in the upcoming Cancer Support Community of Rochester bachelor auction at Anthology on March 21st. Jerry is on the associate board and co-chairing the event. Hunter is one of the bachelors. The crew does a fit check, gets into how JoJo met Jerry on a dating app eight years ago and they became friends instead, and somehow ends up in a very long conversation about the word cunt and how it lands differently depending on who says it and how. Bill is there and does not help.Jerry is going to walk out to California Girls, possibly in aviators, possibly with a blazer that doubles as a tiki bar. He had seven drinks at his last event. He is 32 and looks 22. His mom is an esthetician. They talk about what the Cancer Support Community actually does beyond treatment, the emotional and mental toll of a diagnosis, art classes, chef classes, food pantry, therapy, and why that side of cancer support does not get talked about enough.Fireball shots are consumed. Hunter does not look happy about it.Donate at CSCRochester.org under special events, bachelor auction, or find Jerry Suhr directly and scan his QR code.

She Bought an SUV on Vibes Alone - Hoselton’s Patrick Diflorio Survives JoJo’s Car Buying Chaos

JoJo's got a new car. Sort of. She walked into Hoselton, looked Patrick Diflorio dead in the eyes, and said "which one would you get?" No budget breakdown, no checklist, no test drive strategy. Just vibes and a phone-a-friend to Rebecca. Classic. The SUV won, eco mode is engaged, and everyone on the road is passing her. She's fine with that. Enter Patty Cutlets himself, Patrick Diflorio from Hoselton, the man who survived the whole experience and lived to tell about it. He's been in the car business five years, Hoselton is basically his hometown, and he's in it for the long haul. Good thing, because JoJo showed up to pick up her car with no registration, no title, and a fully expired license. Patrick barely blinked. The man is unflappable. Bill is along for the ride, Rebecca brought bagels and donuts from Dunkin' (separately, against all odds), the finance guy was not charmed by any of it, and somehow JoJo drove off with a brand new car anyway. Patrick threw in a $100 referral offer for anyone who sends a friend his way, and you can find him over at pattycutlets.com. Chaos, car talk, chocolates from Fairport, and a woman who will absolutely be digging through a bin for her title this week.

3,000 Dresses & a Mission - How Fancy Frock Turns Fashion into Healing for Girls

Rebecca and JoJo welcome Sandy Arena from Fancy Frock boutique in Churchville to the studio for a fun, wide ranging conversation. Sandy shares the story behind Worthmore Nation, the nonprofit she founded in 2018 to empower girls who have experienced trauma through positive pageantry, removing barriers like the cost of gowns and formal wear. What started in her house with donated dresses grew into Fancy Frock, a boutique that funds the program and serves the community. Sandy talks about how they scored 3,000 dresses all at once from a Syracuse bridal shop after the owner passed away, and how the Churchville community has embraced them since opening.Bill chimes in fresh off a ski trip with his son Jameson, sharing the full chaos of the day including a magic carpet wipeout and a very frustrated fifteen year old who kept quitting and coming back. The girls do their fit check with Sandy, a woman who knows fashion, which makes it extra fun. They also get into food allergies, gluten-free life, Valentine's Day traditions, and a surprisingly deep conversation about flour dust floating out of the mill right next door to Fancy Frock and what that might mean for anyone with celiac disease!!Light, warm and a great showcase for everything Sandy and Worthmore Nation are building.

