4061 Train Like You Mean It

Take a deep breath. Inhale the new, exhale the old. Don't let what you think you can't do get in the way of what you can do to create your now. Train like you mean it. Most people quit before they even start. The voice in your head whispers limits, fears, and doubts. "You're not strong enough. You don't have enough time. You won't see results." That voice? It's your biggest obstacle. Stop listening. Start doing. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Training—whether it's physical, mental, or emotional—is a commitment. It demands focus, grit, and intention. It isn't a casual pastime you fit in when you "feel like it." Train like you mean it. Own your process every time you show up. Why? Because halfway effort breeds halfway results. Those minor excuses—"I'm too tired today," "I'll start tomorrow"—pile up until your goal feels unreachable. Your biggest competitor isn't someone else. It's you, holding yourself back with weak excuses and half-hearted attempts. You're made for more than excuses. You were built to push boundaries, to break through barriers, and to surprise even yourself with what's possible. So stop selling yourself short. Rise up. Choose discipline over doubt. Choose action over hesitation. When you train like you mean it, every workout, every practice, every step forward becomes a declaration: "I refuse to settle. I am capable. I am here to win." The K.I.S.S. ~ Train like you mean it! Habits forge the future, and your future is shaped by what you do today—not by what you dream about. So get uncomfortable. Increase the weight. Step outside your comfort zone. Meet struggle with force. Your growth starts when you stop playing small. Train like you mean it—when it comes to living the life you're meant to live—is about showing up with fierce intention and zero tolerance for half-measures. Here are three non-negotiable moves to make it happen: Define Your Non-Negotiables and Set Clear Intentions Stop drifting. Get crystal clear on what matters most to you—your values, goals, and the daily habits that will push you forward. When you know exactly what you're training for, distractions lose their power. Write down your priorities and revisit them every morning with purpose. This sharpens your focus and fuels purposeful action. Embrace Consistency Over Motivation Motivation is fickle. You won't always "feel like it" — that's normal. Training like you mean it means committing to the grind even when inspiration dips. Build routines that keep you moving forward no matter what. Accountability tools, scheduled check-ins, or a support system keep you on track. Your future self earns that respect. Lean Into Discomfort and Own Your Growth No growth happens in comfort zones. When fear, doubt, or resistance show up, that's the sign you're doing something worth doing. Push through the discomfort. Experiment with new challenges—even if they intimidate you. Training like you mean it means saying, "I'm here to get stronger, no matter what it takes." Growth is earned in those moments you don't quit. This isn't about perfection—it's about persistence. Some days you'll crush it, some days you'll drag your feet. But if you train like you mean it every day, you'll carve a path to success no one can take away. So, take that deep breath again. Inhale possibility — exhale doubt. Then get to work. Train like you mean it. Because your 'now' is waiting for a you who won't quit. No more excuses. No more limiting beliefs. Only forward motion. Rise up. Show up. Train like you mean it! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #WellspringWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4060 A Little Bit of Love

We live in a world that often feels like it's spinning too fast, demanding more than we can give, pulling our attention in every direction but inward. It's easy to get stuck reacting to the noise around us, to the pressures and expectations flying at us like relentless waves. But what if the real anchor isn't out there—it's right here, inside you? What if the difference between feeling overwhelmed and feeling whole is simply giving yourself a little bit of love? This isn't about knowing everything or having those perfect moments. It's about the quiet practice of compassion toward yourself—the willingness to hold space for who you are right now, with all your flaws and all your scars. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com When you offer yourself kindness and patience, something essential begins to shift. You stop being your harshest critic and start becoming your own ally. You begin to see that the person you are now and the one you're becoming are not opposing forces but part of the same beautiful, evolving story. Without that focus on self-love, life can feel like a relentless storm. Days blur into an exhausting cycle of "I'm tormenting," "I'm being bombarded," or "I just can't get through the day." When you're caught in that storm, the weight of it can make you lose sight of yourself—your true essence and the direction you're meant to walk. But even in those darkest moments, you don't need a revolutionary change. You just need a little bit of love. The K.I.S.S. ~ A little bit of love! That little bit might mean: Pausing when the world expects you to rush.  Speaking to yourself with encouragement instead of judgment. Setting a boundary that protects your energy. Taking a simple moment to breathe deeply without guilt.  These small acts of care aren't selfish—they are the foundation for clarifying who you are and where you're headed. When you nurture love for yourself, having compassion for yourself, it creates a ripple effect. Recognize the strengths that have carried you this far. Gain the courage to face challenges without losing yourself in the struggle. Tap into a well of resilience that doesn't depend on external validation but on an honest connection with your own heart. So if today feels heavy or your path feels uncertain, remember this: what you really need is just a little bit of love; a simple choice you can make right now. Give yourself that gift, and honor who you are today and who you are becoming tomorrow. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4059 Ask the Hard Questions to Get the Honest Answers

Life's noise and distractions are relentless. When you pause, even for a moment, you might notice that your mind is cluttered, not with what truly matters, but with trivial nagging thoughts and surface-level worries. Those persistent little things hammering at your head and heart don't deserve the space. What you really need is to dig deeper and ask the hard questions to get the honest answers. But most people don't want to ask the hard questions because they secretly crave an easy escape. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Think about how you handle your hangups and shortcomings. What keeps stretching and growing you? And if you are one who really has not thought about this at all, no big deal. Start thinking about it today. There are no shortcuts in life. But with preparation and persistence, you can learn what works and what doesn't, making room for who you are becoming. The K.I.S.S. ~ Just ask! If you're ready to face those challenging questions head-on and land on the right answers, just do the following: 1. Get Quiet and Be Honest With Yourself This first step might sound obvious, but it's rare that anyone truly pauses. When was the last time you sat in silence long enough to really hear your thoughts? This is about more than "self-reflection" jargon—it's about creating space so the important questions can breathe. The hard questions don't survive the chaos of scrolling social media or the white noise of constant busyness. Move away from distractions and ask yourself things like: What am I actually avoiding? What truth am I afraid to face right now? If I strip away the noise, what really needs my attention? The honesty part is a non-negotiable. If you lie to yourself—even just a little—you'll never find the real answer. Get quiet. Confront your truths. The clarity you're after is on the other side of brutal honesty. 2. Ask One Hard Question at a Time Your mind is not a cluttered inbox that you can clear by multitasking your way through 50 questions. When you ask too many questions at once, you get overwhelmed—and then you default to easy, surface-level answers just to move on. Prioritize one hard question at a time and focus on it alone. For example: Why am I stuck in this pattern? Who or what is draining my energy? What step do I avoid because it scares me? Don't rush—stay with the question until your gut or head settles into an answer that feels real. This isn't about quick fixes; it's about peeling back layers one at a time. 3. Commit to Action Even If It's Uncomfortable The last piece is where most people fail: they get some answers, but then do nothing because taking real action is hard. If your hard question reveals a limiting belief, your action might be to write it down and say a counter-truth to yourself every morning. If your answer points to a relationship needing boundaries, the action might be a 5-minute conversation. The key here is commitment to small, consistent steps that shift your reality slowly but surely. Remember: The right answers are useless if they stay locked in your head. Action translates clarity into change. Deep Thought The mind's chatter and life's distractions want you locked in trivial loops, but your true power lies in diving deeper. You can learn to ask the hard questions without spiraling into overwhelm or denial. Get quiet and honest, focus on one tough question at a time, and commit to small, real actions daily. No fluff, no easy outs—just clarity and momentum toward the life you want. Ask the questions only you can ask. You'll get the answers only you can own. Now, what's your one hard question today? 4058 The Story of Your Family

When you reflect on your life, where does your family fit in the grand story? Is God at the center of your family's narrative by genuine choice, or is His presence more a matter of convenience? The story of your family is not a ledger of right or wrong actions, successes or mistakes. Instead, it's about whose you are—rooted firmly in God's divine connection—and how that shapes the way you show up for each other and for the world around you. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Whose Family Are You? The Bible makes it clear that our truest belonging is found in God's family. Romans 8:15 reminds us, "You did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, 'Abba! Father!'" No matter our earthly ties, we are first and foremost God's children. This fact reshapes our understanding of family—not just by blood, but by shared faith and purpose. This divine belonging means that even when family gatherings are messy or relationships are strained, your presence in this story matters more than perfection. The story is about showing up—consistently, lovingly, vulnerably. It's like Jesus before the raising of Lazarus in John 11—He didn't perform His miracle from afar; He arrived, grieved with the family, and then acted, proving that presence before power is what sustains us. Showing Up for God, Family, and Self God's design for family is not about rigid rules or flawless history but about faithful presence. In Deuteronomy 6:6-7, parents are urged: "These words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children." But the teaching isn't only about words; it's about embodied love and daily commitment. Take the story of Hannah in 1 Samuel 1. She was a mother desperate for a child, and when God answered, her story became one of dedication and praise, but also of honest struggle. She brought Samuel back to the temple, surrendering him to God's care. Her story tells us that mothering isn't about control but about trust and faithful handing over. Your presence is the well of love and hope that nourishes your family's story, even in uncertainty. The K.I.S.S. ~ The story of your family! The Power of Your Presence Martha and Mary show us two sides of family presence in Luke 10. Martha was busy with tasks, distracted by responsibilities, while Mary sat with Jesus, fully present to Him. Jesus said Mary had chosen "the better part." This doesn't lessen Martha's service but elevates the power of presence. "Your story and your family's story find life when hearts are together, not just physically, but intentionally." ~ Kristianne Wargo Remember, it's not about having the perfect answer or the flawless family history; it's about the love you bring simply by showing up. Your sacred presence creates the foundation others stand on. A Mother's Day Tribute On this Mother's Day, we honor the mothers who are raising the next generation every day—molding the story of family through love, patience, and presence. You are the wellspring of hope for your family. Let your love be steady, your presence unwavering, and your faith a beacon that leads your family through the challenges and joys ahead. In Psalm 127:3, children are called "a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward." Your role is sacred. Your story, though imperfect, is powerful and needed. When you step back and view your family story through this lens, who you are and whose you are becomes the heartbeat of your living. You don't have to have it all figured out. You only have to show up. Because in the story of your family, your presence makes all the difference. Happy Mother's Day to every mom writing this beautiful, messy, meaningful story every day. 4057 Real is Greater Than Perfect

