    No one cares & why that can set you free from self-doubt | Michelle Johnson

    In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO Podcast, I sat down with Michelle Johnson to explore leadership, self-doubt, complexity and presence from the inside out, and this conversation felt like an honest reflection on what sustainable leadership actually looks like when everything around us keeps moving.Michelle is CEO of Metrum Research Group, a global biomedical modelling and simulation company. Despite leading a highly specialised scientific organisation, Michelle did not come from a scientific background herself, which made her journey into the CEO seat even more interesting.One of the strongest moments in this conversation came from something unexpectedly simple: “No one cares.” Michelle shared how seeing those words on a t-shirt brought her a sense of relief rather than offence.     In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO Podcast, I sat down with Matt Haycox to explore entrepreneurship, money, freedom and risk from the inside out, and this conversation felt less like a discussion about business and investing and more like a reflection on how success changes once you have actually lived through enough of life to redefine it for yourself.Matt is Founder and CEO of The Matt Haycox Group, an entrepreneur, investor and capital strategist who has helped provide more than £1 billion in funding to businesses across sectors including property, fintech, ecommerce, manufacturing and events.     Story is the source code of humanity | Why perfect content becomes boring | Dmitry Koltunov Pt. 2

    In this second conversation on the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO Podcast, I sat back down with Dmitry Koltunov to continue exploring storytelling, AI and the future of communication from the inside out.We continued to discuss storytelling, perspective, creativity, pivoting and connection. Dmitry shared the evolution of Arbor, which originally began as a family storytelling platform designed to help people preserve the stories of parents and grandparents before they were lost. Over time, that evolved into a much larger idea around helping organisations transform long-form conversations into scalable narratives, across digital channels.We spoke about the growing wave of polished AI-generated content online and how quickly sameness is starting to emerge. Yet, there also seems to be a growing hunger for real voice, lived perspective and communication that actually feels real.I absolutely loved Dmitry’s “10-80-10” principle; humans shape the intention, AI accelerates execution, then humans return to refine the emotional truth, perspective and meaning behind the work. That framing felt important because it moves AI away from replacement and back toward fluid collaboration.We also explored the idea that communication itself is changing, audiences no longer want perfectly polished corporate messaging.     In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven VC Podcast, I sat down with Nelli Orlova to explore life, leadership, business, investing and startup culture from the inside out. Nelli shared, “If you’ve never failed, you’ve never tried anything new.” and what became clear is that failure is not an exception in entrepreneurship, it is woven into the process of trying, building and evolving. We spoke about the pressure founders carry externally to constantly appear successful while privately navigating uncertainty, exhaustion and self-doubt.Then there's the current AI wave, the rise of overnight “experts,” and how easy it has become to manufacture hype, polished narratives and artificial traction online.     The midlife crescendo | Community, nature & reinventing yourself | Nechumah Getz

    In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO Podcast, I chatted with Nechumah Getz to explore life, leadership and business from the inside out, and this conversation became a beautiful reflection on reinvention, identity and the human need for connection.After more than 25 years in leadership roles, including serving as a COO, Nechumah experienced two layoffs in two years. At the same time, she was navigating the deeper transitions of midlife: children leaving home, changing friendships, hormonal shifts, changing priorities and the realisation that the built-in community many women once relied on no longer naturally exists at this stage of life.What emerged from that experience was Better Outside Together, an outdoor community designed to help women reconnect through movement, nature and real conversation.Nechumah described this phase of life as the “midlife crescendo.” I related, given I am 48 and turning 49 years old this year, it is not a time of decline and certainly not the ending.     In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven VC Podcast, I sat down with Scott Kelly to explore life, leadership, business, investing and entrepreneurship from the inside out, and this conversation became a fascinating reflection on what it actually takes to survive and evolve across decades of change.What stood out immediately was Scott’s honesty around risk, resilience and adaptation. He has seen industries rise, collapse, reinvent themselves and come back stronger. We spoke about AI, not just through the lens of software startups, through the return of traditional industries like construction, real estate and infrastructure.     When life interrupts everything | Letting go & experience | Ariyeh Ginsberg Pt.2

    In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven VC Podcast, I welcomed back Ariyeh Ginsberg for Part 2 of our conversation, following a moment in Part 1 where he had to abruptly leave to take shelter as rockets were being heard near Tel Aviv.We continued to chat about what it really means to accept that we are not in control, not as a weakness, instead as a release. So much of the pressure we carry comes from trying to predict, protect and manage outcomes that are never guaranteed and yet, when you let go of that, you create space to actually think, respond and move with more clarity.What stood out was how simply Ariyeh sees the world. From observing whether a business is truly creating value, to recognising that often the most powerful insights are right in front of us. Not everything needs to be overcomplicated, sometimes it is as clear as asking: does this make sense, does it serve people, is it real?We also went deeper into safety and how people behave differently when they feel safe, whether that is in a country, a team or a business. When safety is present, people contribute, create and move forward. When it is not, they protect, withdraw and hold back and leadership plays a direct role in shaping that environment.There was also a powerful reflection on treating your business like family, in a way that brings honesty, responsibility and care into how decisions are made.