Slippery Entrances & Seriously Good Spirits

The chicks slid their way into the studio—literally. Ice, near-falls, and an immediate demand for salt and filters. The AI debate kicks things off: JoJo thanks ChatGPT like a person, Bill has a whole Irish-accented Alexa situation, and apparently saying "please" to AI is burning enough energy to heat a lake. Science.Enter Matt Lusinarius, Sales Director at Empire State Distillers—and yes, Rebecca attempted the name before recording. Bravely. They originally invited his wife Sarah, who looks like a China doll and couldn't make it. Matt showed up instead. With bottles. Already winning.Empire State Distillers is a veteran and first responder owned company out of Geneva. The mission goes beyond great spirits because a portion of every sale supports the families of veterans and first responders, the ones who get left out to dry while their person carries the trauma home. The brand is called Battle Rattle. There are five spirits, each named after something that means something to Matt. The vodka? Fire for Effect. The bourbon? I Work for a Living. The gin? It's called New Jack and it tastes like Fruit Loops in liquid form, going down dangerously smooth. The brandy is named after Sergeant Esparza, a Mexican immigrant who became a naturalized citizen and served in the US military. A true American. JoJo may have teared up.Matt also played pro soccer across four continents, and when he retired in 2015 he struggled like a lot of veterans do figuring out who you are when the thing that defined you is gone.Their tasting room opens in Ontario, NY in March. Find bottles near you at battlerattle.us.Spirits, haunted wineries, veteran pride, and a gin recipe that'll ruin every other cocktail you've ever had...this episode has it all!

    Downward Dog & Dating Disasters

The lighting’s bad, the filters are missing, and the ladies are already making demands—so yeah, business as usual. Bill is immediately put on notice. He’s on it… assuming the fixes are coming straight out of their paycheck. Leadership.Enter the guest: Jesse Sanfilippo—real estate pro and former bartender at Tony D’s, aka the sacred ground where the Two Fit Chicks first crossed paths with him. Naturally, JoJo and Rebecca slide right into nostalgia mode, reminiscing about the good old days—waaaay back in BS (Before Sam)—when JoJo was single, carefree, and somehow never pulled out the infamous cherry trick. A mystery for the ages.Things heat up fast when the conversation veers into the real reason people go to yoga and barre classes. Spoiler: it’s not mindfulness. It’s the view. Bill shares his emotionally scarring experience taking a barre class at MBODY, where he spent the entire hour sweating more from anxiety than exertion—locked in a psychological hostage situation, desperately trying not to look like a creep while surrounded by what he can only describe as “nothing but asses and birth canals.” Growth comes in many forms. From there, it’s a deep dive into gym etiquette: who’s checking out who, what qualifies as a “motivational butt” (yes, that’s real), and why confidence in Wegmans leggings deserves respect—even when the moon has craters. The girls are very open about appreciating a solid peach when they see one, and Jesse admits he’s developed Olympic-level neck discipline during downward dog.And just when you think it’s all surface-level nonsense (okay, it mostly is), the conversation swerves into dating and texting—specifically why some guys simply cannot read a room, a text, or a very clear hint. JoJo opens up about Sam’s painfully dry texting style and how she nearly wrote him off before realizing he’s just exponentially better in person. Bill counters with his own lyrical texting prowess, breaking down the fine art of sending a message that’s confident, vulnerable, and just risky enough. Spoiler alert: it worked. The episode ends on a high note—and a low waistband—with a bombshell revelation about Rebecca’s workout attire that has Jesse confidently predicting at least fifteen new Midtown signups by tomorrow morning.Gym talk, dating disasters, camel toe commentary, zero filters, and absolutely no regrets—this episode has it all.

Wine, Wisdom & What Would You Do - A Deep Talk with Isaiah House Director Kristen Kildea

Before the guest even arrives, Rebecca pulls JoJo into a serious discussion about a social media post that everyone thinks they have an opinion on—until you imagine yourself actually living it. Cue the uncomfortable honesty.Enter the guest (with wine—already winning): Kristen Kildea, director of the Isaiah House. JoJo instantly recognizes her… just not from the name (classic). Rebecca, once again, bravely battles pronunciation and powers through like a champ. As the wine is poured and the conversation flows, Kristen shares the powerful story of how Isaiah House began, what its mission is today, and why it’s such a hidden gem in the Greater Rochester community. She offers thoughtful, heartfelt insight on how to live better, love harder, and even prepare for the “crossover” (don’t worry—it’s deep, not creepy). You’ll also learn how you can get involved—whether that’s volunteering, donating, or simply spreading the word about the incredible work being done at Isaiah House. The episode wraps up in true Two Fit Chicks fashion with barre class chaos, memories of Bill’s legendary experience, and Bill sharing how he and his friends are stepping up to support Isaiah House.Serious topics, meaningful laughs, community love, and wine—this episode has it all.