Marriage is often painted as the ultimate partnership — two people becoming one, sharing everything, and fully supporting each other. The truth is, too many spouses lose sight of themselves along the way. We start doing everything our partner wants: changing how we dress, altering how we act in public, shelving our own dreams for theirs, meeting their needs while our own are quietly ignored. Somewhere between "I do" and "we," we forget that real > perfect. Dating was different. We were curious, eager to discover everything about our partner, putting our best foot forward.  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But after the vows, the natural rhythm shifts. Not because commitment demands it, but because life's messiness and daily demands pull our focus into a thousand directions, especially toward our spouse's needs. Think back: What has happened since you got married?  What changed for the better? What changed that you wished didn't? What changed that you never thought you would be there in that season? Supporting your partner is crucial, but not at the expense of losing who you are — your passions, your voice, your growth — who you are becoming!  So don't you think it's time to get real? The K.I.S.S. ~ Get real! Here are three ways to keep yourself whole in marriage without turning selfish, because real > perfect: Set Boundaries That Protect You Boundaries aren't walls; they're the lines that keep you healthy and sane. Whether it's carving out time for your hobbies, asking for space to think, or simply saying no when something overwhelms you, boundaries ensure you don't dissolve into your spouse's world completely. It's okay to say, "I need this time to recharge." Real marriage isn't about losing yourself; it's about showing up as your best self. Keep Your Dreams on the Table Marriage isn't an excuse to put your goals on hold. Talk openly about what you want — your career, passions, goals — and work toward them alongside your spouse. Supporting each other's growth makes your bond stronger, not weaker. When you stay committed to your own future, you bring more energy, passion, and authenticity into your relationship. Communicate Honestly — The Good and the Uncomfortable Perfect spouses say only what is expected or what will please. Real spouses talk about how they truly feel — their frustrations, their hopes, their needs. This is how trust deepens. Don't bury who you are under the weight of keeping the peace. Speak your truth gently but firmly, so your spouse comes to know you, not a polished version of who you think they want. Marriage shouldn't ask you to be anything but your real self, even if that self is messy, evolving, and sometimes imperfect. Striving for perfection in your role as spouse is a lose-lose game. You'll exhaust yourself, and your relationship will shrink under the pressure. Instead, choose to be real. Be the messy, human, evolving person worthy of love and respect — who keeps growing, keeps dreaming, and keeps their boundaries. It's not about being perfect; it's about being present, authentic, and whole. Real > perfect! And that's the kind of love that lasts. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4056 Ditch the Mom Guilt

Mom guilt is a beast nobody warns you about until you've been swallowed whole by it. With Mother's Day just ahead, it's the perfect time to honor the tough, tireless job moms do raising the next generation. But let's be real and honest: more often than not, it stings more than we admit because the guilt feels like a weight on our hearts, drowning out the impact we want to have. Let it all go, and ditch the mom guilt. Because if you don't, mom guilt thrives when you take ownership of things that aren't yours to carry. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com You don't have to own every mistake, every worry, or every unmet expectation. Yet, if we're honest, we own everything, not just what is ours to carry. The sooner you stop carrying those invisible, unnecessary burdens, the freer you become. So, how do you actually break free from the mom guilt trap and reclaim your peace? You ditch it! The K.I.S.S. ~ Ditch it! Start with these three hard-hitting moves: 1. Own Your Choices — Not Other People's Expectations Mom guilt often sneaks in disguised as "I should" or "They expect me to." But here's the kicker: you're not responsible for everyone else's ideals or standards. You get to decide what's right for your family based on your reality, resources, and values. Choose what serves your well-being and your kids' best interests—and toss the rest. Own your priorities like a boss, not a martyr. 2. Separate Feelings from Facts Feeling guilty doesn't always mean you've actually done something wrong or insufficient. Your emotions are valid, but they aren't a scoreboard. Pause and ask: "What's the real story here?" Did you really neglect your child, or are you beating yourself up for being human? Break the cycle of guilt by challenging your own narrative with cold, hard facts—and recognize your wins, even the small ones. 3. Let Go of the Myth of Perfect Motherhood Spoiler alert: perfect motherhood doesn't exist. It's a marketing ploy and a social trap designed to keep you locked in comparison and self-doubt. Drop the script that says you need to do it all flawlessly. Instead, focus on growth, connection, and showing up—imperfectly but fully present. That's what your kids really need from you. —- Mom guilt isn't a reflection of your worth or your impact. It's a signal telling you to reset boundaries—from the outside pressure and from your own harsh judge. This Mother's Day, don't just honor moms around you—honor yourself by refusing to own what's not yours. Your best work as a mom isn't in self-sacrifice; it's in clear choices, honest self-talk, and showing up without chains. You've got this. Now get out of your own way. Hope for the Weary Mom by Kristianne Wargo In the quiet hours before dawn breaks, When the world still sleeps and your heart aches, Know this: your worn hands hold a power— A fierce, untamed, quiet fire. You carry more than daylight sees, The weight of worry, whispered pleas. But inside you, a spark remains— A steady light through storms and strains. Hope is not a distant dream, It's woven in your midnight scream, In every stumble, every tear, Hope blooms gently, always near. You are enough, though tired, scarred, A warrior walking through the hard. With every breath, you birth new grace— A future held within your embrace. So hold on, mom, the dawn will rise, And paint bright truths across your skies. Wear hope like a shield, step by step, Your story isn't over yet. "Be present. Be incredible. 4055 Build A Bridge

Life rarely flows in a straight line. Sometimes you find yourself pulled in a dozen different directions, tangled in disappointments and setbacks, or simply unsure which step to take next. When that happens, the instinct to quit can be loud and tempting. But instead of throwing in the towel, it's time to build a bridge. What does it mean to build a bridge this way in life? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com It's about creating a path forward that connects you from where you are right now to where you want to be next. This isn't about slamming the brakes or accepting a dead end. A bridge symbolizes movement, possibility, and connection. It's flexible enough to adapt as your journey twists, turns, or veers off course. When you build a bridge, you acknowledge your current challenges without letting them trap you. You honor what's happened—failures, lessons, detours—but refuse to be immobilized by them. Instead, you construct a new route that lets you cross over obstacles toward what's next: your next opportunity, growth, or breakthrough. The K.I.S.S. ~ Build a bridge! This mindset is essential because you were made for more than simply surviving tough seasons. You're designed to figure out another way to keep going, to absorb setbacks as fuel for learning, and to make smart pivots that sharpen your trajectory. Your "bridge" might include new skills, a shift in strategy, a fresh mindset, or new relationships aligned with your goals. When you build a bridge, you embrace the unknown. You won't always see the entire path ahead—and that's okay. The key is to lay down sturdy planks of action and belief in your ability to adapt. Each step forward is a declaration that you won't settle, that you're actively creating your own "now" rather than waiting for it to arrive. So when life scatters your focus or knocks you off course, don't shut down. Don't give up. Be bold enough to build a bridge that connects you to your next step, your next blessings, and your next lessons. That bridge is your tool for resilience and growth. And crossing it—that's how you claim the best is still waiting on the other side. "Be present. Be incredible. 4054 When No One Knows

I don't know what this season has been like for you, but sometimes life just feels heavy. You're doing your best to keep going, but eventually you look up and think…"What now? What next? I can't handle one more thing." How are you getting through the day when no one knows? The apostle Paul knew that feeling when he wrote, "We were crushed and overwhelmed beyond our ability to endure" (2 Corinthians 1:8 NLT). Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But he also knew this: You may reach the end of your own strength, but you'll never reach the end of God's strength. No situation is hopeless. God can restore your health. He can rebuild your broken relationships. He can renew your sense of purpose. You are created for more, especially when no one knows. Most of the time, we find ourselves in that place because we don't want to be a burden when we're already carrying too much. So what can you do when the weight is crushing, and the world keeps spinning, unaware?  Crush your day with hope. The K.I.S.S. ~ Crush your day with hope! When you have a little hope, you can go a long way through the day. Here are three practical moves that help you get through the day with hope and resilience when no one knows: Anchor Yourself in What's True and Constant Your feelings lie about your future—stress and despair want to blind you to possibilities. Take a moment each morning to remind yourself of unshakable truths. It might be a verse, a quote, or a memory of strength you've forgotten. This isn't "toxic positivity" — it's fuel when your own tank is empty. Take One Small Step, Not Ten Giant Ones When overwhelmed, action feels impossible. So shrink your to-do list down to one tiny, manageable task. It could be as simple as drinking a glass of water, stretching, or sending a text to one trusted person. Small wins build momentum to face what's next. Speak, Even if Only to Yourself Isolation breeds despair. Speak your truth, whether out loud or in writing. You don't have to carry the burden silently. If you can't share your struggle with others yet, journal it or say it into a voice memo. Putting words to pain breaks its grip and reminds you you're still here, still fighting. This season doesn't define you, even if it feels endless. Lean on the strength that never quits. You're made for days like this—hidden, heavy, but never hopeless. You've got this. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #WellspringWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4053 Don't Shrink Back!

