My podcast will cover topics related to wine, food, restaurants, travel and martial arts. I have over 50 years experience in the wine and hospitality industries at the highest level. Additionally, I am a fourth degree black belt in Wado-Ryu karate with additional study of Aikido and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I will even occasionally throw in a story from my incredible career.