Why do we wage war inside ourselves, convincing our hearts that we are our failures, that we are not enough? STOP IT!! You are created for more. Every season of your life holds a purpose that only you can fulfill. So don't shrink back! Life will never look the way you imagine it should. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com That's because we craft stories in our minds — stories built from past wounds and hopes for the future. But those mental scripts don't tell the whole truth. They distract you from the only moment that truly belongs to you: today. Yesterday? It's done. Tomorrow? It hasn't arrived yet. But today is here — and it demands your presence, your courage, and your action. The K.I.S.S. ~ Don't shrink back! You are God's masterpiece, divinely designed and purposefully placed. Yet this masterpiece only comes alive when you show up fully — willing, committed, ready to do the work. To hesitate, to stay stuck in "Excuse Land," is to leave God's plans gathering dust on the shelf. And that is a tragedy. Don't shrink back! The problems before you may seem overwhelming, and the path forward unclear. You might not see how the pieces fit or what possibilities lie in the pain. But with patience and faith, you will come to know the presence of God and the purpose He's already laid out for you today. Don't shrink back! Stand up. Step forward. Your moment is now. The world needs your light exactly where you are. No more doubt. No more fear. No more hiding. You're made for this. Create your now. Show up boldly, fiercely, and unshakable. God's got you! Don't shrink back! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4052 Run the Race Meant for You

It's human nature to look around and see what everyone else is doing—who's winning, who's falling behind. Social media makes it even harder; we see highlight reels of success, hustle, and overnight wins. But your dreams and goals are not finished by someone else's actions or accomplishments. They're only fulfilled by your moves, your focus, and your relentless commitment to run the race meant for you. Because if I were a betting girl, which I'm not, my bet would be that you already tried running someone else's race. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com And how far did you get? Did you win the race? Did you accomplish what you set out to do? Often, we fall into what seems like the easy way to accomplish our goals. Who wants to take the long way around when there's a faster route? Imagine what would happen if you stopped constantly comparing and instead got ahead by running your race—the one that fits your unique strengths, values, and priorities.  The K.I.S.S. ~Run the R.A.C.E. meant for you! That's where the R.A.C.E. method comes in. It lays out a clear path to owning your journey without distractions or detours. R — Recognize Your Unique Starting Point You're not starting from zero, and you're not supposed to run the same course as someone else. Recognize where you are right now—your skills, your setbacks, your resources. Own your story and understand your starting line. This isn't about envy or regret. It's about honest assessment so that you can plan a realistic route forward. A — Align Your Goals With Your Values The race you're in must resonate with what truly matters to you—not what impresses others. What's the point of chasing money, status, or approval if it drains your energy or clashes with who you really are? Take time to clarify your core values and set goals that reflect them. When your inner compass guides you, you'll run with more passion and less distraction. C — Cut Out Comparison and Distraction Comparison is a productivity killer disguised as inspiration. Watching others run their race only pulls your focus off your own path. Cut the noise—limit time on social media, unsubscribe from content that triggers doubt, and stop measuring your progress with someone else's yardstick. Instead, turn your eyes forward and measure your growth by your own milestones. E — Execute Relentlessly With Patience Running your race means consistent, focused action—even when progress feels slow or invisible. The temptation to sprint ahead with shortcuts or to bail at the first sign of struggle is real. But success comes from steady execution mixed with patience. Build habits that propel you forward every single day and trust that mileage builds momentum. The bottom line: Your race isn't about keeping pace with others. It's about setting your own stride, sticking to your course, and pushing through doubt and distraction. Did you watch the Kentucky Derby this past Saturday, May 2, 2026? Well, it was one incredible race! Winner: Golden Tempo Trainer: Cherie DeVaux (first female winner) Jockey: Jose Ortiz Odds: 23-1 Results: Golden Tempo 1st, Renegade 2nd, Ocelli 3rd When you run the race meant for you, success isn't a distant finish line—it becomes a personal breakthrough you claim on your own terms. You've got one shot at this race. Create your now and run the race meant for you! "Be present. Be incredible. 4051 Is God Mad At You?

What do you do when everything feels heavy, and you seem to be lost? Maybe for you, it's that feeling of the disappointments stacking up, the dreams that seem to slip through your fingers, the isolation pressing in like a weight you can't shake. If you're like me in this season, it's easy to wonder if God has forgotten you. Or worse, is God mad at you? And then I read Zephaniah 3:17: "The Lord your God is in your midst; he is a warrior who can deliver. He takes great delight in you; he renews you by his love; he shouts for joy over you." Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com It hits like a shock to the heart. Even when life feels like a battlefield, God isn't distant or silent. He's right there—in your midst. Not watching from the sidelines, but locked in the fight with you. He's not just a bystander; He's a Warrior who can and will deliver you from whatever is trying to overwhelm you. That truth alone is a lifeline. What floors me next is the part about Him taking great delight in you. Great delight. Not just tolerating your mess or putting up with your struggles—delighting. When every doubt screams that you're too broken or too far gone, God's love refreshes you. It renews every weary part of your soul with a love that refuses to quit or run out. The K.I.S.S. ~ God loves you! And then, the image I never expected: God shouts for joy over you. That's not quiet or reserved. That's a full-on celebration of you, even when you're barely hanging on. Now, you might feel invisible, but here's the truth: You are so valued, so cherished, that the Creator of the universe can't help but shout in joy because He's got you. If you're in a tough season, maybe this is your reminder: You are not alone. You are not forgotten. And you are deeply loved—not because of what you do, but because of whose you are. When the weight is crushing, and you're wondering if there's an end in sight, stop and hold onto this: The Lord your God is not just with you; He's your Warrior, He loves you, and He's your biggest fan. Keep standing. Keep breathing. And keep letting that love renew you, because the battle isn't over—and neither is the joy waiting for you on the other side. "Be present. Be incredible. 4050 I Do, But Not Today

There's a raw, undeniable magic in the early days of love. When two people are madly in love, everything seems bright, shiny, and flawless—or at least, as close to flawless as humanly possible. Each partner carries a pair of rose-colored glasses that mask faults, differences, and even potential deal-breakers. The world is new, and so is each other. It's the honeymoon of life. But time is relentless. Years press forward, and those blazing mornings turn into years that roll into decades where life happens. No wonder your attitude is "I do, but not today." Life doesn't pause or hit reset. Responsibilities pile up, disappointments sneak in, and the sour taste of "lemons" begins to spatter on formerly pristine moments. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The honeymoon phase gives way to the harrowing grind of real life: bills, kids, work stress, health issues, unmet expectations. The shiny veil fades, and suddenly your attitude shifts from "I do" to "I do, but not today." Why does life have to be so crazy and chaotic? Why does it feel impossible to keep your head above water, especially when you're trying to keep a marriage alive? Why do you feel like you're drowning in a sea of "marriage things," with waves of frustration, exhaustion, and unmet needs crashing over you? Life will never be completely smooth. Challenges will keep coming. What changes is your mindset—the choice to say "I do" not just once on your wedding day, but every single day you wake up. The K.I.S.S. ~ Choose to say 'I do'! Rather than getting lost in what can't be done or what's broken, it's time to press pause and reset your approach. What if your marriage could be the anchor in chaos instead of just another storm? Three Ways a Spouse Can Be Present Without Being Consumed Show Up With Small Intentional Actions You don't need grand gestures to prove commitment. Sometimes, the strongest engagement comes from consistent small actions: making that cup of coffee in the morning, sending a text that says "I'm thinking of you," or offering a genuine "How was your day?" These deliberate, tiny moments create a scaffold your marriage can rest on—even when everything else feels out of control. Set Boundaries Around What You Can Control You cannot fix everything. You cannot solve all problems in life or marriage at once. Accepting that your energy is limited means you get to say "no" to everything that drains you unnecessarily. Prioritize what's truly important—talks about feelings, quality time, physical connection—and don't get sucked into the endless list of "should haves," "would haves," and "what-ifs." Remember, engaged doesn't mean exhausted. Practice Radical Acceptance and Recommit Love isn't ignoring faults; it's loving beyond them. It's choosing to accept your spouse as a flawed, growing human and choosing the partnership daily, not because things are perfect, but because they matter. When frustrations rise, instead of spiraling into hopelessness, say "I do" again—an intentional, mindful recommitment to the person sitting beside you, not the fantasy you once had. It's normal to want to postpone the "I do" sometimes, especially when life bites hard. But real marriage isn't about perfection or waiting for things to be easier. It's about recommitting with raw eyes wide open. Life may be chaotic, but your choice to show up, set boundaries, and recommit can be the calm inside the storm. You don't have to drown. Not today. And certainly not tomorrow. Because you are better together. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4049 Just In Case You Missed It

Why let life get so unruly, especially when it comes to your family? Busyness does not need to be a convenient excuse to soften the blow of your absence when you tell your kids that you cannot be there for them. Don't be that kind of parent. Hang on with your presence just in case you missed it. Because you can't be everywhere all the time. Trying to be a superhero with endless energy leads straight to burnout—and that's no life, no legacy. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Instead, be strategic about your presence. Because when you're genuinely present, even in small ways, you create moments that stick. What do you do now in your family if you cannot make it to something meaningful? Just in case you missed it: being present doesn't mean perfection or constant availability. It means commitment. Commitment to showing up emotionally and mentally, even when life pulls you away physically. So, what can a parent do to make sense of their absence yet still be present so their child doesn't feel like anything was missed? The K.I.S.S. ~ Be present! Here are three simple strategies that work: Quality Check-Ins Over Quantity Time It's not about clocking hours; it's about connection. A sincere, focused conversation beats a distracted hour any day. Put your phone down, listen actively, and engage fully. Make it clear that your child's world is your world, even if your schedules don't align perfectly. Ritualize Presence Create simple, consistent routines that your child can count on—whether it's a bedtime story, a weekly walk, or a text message ritual during a busy day. Rituals anchor relationships and offer reliable signals that you're there emotionally, no matter the chaos around you. Own the Absence with Intention Don't let your absence become an invisible gap. Speak openly about why you're not there, reinforce your commitment and love, and set clear expectations for when you will reconnect. Transparency builds trust and diffuses confusion, so your child doesn't fill the silence with doubt. Your kids will remember how you made them feel, not how many events you showed up to. Commit to showing up in the ways that matter, even when you can't be there physically. Because presence is the best gift you give, just in case you missed it. 4048 Pick Up Where You Left Off

Lately, have you been able to get everything you wanted done? Most of us start out with solid plans, clear goals, and a to-do list that feels doable. Then life happens—the phone rings, emails flood in, emergencies pop up—and suddenly you're forced to pivot mid-stream. What you wanted to finish today now sits on the back burner, perhaps forgotten or frustratingly out of reach. But have no fear, pick up where you left off. Because you know all too well that it's crushing to feel like you're doing everything for everyone else while your own priorities slip away. Maybe you promised yourself you'd work on that project, launch that business, or just carve out focused time, but other things took over. Fair or not, that's where you are. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com You can either complain about how the world's against you or decide to pick up where you left off. No more excuses, no more waiting for the "perfect time" or the stars to align. Picking up where you left off means reclaiming the narrative. It means reopening your laptop and diving back into that unfinished chapter. It means showing up for your goals with the same hunger as you had on day one—even if that was weeks or months ago. Don't underestimate this simple move.  Momentum is built one small act after another, especially when you resume instead of reset. The K.I.S.S. ~ Pick up where you left off! So you've got this. You can pick up where you left off without losing steam or getting overwhelmed again? However, don't just say, "I'll start again." Pinpoint what you last accomplished and what the very next step looks like. Vague intentions stall progress. Master the art of those small wins. Commit to completing an action that feels doable within 15 or 30 minutes. These tiny victories reboot your confidence. Whether it's turning off notifications or blocking time on your calendar, shut off the noise that distracts you and guard this space fiercely. Treat it like a meeting with someone who pays you for results. Remember, you're not trying to multitask. You're focused on one thread—your thread—to weave back the tapestry of your bigger vision. This isn't a setback—it's a pause, preparing you for a comeback. And your ability to resume proves your resilience. Life will throw the unexpected at you. That's a given. But if you let interruptions permanently derail your progress, you'll never reach what you're chasing. The power lies in your return. "Be present. Be incredible. 4047 Guard Your Bandwidth

Have you ever stopped to consider how far your energy and impact actually stretch throughout your life? Most of us live fragmented days—snatching moments here and there, giving bits of ourselves without a clear sense of the whole. Yet, the result is that we end up drained, stretched too thin, and ineffective where it matters most. Guard your bandwidth. If you're not intentional about guarding your bandwidth, you'll find yourself giving away more than you actually have to offer.  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com To make a real difference—to show up fully in your relationships, work, and personal goals—you must not only dial up your reach but also fiercely protect your capacity. Understanding Your Bandwidth When you consider your lifestyle as a complete system—not just isolated pockets of activity—you start to recognize where your energy truly flows from and where it is wasted. Your capacity to give and impact others hinges on your patience and compassion. But these aren't unlimited resources. They get depleted with distractions, overcommitments, and emotional drain. The K.I.S.S. ~ Guard your bandwidth! Guarding your bandwidth means knowing what you bring to the table and fiercely maintaining it. Without this guardrail, your patience erodes, compassion fades, and your impact shrinks. 3 Actions to Guard Your Bandwidth Set Clear Boundaries When you know what matters most, you must say "no" to what doesn't. This doesn't just mean saying no to big things but also to the small energy leaks—constant notifications, last-minute favors, meetings without agendas. Your bandwidth is your most valuable asset; treat it like the precious resource it is by curating where and how you spend it. Prioritize Rest and Recalibration Energy isn't inexhaustible. What powers your bandwidth is rest, mental clarity, and emotional decompression. Schedule downtime like it's a meeting with a high-stakes client—because it is. Guard this time fiercely. Sleep, move your body, unplug, and do what refills you instead of drains you. Focus on High-Impact Actions Beware of busywork that masks itself as productivity. Focus on the tasks, relationships, and commitments that actually move the needle forward in your life and work. Learn to recognize when you're scattering your energy across too many directions. Concentrate on fewer things but do them well. Tune Into What Matters When you tune into what truly matters in your life, guarding your bandwidth becomes non-negotiable. You'll no longer fall prey to the trap of being everywhere and nowhere at once. Instead, your energy will fuel meaningful impact—stretching your patience, fueling your compassion, and expanding your reach in sustainable ways. Guarding your bandwidth isn't a luxury; it's essential for anyone serious about making a difference without burning out. Start with these three steps today and watch how your energy begins to work harder for you, not against you. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #WellspringWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4046 Knock It Out!

Why does life have to be SO hard? That question echoes in the minds of many—sometimes whispered in quiet moments, sometimes shouted in frustration. The weight of struggle can feel endless, like a storm that never passes. And yes, you can live with that feeling for as long as you want. But if you're okay with knowing that's just how it is, then you can pull yourself up by your britches and knock it out! Knock out the resistance, the self-doubt, the excuses. Knock it out like none other. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Because sitting too long inside your feelings? That's a trap. Feelings become the puppeteer controlling your actions, and suddenly, progress stalls. Nothing gets done. Dreams collect dust. Goals slip away. You already know the answer to the classic question: When is the best time to plant a tree? The answer isn't "someday" or "when conditions are perfect." It's now. Yesterday was the best, but today will have to do. So stop holding yourself where you are. Branch out. Be bold. Knock it out! Look, life gets meaningful—and even enjoyable—when you're focused on who you are right now and who you're becoming. But none of that happens if you stay tangled in the past, stuck in your own failures and feelings. It's time to get back up. Be courageous every single day. Knock it out! The K.I.S.S. ~ Knock it out! As the Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Strength isn't just a one-time gift; it's a daily choice—a decision to punch through the hard stuff rather than fold under it. And isn't that exactly what knocking it out means? Declaring to yourself, "I won't be paralyzed by fear or doubt." It means stepping into action even when you don't feel ready. Even when the odds seem stacked against you. Marcus Aurelius, the Roman emperor and Stoic philosopher, put it plainly: "The impediment to action advances action. What stands in the way becomes the way." Your obstacles don't block the path—they are the path. Knock 'em down by taking one step forward. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" ~ Kristianne Wargo So, what's your move? Keep sitting and wondering why life is so hard—or grow stronger by knocking it out. It's your call. But remember this: The only thing standing between you and the life you want to lead is the moment you decide to stand up and act. Knock it out. Now. Because the best time for your breakthrough is today. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4045 Are You Wasting Time or Using It Wisely?

Time is the one resource we all share equally, yet it feels like some people stretch it farther than others. Ever notice how a quick bathroom break or phone call somehow swallows thirty minutes before you know it? That's the sneaky nature of time—it flies, and once it's gone, you can't get it back. So, are you wasting time or using it wisely? As we get older, there's this illusion that we're just as capable, if not more, than when we were young. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But believe it or not, time seems to speed up while we slow down. Days, weeks, and years blur into a fast-forward montage. If only we could sync our energy and pace of life with how time moves. Then, maybe, life wouldn't feel like a constant race against the clock. But the good news is, you don't have to be a victim of time's slippery grip.  Just get a grip on your time! The K.I.S.S. ~ Get a grip on your T.I.M.E.! You can start mastering your hours, your minutes, your seconds—and live every day with intention. Here's a simple framework for using your TIME wisely. T - Track Your Hours You can't manage what you don't measure. Start by tracing how you actually spend your day. You might find that hours drift through social media scrolls, unconscious TV bingeing, or endless multitasking. Be brutal and honest. When you see the numbers spelled out, it's easier to cut out what steals time without giving you any return. I - Identify Your Priorities Know what matters most. Time wasted is often time spent chasing distractions or saying yes to everything except what moves you forward. List the top 3-5 things that will truly advance your goals, wellbeing, or happiness. Then, ruthlessly guard those priorities like a hawk. If it doesn't serve the list, it's noise. M - Make Boundaries This is where many fail. Saying 'no' or 'later' is uncomfortable, but boundaries are the muscle that protects your time temple. Set times for email, meetings, and breaks. Cut the cracks where time leaks happen—random chats, endless notifications, half-hearted commitments. Boundaries don't make you rigid; they make your time sacred. E - Execute with Intention Planning is just half the battle. The magic lies in execution—focused, purposeful action toward your priorities. Resist the temptation to busy yourself with anything that feels urgent but leads nowhere. Move with deliberate purpose. If your daily efforts don't align with your biggest goals, recalibrate fast. The clock ticks relentlessly. You can't cheat time, but you can decide whether it's your enemy or your partner. Stop drifting through the day and start choosing how to show up. When you get a grip on T.I.M.E., you're no longer wasting time—you're wielding it like the powerful tool it is. So what's your move today? Will you let another hour slip through your fingers, or use TIME to take control?  Ready. Set. Time is going. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4044 Ready Your Heart for What God Plants

In our faith journey, success is not measured by what we try to sow but by our willingness to prepare the soil of our hearts. Consider the Parable of the Seeds in Mark 4: it's not about our effort or control. It's about readiness, trust, and surrender to God's timing and purpose; ready your heart for what God plants. If we want to see true growth, we must start by clearing the ground within us, making space for His Word to take root and flourish beyond anything we can imagine. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com What Are You Planting? The Parable of the Seeds and Readying Your Heart In Mark 4:1-20, Jesus tells the Parable of the Sower. Here's the core of what He said (MSG): "A farmer went out to scatter seed. As he scattered seed, some fell along the path, and the birds came and ate it up. Some fell on rocky ground, and when it sprouted, it dried up because it had no moisture. Some seed fell among thorns that grew up and choked the plants, so they produced no grain. But some seed fell on good soil, and it grew up and produced a crop — some multiplying thirty, some sixty, some a hundred times." Jesus explains: the seed is God's Word. The type of soil is the condition of the hearer's heart. The productivity depends entirely on the heart's readiness, not the seed. The Real Issue: We Plant What We Want, Not What God Wants This parable slaps us with one brutal truth: too often, we are preoccupied with what we want to plant. Our plans, our desires, our pet projects—our "seeds." We invest time, energy, finances, and often our identity into them. But God is the farmer, and He decides what grows—and how. We aren't called to just scatter our own stuff and cross our fingers. We are called to ready our hearts for what God is planting. That means: getting rid of the rocky places where faith is shallow, pulling out those choking worries and distractions, clearing the hardened paths of cynicism or fear that block the gospel. Until we cultivate good soil, our efforts won't bear fruit, not because the seed is weak but because our hearts aren't ready. The K.I.S.S. ~ Ready your heart for what God plants! Hope in What God Grows, Not What We Plant Mark 4:30-32 throws down an unforgettable image: "The kingdom of God is like a mustard seed, which is the smallest of all seeds on earth; yet when planted, it grows and becomes the largest of all garden plants, with such big branches that the birds can perch in its shade." This mustard seed isn't about the size or appearance of our "planting." It's about God's power to grow what seems insignificant into something immeasurable. The seed itself is tiny—but God makes it grow beyond what the human eye can imagine. If we focus instead on big, flashy seeds—our grand plans or visions—we miss the wonder of God's work. The smallest seeds, meekest faith, or simplest obedience, ready to obey often grow beyond anything we dreamed possible. What Are You Planting so God Can Grow and Stretch You? Here's the question no one wants to skip: What are you planting so God can grow and stretch you? Are you focused on control—trying to plant what feels safe or comfortable? Or are you ready to clear your heart's soil and let God plant His Word, even if it means growth feels slow, uncomfortable, or stretches you beyond your limits? What doubts, distractions, or fears do you need to pluck out so God's seed can thrive? Your growth isn't about what you can hustle up. It's about being ready, willing soil for God's Word, trusting Him to do the impossible. Final Thought Psalm 127:1 says: "Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain." Your effort matters—but only if it's working with God's hand, not against it. Clear your heart. Trust God to plant what He chooses. Water it with patience. And watch Him grow something beyond your wildest expectations. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4043 Finish What You Started

Couples have great intentions when they first get married. But as life gets more hectic and responsibilities grow, that's when what you wanted tends to slip away. Remember why you're better together and finish what you started. When two people say "I do," it's more than just a promise. It's the beginning of a shared journey packed with dreams, hopes, and that undeniable spark that brought you together. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But then life happens. Responsibilities pile up. Work pressures mount. Kids demand attention. And slowly, the vibrant connection you cherished feels like it's slipping through your fingers. This isn't just your story. It's the story of many couples who start with fire but face the harsh winds of reality. You both had great intentions. You envisioned a life filled with laughter, support, and growth. And yet, somewhere along the way, the easy harmony from dating days feels like a distant memory. Why? Because the daily grind can make you lose sight of what matters most. You get caught up in dealing with problems, juggling obligations, and managing stress. The big dreams blur as the focus shifts to just getting through the day. Without intentional effort, it's easy to let the spark fade, the connection weaken, and your shared vision fragment. If you want to finish what you started, you must keep your focus sharp. You must act intentionally to prioritize your spouse and the union you vowed to protect. The K.I.S.S. ~ A.C.T. intentionally! When you got married, you had big dreams and a powerful "why" behind your commitment. But life's distractions often pull couples off course. To keep your marriage on track, you've got to A.C.T.! 1. A – Allocate Time Intentionally Don't let days slip by without intentional connection. Block out quality time with your spouse like it's a critical meeting—because it is. No phones, no distractions, just focused presence. This keeps your bond strong and reminds you both why you chose each other. 2. C – Communicate Clearly and Courageously Speak your truth and listen with openness. Avoid letting frustration build beneath the surface. When you communicate with honesty and courage, you clear confusion and build trust. It's how couples fight for their future instead of drifting apart. 3. T – Treasure Small Wins Together Celebrate even the smallest victories—the way your spouse handled a tough day, a kind word, a shared laugh. Recognizing these moments creates positive momentum and deepens your connection. It's proof you're still a team, navigating life side by side. Marriages don't stay strong by accident. They require intentional ACTion to guard what's precious. You knew why you were better together when you first walked down the aisle. So, remember that. Fight for it. Finish what you started! 4042 How Rest Reshapes Your Family Rhythms

Spring blossoms and summer approaches, yet many families find themselves speeding up instead of slowing down. The school year wraps up, activities ramp up, social invites flood calendars—and suddenly, life feels like a non-stop treadmill. Sometimes you end up scheduling more than you used to, simply because "that's what we always do," rather than tuning in to what your family really needs. Maybe take a step back and see how rest reshapes your family rhythms. If this sounds familiar, it's time to ask: What if rest isn't the enemy of your family rhythm, but its secret weapon? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The Real Struggles Parents Face Juggling "All The Things" Parenting in today's world is a constant juggle. Work demands, kids' activities, household chores, social commitments—each pulls on your time and energy, leaving parents drained and stretched thin. The pressure to say "yes" to everything can make you lose sight of what really matters—connection, presence, and peace. Two core struggles stand out: Mental Overload: The endless to-do lists and decision fatigue make it hard to focus on any one thing well, leading to frustration and burnout. Emotional Exhaustion: When you're running on empty, patience thins, tempers flare, and meaningful family moments vanish under stress. If you're spinning plates daily, it's not because you lack desire; it's because your family rhythm is out of sync with real rest. You can't keep this up for long, or essentially, you're giving up your family. So stop and flip the script. The K.I.S.S. ~ Flip the script! If rest sounds like a luxury you don't have time for, it's time to flip the script. Here are three no-nonsense ways to embed rest into your family life today: Cut the Noise: Ruthlessly Edit Your Calendar Stop scheduling because you "always have." Review every activity with one lens: Does this serve my family's well-being? If the answer isn't a clear yes, cut it out. Keep your calendar lean, purposeful, and flexible enough to breathe. Your sanity depends on space—not stuffing. Anchor Daily Family Check-Ins Block a short window each day for connection. It could be breakfast chats, a post-dinner unwind, or pre-bedtime reflections. You don't need fancy plans—just presence. These anchor moments build emotional resilience, reduce overwhelm, and remind everyone what matters most. Rest with Intent—Not Guilt Ditch the notion that rest is optional or selfish. Rest is strategic. Whether it's quiet reading, a power nap, or a tech-free hour, schedule it like you would a meeting. Make resting a non-negotiable reset that fuels your ability to show up fully for your family. Why Family Rhythms and Rest Must Go Hand in Hand Family rhythms aren't about endless action or constant productivity. They're about the ebb and flow—action and pause, togetherness and solitude. Without rest, rhythm devolves into relentless noise and fatigue. But when you build rest into your family's pattern, you create breathing room for joy, connection, and presence. You can't truly enjoy your family days if everyone is running on empty. Rest isn't downtime—it's the lifeline that sustains your family's heartbeats and happiness. "Be present. Be incredible. 4041 Focus On What Lasts

It's so easy to get stuck. Sometimes, life feels like a series of setbacks and missed opportunities, all the stuff done to and at us. We replay our failures in our heads, not because it helps us learn, but because it feels strangely comfortable—a familiar pain that keeps us frozen. But clinging to what went wrong does not serve you. It holds you hostage to a past that keeps you from the present while burying the future. So focus on what lasts. Because you know the trap is real. Dwelling on mistakes or regrets is the path of least resistance. When life knocks you off course, it's tempting to lean into that discomfort as if refusing to move forward somehow protects you from future pain. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Yet what does really happen?  "The past becomes a pest if you're not present." ~ Kristianne Wargo You don't want to have your mind constantly buzzing, distracting you from what's unfolding right in front of you. You don't have to live trapped by yesterday's shadows. Your energy is precious, and it belongs in the present—on building, creating, and growing where you stand now. Stop replaying what you didn't do well or what you lost. Stop holding on to what people did or didn't do to you. Those chapters are closed. Holding onto them only steals your momentum and blurs your vision for what's possible. It becomes your own self-inflicted prison that poisons your every day. The K.I.S.S. ~ Focus on what matters! What matters isn't the mistakes or regrets; it's the actions you take today that shape the road ahead. Shift your mindset to what you can control: your attitude, your effort, your choices. When you invest in the here and now, you reclaim your power and propel yourself into a future that serves you. Ready yourself. Stand up from the comfort of your sorrow and move forward with intent. Let go of the past that's no longer yours to rewrite. When you keep your sights on what truly matters—growth, resilience, purpose—you transform pain into fuel. And that's where lasting progress begins. Remember: your best work isn't behind you. It's waiting in the steps you're willing to take right now. Create your now and focus on what lasts. "Be present. 4040 When All You Want Is Peace

As you chase the winds and all the things, life can put a spell on your heart, leaving you searching for what's missing in your life. However, that is where the stress builds, cortisol levels rise, and chaos blossoms. How can you create your escape when all you want is peace? When you're in survival mode, every thought, every action, every choice feels like it's wrapped in the urgency of "just get through." And thriving feels like a foreign concept, far off in another life. The chaos isn't just external; it's infiltrated your mind, your body, your very sense of self. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But peace isn't about escaping life's mess. It's about carving out intentional space inside the chaos. And that starts with asking the harder questions — like what you are saying YES to, and whether those commitments bring you closer to the life you want or just keep you spinning in survival mode. Most of us choose what's easy because it's familiar, even if the payoff is keeping us stuck. Survival becomes a default loop, choking off progress, suffocating joy, and eroding peace. So, what if you stopped and held yourself accountable? What if you stopped letting autopilot manage your YESes? That shift is uncomfortable and gritty—it's hard work to change patterns and live differently. But it's the only way to break free and enter a new realm of living. The K.I.S.S. ~ Break free! However, breaking free might not be what you think it is. Sometimes, we run from what we need to fight for. But it takes intention to decide to see what really will work during this season of your life. So when all you want is peace without sacrificing yourself, here are three actionable moves to make that happen: 1. Get brutally honest about your commitments. Every YES carries weight. Write down what you say YES to regularly, from social invitations to work projects to internal thought loops. Then ask, "Does this contribute to my peace? Or just keep me running?" Cut ruthlessly where the answer is "running." 2. Build small anchors of calm into your day. You don't need a full escape plan to find pockets of peace. It can be five minutes of deep breathing, a short walk without your phone, or a single moment of gratitude. These aren't fluff; these are your lifelines to grounding yourself amid chaos. 3. Reframe survival as a signal to pivot, not settle. Recognize when you're just surviving and treat that as a red flag, not your permanent state. Survival mode is a warning light flashing "change needed." Use that signal to guide small, consistent steps toward a steadier pace—one that leads out of crisis into choice. Finding peace isn't about giving up or hiding — it's about reclaiming control over your YESes, your mind, and your daily habits. It's messy at first, and that's okay. Because the reward is a life where peace isn't a distant dream but a steady, living reality. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #WellspringWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4039 Use Your Edge

Let's cut to the chase. You're feeling stuck. Maybe the spark that used to light up your days has dimmed to a flicker. You're scrolling through life, watching others move forward while you tread water. Sound familiar? Good. Because this means you're alive enough to want more; use your edge. Feeling engaged and inspired is a muscle you build by choice and action, not by waiting for a sign or the perfect moment. So if you're waiting for motivation to fall out of the sky, you'll wait forever. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But let's be clear—this isn't about forcing fake enthusiasm. It's about reconnecting with what matters enough to pull you out of the quicksand of apathy. Start with this: What is one small thing you can do today that proves to yourself you're creating, moving, or learning—even if it's just a scratch in your notebook, a single honest conversation, or a fifteen-minute task you've been avoiding? You don't need that giant leap. You need a win.  One "I did that" that shakes off the fog. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." ~ Kristianne Wargo Because engagement doesn't come from jumping in fully before you're ready—it comes from showing up when it's hard and asking, "What's one thing I can own right now?" Every movement, no matter how small, sends a signal to your brain that you're alive, pushing, living with intention. The K.I.S.S. ~ Use your edge! Inspiration follows action, not the other way around. When you take a deliberate step, that's when the ideas and energy flood in. If your inner voice is whispering, "What's the point? I'm just spinning wheels," throw that thought out the window. Replace it with, "What can I claim today, no matter how tiny, that breaks the cycle of boredom?" The point isn't a giant leap. The point is momentum. Surround yourself with purpose-driven people who challenge you, call you out, and hold you accountable. Your environment shapes your energy. If your circle is limp, you get limp. If it's wired for action, you'll catch that fire. Engagement isn't always something that just happens—it's something you chase, grab, and fight for. No one else will do it for you. In other words, pay attention to what's happening in your world, the world you touch. Be aware! So here's your next move: Pick one real, tangible thing to do in the next hour that reminds you you're in charge of your life. No fluff, no distractions, no excuses. Then just do it. You don't need to feel inspired to act. You need to act to feel inspired. That's how you climb out of the slump and back into a life that grabs your attention. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4038 The Power of Positive Emotion

Life doesn't come with guarantees. You will face stress, setbacks, and obstacles. But here's the deal: you can't control what life throws at you—but you can control your response. That's where the power of positive emotion kicks in. It's not for pretend, and it is in your head; it's a deliberate mindset that charges your energy, sharpens your clarity, and fuels resilience. "A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones." — Proverbs 17:22 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com When you consistently show up with positive emotion, you tap into a life-giving force that ripples across your health, relationships, and success. Your emotional thermostat shifts from survival mode to readiness mode. You become more resilient and more fierce to fight another day. You become someone who doesn't just endure life—but who embraces it with energy and confidence. How do you usually wake up in the morning? Are you one who wants to see the glass full, or choose to live with the glass half empty? The K.I.S.S. ~ Create positive emotion each day! 3 Things You Can Do to Create Positive Emotion Each Day Intentionally Practice Gratitude Gratitude rewires your brain to focus on what's working, not what's missing. Start by naming three specific things you're genuinely thankful for every morning or night. It's a simple, proven habit that floods your mind with positive signals. Scripture nails it: "Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." — 1 Thessalonians 5:18 Guard the Doorway to Your Mind Your mind is like a garden—if you plant weeds (negative thoughts), that's what grows. But if you cultivate positive, fruitful thoughts, you harvest hope and peace. Make a disciplined choice to filter what you consume—news, conversations, social media—and reject toxic inputs that drag you down. As Proverbs teaches: "As a man thinks in his heart, so is he." — Proverbs 23:7 Activate Your Mind and Mood Physical movement isn't just good for your body; it's a direct trigger for positive emotion in your brain. Exercise releases endorphins and serotonin, natural mood boosters. Even 10 minutes of simple movement—walking, stretching, or breathing exercises—can reset your emotional thermostat. "Don't just sit there—get your blood flowing, get your mind glowing." Positive emotion isn't some fluffy "nice-to-have." It's a strategic advantage for anyone who wants to live fully, face challenges head-on, and build momentum. When life throws punches, your response creates the winning edge; it's the difference between surviving and thriving. You set the dial. What will you choose today? "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4037 God Won't Leave You There

Why am I here? That's a question many wrestle with—not the question of who they are or what their ultimate purpose is, but the much harder question of why am I here now? Maybe you're stuck in a season that feels endless: the job you hate, the relationship that's breaking you, the health battle you never expected, or the weight of disappointment pressing down on your spirit. Even though life rarely unfolds as you've planned, God won't leave you there. In those moments, it's easy to feel abandoned, as if you're trapped in a place where hope has dried up, and the future holds nothing but more struggle. You might have even cried out, "Why me? Why here?" Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But know this: God won't leave you there. You Are Not Forgotten The Bible is full of people who were stuck in places they didn't want to be, nor did they always understand. Joseph was thrown into a pit by his own brothers, then sold into slavery. Yet God did not abandon him — instead, He was preparing Joseph for something greater (Genesis 37-50). Joseph's story is a powerful reminder: being stuck doesn't mean being forgotten. In the New Testament, Jesus reassures us in Matthew 28:20, "... And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." No matter how desperate or hopeless your situation feels, God's presence is constant. God Works Even in the Wilderness Remember the Israelites? They were unmoored in the wilderness for forty years, wandering and waiting—many likely feeling stuck and forgotten. But God was with them every step of the way. In Exodus 13:21-22, God led them as a pillar of cloud by day and fire by night, guiding them through uncertain terrain. This wasn't a place of punishment, but a place of preparation. Your wilderness season—no matter how long or harsh—is just a chapter, not your whole story. Hope for the Downcast Psalm 34:18 says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." When life has you on your knees, God doesn't turn away. He draws near. Even Job, a man who lost everything, declared in Job 1:21, "The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord." His story reminds us that our relationship with God isn't dependent on favorable circumstances. The K.I.S.S. ~ God won't leave you there! You Are More Than Your Circumstances The Bible is clear: you are not defined by what you're going through. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!" No matter how stuck you feel now, God is in the business of making new things—new paths, new hope, and new life. You are redeemed. You are changed. You are made new. What Do You Do When You Feel Stuck? First, hold onto the promises. Joshua 1:9 tells us, "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." Courage is not the absence of fear but the choice to trust God despite it. Second, remember God's timing isn't your timing. Ecclesiastes 3:1 says, "There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens." What seems stalled now may be God's way of preparing you for the next season. Finally, lean into prayer and community. God uses both to remind you you're not alone, and that your breakthrough is closer than you think. God Has You Yes, life can throw you into unexpected places. Yes, you may cry, "Why me?" But the Bible assures us that God does not leave His children to face hardships alone. Whether you're in a pit like Joseph, wandering a wilderness like Israel, or suffering alongside Job, remember: God's presence never leaves. You are held, loved, redeemed, and made new. God won't leave you there, because God's got you!  "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4036 Where Every Word Counts

Most of us grew up with the childhood chant: "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me." Let's be real—sticks and stones might leave bruises you can see, but words leave scars you can't. They penetrate deeper, especially in marriage, where every word counts. Who would have thought that something so small could wound so deep? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com It's unfortunate, but we all do it, especially in marriage. Maybe your husband owned up to a small slip-up. And in the big scheme of things, it wasn't a big deal, but it added to the mounting list of stress. So then, you are quick to defend rather than to love. All of a sudden, you become the enemy because of your attack on his character and not the action.  It can feel so good to let someone have it with your words, only to look back minutes or days later and discover that words do hurt more than you thought. Verbal attacks are easy to throw, but those words don't just hit and vanish; they linger. Words can poison intimacy, create distance, and erode trust. Yet, with intentional kindness, those same words can heal, uplift, and reconnect. Where are you on the spectrum of "sticks and stones"? If you want to love your spouse well, you must speak life into your marriage. The K.I.S.S. ~ Speak life! Here are three practical ways to speak life into your marriage, starting today: 1. Pause Before You Speak When you feel that rush to speak judgment or frustration, stop. Take a breath. Ask yourself: "What am I really trying to say? Is it about the action or about my feelings? Am I attacking the behavior or the person?" A short pause can save long-term damage. 2. Speak to the Action, Not the Character Focus your words on what happened, not who your spouse is because of what happened. Instead of "Of course you did," say, "I wish you would let me know ahead of time." Call out the action, not the person. This creates space for problem-solving without blame. 3. Use Words That Invite Connection Flip the switch from judgment to curiosity. Phrases like "Help me understand why this happened" or "I appreciate you telling me" invite your spouse into a conversation, not a conflict. Compassionate words build bridges—especially when the path is rocky. Marriage is a battlefield, not of weapons but words. Every harsh sentence, every careless phrase, chips away at the bond you share. But every kind, thoughtful word strengthens it. No one ever succeeded in marriage by throwing verbal stones. Choose words that build instead of break—the ones you'll want remembered, not regretted. You've got the power in your tongue, speak life where every word counts. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4035 It Won't Last Long

When you're raising kids, the moments can seem like an eternity; the meltdowns, temper tantrums, whining, entitlement attitudes, all the things no one ever explains before you become a parent. But there you sit, wondering if you'll make it through. Mama, it won't last long. As much as we would like to bury the craziness and chaos of life, we can't forget the celebrations and comforts that come in the gap. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But in order to get there, you have to move from where you are in the midst of the CRAP of life (challenges, rejections, adversities, and problems), to the point of smiles and giggles.  Again, it doesn't come easy. Yet, parenting was never meant to be easy. Look at what God Himself did for us, sending His Son, Jesus Christ, to give us life while taking His own. You don't have to feel like you're giving up your life to raise your kids. It's an honor to raise kids, as much as they drive you silly and then some. You get to raise these blessings and have an influence on their life like no one else. The K.I.S.S. ~ Hold on...there's still hope! Raising kids is a privilege, even in the moments they drive you crazy. You are shaping hearts and minds. That influence is priceless and will echo for a lifetime. So when you're stuck in that hard moment, when it seems like none of your words are sinking in, what can you do to hold on? Here are three lifelines: Pause and Breathe. You don't need to have all the answers in this second. Give yourself permission to take a moment—slow your racing thoughts and ground yourself before responding. Calm is contagious. Remember the Why. When frustration peaks, remind yourself why you're here. Your kids need your presence more than perfection. You get to teach them how to navigate life by how you navigate this moment. Choose Grace Over Grit. Sometimes firmness is necessary; sometimes gentle love is the better path. Meet your child where they are, not where you want them to be. Grace opens doors that grit can't. Hold it together, mom! God's got you in the middle of everything. I promise it won't last long. And then you will sit wishing you could have some of that craziness and chaos back to feel alive again. 4034 Do What You Can!

The weight of a long to-do list can feel like a storm cloud looming overhead, threatening to swallow your day whole. When the tasks pile up, the deadlines press in, and the pressure mounts, it's easy to feel like you're drowning in everything and everyone's expectations. But if you let yourself get overwhelmed, you're just setting yourself up for a mental beating, tormenting yourself with thoughts that you're not doing enough, that you're not good enough. Those kinds of words stick. They leave scars far deeper than you think. Do what you can! Change the conversation you're having with yourself. Shift those thoughts and words away from beating yourself up to something actionable and honest. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Do what you can! Standing at the edge of your day, staring down the endless list of things to do, the natural temptation is to run, hide, and pretend the weight doesn't exist. Honestly, that's easier. Being the person who tries to be everything to everyone is exhausting, and frankly, impossible. But this is the story most of us live. Trying to juggle every ball while convincing ourselves that dropping one means failure. It doesn't. It just means you're human. This isn't about settling for less or lowering your standards—it's about surviving your season, keeping your sanity, and respecting your own limits. You don't have to fix every problem, respond to every text and email instantly, or say yes to every request.  The K.I.S.S. ~ Do what you can! And by doing that, you reclaim control. You shift your energy to what actually matters and what's actually within your reach. You acknowledge that some things are out of your hands—and fretting over the uncontrollable only steals your time and peace. So the next time you feel swamped, don't punish yourself for not moving mountains. Choose instead to ground yourself in what's real, where your capacity is right now. Do what you can! That simple choice keeps you in the fight and saves you from self-inflicted wounds. Hang in there. You're not failing—you're pacing yourself. And that's the smartest thing that you can do. 4033 Harvest What You Plant

Planting season is here — a time when we prep the soil, drop seeds in the ground, and wait. It's tempting to glance over at the neighbor's garden, envying their rows of lush tomatoes or perfect sunflowers. But the only garden that really matters is the one you're tending. Harvest what you plant. Galatians 6:4-5 nails it: "Pay careful attention to your own work, for then you will get the satisfaction of a job well done, and you won't need to compare yourself to anyone else. For we are each responsible for our own conduct."  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The satisfaction from your harvest comes not from outshining others, but from nurturing what you're uniquely called to grow. Your wellspring doesn't spring from comparison — it flows from focusing on your own divine design, the gifts and purpose wired into you from the beginning. So how do you stay locked on your patch of earth and harvest what you plant without getting distracted by the greener grass next door? Well, you must cultivate your own field. The K.I.S.S. ~ Cultivate your own field! Here are three non-negotiables to cultivate your own field: Own Your Growth Process With Patience and Purpose No plant grows overnight. When you measure progress by your own timeline, you avoid the trap of competition. Show up daily for your work, nurturing the little things: discipline, consistency, and honest self-reflection. By owning your effort, you reclaim control and can actually enjoy the journey instead of obsessing over others' results. Define What Success Means for You—and Stick to It Comparison thrives in ambiguity. Get crystal clear on what a "job well done" looks like in your life and business. That clarity acts like a fence around your garden, keeping out the noise and pressure of outside standards. When your goals align with your values and God's design for you, your satisfaction will come from fulfillment — not flashes of approval. Celebrate Complementary Growth, Not Competition Remember, your calling isn't a contest. Others' successes aren't threats; they're signs of God working uniquely through different hands. Celebrate diverse harvests in your community and collaborate where you can. This mindset turns envy into encouragement and comparison into connection. At the end of the day, the crop you reap depends on the seeds you sow—and how faithfully you tend to them. Watch your own garden. Cultivate your gifts. Water your purpose. When your work reflects your unique design and intentional care, the harvest will bring satisfaction no competitor can steal. You've got one plot of earth to manage. What you plant there is exactly what you'll harvest. So focus on that with everything you've got — because real growth comes from tending your own fields; harvest what you plant. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #WellspringWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4032 Live Unstoppable!

Life hits hard, and it can knock the wind from your sails in a blink. But you don't just have to get back up—you get to. Because this life is too short, too precious, to stay down longer than necessary. So why settle for anything less? Live unstoppable! You are created for more—carved out with a purpose that only you can fulfill. This is not some pep talk or fluff; it's a fact stamped deep within your spirit. Your failures and shortcomings don't define you. They don't get to dictate your story. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com When chaos surrounds you, it's easy to lose your footing. But what if you chose to see beyond the noise? What if in the mess, you looked for the yellow flicker of possibility? Those flickers are blessings in disguise—and they show up because you're looking. The Bible says it plainly: "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). This promise is your rock—lean into it. Even when the weight feels unbearable, remember this: "Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me" (Psalm 23:4). God's presence is your steady guide—the unshakable force that calms your fears and strengthens your spirit. So rise with courage, knowing you're held by a power greater than any storm. Live unstoppable! The K.I.S.S. ~ Live unstoppable! Even when storms rage and the path ahead is shrouded in uncertainty, you are never alone. God's presence is your anchor, steadying you when life tries to pull you under. He didn't give you a spirit of fear; He gave you one of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). That means you are equipped—not just to survive but to thrive. Living unstoppable isn't about perfection or an unbroken record of wins. It's about showing up, day after day, in spite of the setbacks. It's about refusing to let yesterday's failures steal today's hope. Each morning offers a fresh start, a new chance to step into the purpose God laid out for you from the very beginning. So what does unstoppable look like? It means embracing your scars as signs of survival, your struggles as lessons, and your doubts as invitations to deepen your faith. It means running the race set before you with perseverance, fixing your eyes on the hope ahead rather than the weight behind. "Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith" (Hebrews 12:1-2). Your life is your message—a bold statement of resilience, courage, and unwavering trust in the One who holds your future. Don't wait for the perfect moment or the flawless plan. The power to live unstoppable is already inside you. Stand tall. Fight hard. Keep moving forward. Because you don't just get to live—you get to live unstoppable. And God's got you every step of the way. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4031 When the Path Feels Impossible

Resilience is more than a mindset—it's a series of deliberate actions that push you through struggle and onto growth. Too often, people cling to the idea that simply "thinking positively" or "staying strong" is enough to bounce back from setbacks. But here's the truth: resilience doesn't live in your head alone. It demands muscle, sweat, and the willingness to take consistent steps forward—even when the path feels impossible. Think about how many times dreams wither quietly under the weight of shame for giving up. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Life doesn't stop throwing punches. Responsibilities pile up, distractions multiply, and suddenly what you have left isn't fuel for thriving—it's just enough to get by, day after day. If that sounds familiar, it's time to stop spinning your wheels in survival mode and start moving toward resilience that leads to growth. So, where do you learn to thrive when all that's been left behind is exhaustion and frustration? How do you pull yourself together, put on your "big girl panties," and get to work on what you're really called to do? The K.I.S.S. ~ Do something! Let's be real: nothing worth having comes easy. Nothing grows from doing nothing. If your desire is to bloom despite the chaos, the answer is to do something—three things, to be exact—that build your resilience and clear the way to thrive. 1. Choose Small, Consistent Wins Resilience isn't about giant leaps. It's about showing up daily and knocking down small targets. When you focus on tiny, manageable goals—like writing one paragraph a day, making one sales call, or simply declaring an intention for the morning—you're training your brain and body to lean into success. These small wins build momentum and extinguish the shame and overwhelm that come from staring at the giant mountain all at once. 2. Create Boundaries That Protect Your Energy If responsibilities and distractions are stealing your power, take back control by setting clear boundaries. That means saying NO to toxic relationships, unnecessary commitments, and anything that drains your drive. Protecting your time isn't selfish—it's strategic. Resilience flourishes when you shield your focus and energy, so you have the fuel to take action on what matters most. 3. Build a Battle-Ready Support System No one will thrive in defeat alone. Surround yourself with people who push you to keep moving and hold you accountable when you want to quit. Whether it's a mentor, coach, or a community, having a tribe that gets real with you—and challenges your excuses—makes the difference between giving up and doubling down. Resilience is a verb. It is action layered on top of intention.  Waiting to "feel" strong enough before moving forward is the lie that keeps dreams digging their own graves under shame and regret. Don't buy it. If you want to thrive, lean into the grind with focused, daily moves that strengthen your resolve, guard your energy, and fuel your forward motion. That's how you turn surviving into thriving—when the path feels impossible, become unstoppable. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4030 Live a New Life

Easter is a pivotal moment in the Christian story—the resurrection of Jesus Christ, conquering death and sin. Yet so often we treat Easter as the final period of that story, as if the miracle of the resurrection is a one-time event we simply remember. But what if Easter was actually just the beginning—the doorway to live a new life? Jesus rose. And because of His resurrection, you don't have to stay stuck where you are. You don't have to carry the weight of defeat, failure, or fear anymore.  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The resurrection rewrites your story. It hands you the pen and invites you to choose your next chapter—a chapter where you walk in victory, not based on your success but on whose you are. The apostle Paul says it clearly: "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!" (2 Corinthians 5:17, NIV). This is not about trying harder or fixing yourself with your limited strength. It's a promise that because of Christ's resurrection, your identity has changed. The old, worn-out version of you is done. You are alive to something greater. Living a new life also means growth. God is not calling you to stagnate. You are designed to expand beyond your current limits, to be stretched and shaped into the person God intended you to be. "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11, NIV). That hope is found in stepping forward, in faith, trusting that God's hand is guiding you through every stretch and challenge. The K.I.S.S. ~ Live a new life! Don't mistake the new life for an easy life. It requires choosing faith daily. Remember Jesus' words: "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible" (Matthew 19:26, NIV). When life's trials threaten to hold you back, choose to believe that God can do what you cannot. Your strength and victory don't come from your own efforts but from the One who rose from the dead. So where do you go from here? Move forward. Walk in faith. Let Easter be the start of your bold new life, a life free from past chains, a life that reflects God's power and promises. This isn't about perfection—it's about progression. It's about living as a resurrected person in a world that desperately needs resurrection hope. Because Jesus rose, you don't have to stay the same. You get to live a new life. Every day is an opportunity to step into the victory that already belongs to you. God's got you—and that's the greatest reason to live a new life. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4029 The Power of Laughter

Are you someone who walks away feeling better after yelling at your spouse rather than laughing with them? If so, you're not alone. The stress, misunderstandings, and pressures of life sometimes drive us to lose perspective and forget the power of laughter. Especially in marriage, laughter isn't just a feel-good luxury — it's a strategic tool that can ease tension, boost connection, and make daily life way more enjoyable. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Let's be real: yelling might feel like an immediate release, but it often leaves behind frustration, wounds, and distance. Laughter, on the other hand, can reset the mood, disarm conflict, and remind both partners why they're in the relationship to begin with. How do you handle disagreements and arguments in your marriage? Are you one who is quick to point fingers? Or are you a willing participant to laugh at yourself more? If you want a marriage that grows deeper and wider together, you must laugh together more! The K.I.S.S. ~ Laugh together more! So how do you get more laughter and less yelling in your marriage? Here are three practical moves any spouse can make to lean into humor over hostility: Choose Playfulness Over Perfection Many arguments stem from unmet expectations or feeling like your partner "should" do things a certain way. When you catch yourself about to criticize or raise your voice, hit pause and aim to inject lightheartedness instead. Crack a silly joke, poke fun at your own quirks, or even exaggerate the situation absurdly. This breaks the cycle of pressure and reminds both of you that neither of you is perfect — and that's okay. Create Shared Moments of Fun Laughter isn't a byproduct of marriage. It's a muscle you have to intentionally exercise. Prioritize moments in your routine where you do something purely for fun with your spouse — like watching a goofy movie, playing a silly game, or recounting ridiculous memories. These pockets of joy build a shared reservoir of good feelings that diffuses future tension. Practice Empathy Wrapped in Humor When conflict does arise, strive to understand your spouse's feelings, but express your empathy with a sprinkle of humor. Saying something like, "I get it, you're hangry and a little terrifying right now," acknowledges the tension while lightening the mood. This approach lowers defenses, making real communication possible without escalating into yelling matches. Marriage isn't about never having arguments. It's about how you handle them. Yelling might feel loud, but laughter wins every time because it invites connection and peace instead of division. If you want to enjoy life with your spouse more—not just tolerate it—you've got to learn how to laugh together more than you yell. Now, what's your move? Start today by choosing one of those three moves. Play a little, create a funny moment, or soften a tough talk with humor. You'll be surprised how quickly laughter changes the game in your marriage. 4028 Bring the Fun Home

Parents carry a heavy load, creating special moments, making memories, and giving their kids a childhood worth remembering. With pictures of dreamy vacations, elaborate birthday parties, and nonstop family adventures everywhere, comparison amplifies the pressure to keep up. Inevitably, this comparison game leaves many feeling like they're falling short. But you don't have to leave your house or break the bank to bring the fun home and create the connection your family craves. Real life happens at home. And letting your family's joy and togetherness live inside your own walls is where the magic begins. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The Struggle Is Real — But So Is Choice It's human to compare. You see another family on Instagram hiking exotic trails, baking Pinterest-perfect treats, or visiting amusement parks every weekend. It's easy to feel like you're missing out when your own "fun" looks like a Tuesday night pizza and movie on the couch. But other people's versions of fun don't have to control or overshadow yours. Your family's memories don't need to come from exotic places or costly experiences to be rich, meaningful, and ones your kids will carry forward. I get the whole idea that you want something worthy of posting, but what about what is kept in the heart? The K.I.S.S. ~ Bring the fun home! Fun isn't a destination. It's an attitude. You can spark laughter, wonder, and connection without packing bags or scrolling an expensive bucket list. What three things can you do to bring the fun home and build memories worth keeping? Create Mini Adventures Out of the Everyday Turn the ordinary into something unexpected. Take a backyard "camping trip" with a blanket fort, string lights, and a flashlight storytime. Host a themed dinner night — maybe a pretend trip to Italy with homemade pizzas and Italian music. Or transform a rainy afternoon by setting up an indoor scavenger hunt where each clue leads to a small prize or silly challenge. These small "adventures" give kids a sense of discovery and make what feels routine suddenly exciting and memorable. Make Screen Time Interactive and Social Instead of screens being passive distractions, make them tools for shared fun and bonding. Host a family game night with multiplayer video games or interactive apps that get everyone moving and laughing together. Or, discover kid-friendly cooking or craft tutorials that the whole family can try at once — then laugh, mess up, and celebrate the results over a homemade feast or gallery showing. This way, technology is a bridge, not a barrier. Build Traditions That Anchor Your Family Culture Meaningful memories come from rituals repeated and loved over time. Establish traditions that feel doable and authentic to your family — weekly ice cream social on Fridays, Sunday morning pancake art, or garden planting days. These traditions don't require fancy settings or expensive props. They do require consistency and intention, which build a sense of belonging, anticipation, and identity for your kids. Bring the Fun Home — Because That's Where Family Lives Memories aren't found in the number of stamps on a passport or the price of an amusement park ticket. They live in laughter around the kitchen table, goofy inside jokes born from backyard shenanigans, and the feeling your kids get when they know their home is a place of joy and connection. Leaving the house doesn't make you a better parent. Showing up — fully present, creative, and willing to reinvent what "fun" looks like for your tribe — does. So close your laptop, put down your phone, and bring the fun home. Your kids will thank you for it in ways far beyond photos or stories; it's when you see them create their memories with their families. "Be present. Be incredible. 4027 Hope is Found in Action

Life isn't always fair. Things don't always go our way, and it's easy to point fingers—blaming circumstances, other people, or just bad luck. What needs to be remembered is that no one's coming to save you. The power is in your hands. The difference between getting stuck and moving forward is the choice you make to act. Hope is found in action. When life hands you lemons, you have two options: complain about the sour taste or start squeezing. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Hope is defined as a feeling of desire, expectation, and confidence that something good will happen or be true. Hope is a muscle you build by making decisions that steer your life in the direction you want. Complacency is the enemy. Getting comfortable with your struggles, waiting for "the right moment," or convincing yourself that you've done enough just leads to being stuck—and stuck is where dreams go to die. You were created for more. Not some vague "more," but a clear, intentional "more" that only you can define and pursue. The path won't be easy. Nothing that's worth having comes without effort, without challenge. But the good news is you don't need a giant leap—a hundred small steps in the right direction add up. Choosing to organize your day, having honest conversations, learning a skill, or simply deciding not to give up today—all these seemingly small actions are the fuel for your hope engine. The K.I.S.S. ~ Hope is found in action! Clear minds make clear moves. When overwhelmed, the best thing you can do is get still, sort your priorities, and act decisively. Hesitation breeds doubt, doubt breeds fear, and fear paralyzes. Fight back with purpose. Fight back with action. The legacy you want, the impact you want, the life you deserve doesn't come to the passive or the lazy. It comes to the doers—the ones who take their lemons and roll up their sleeves to make lemonade, even if the kitchen is messy and the recipe isn't perfect. Don't give up on yourself. You're not here by accident. You are created on purpose with gifts and talents that require you to take action. Hope isn't some fairy dust sprinkled at the finish line; it's the fire you start when you decide to move forward, one brave step at a time. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" ~ Kristianne Wargo So today, choose movement over stagnation. Choose action over excuses. Choose to believe that despite setbacks, despite failures, your next move can rewrite your story. Because hope is found in action, in what you do, not what you wait for. "Be present. Be incredible. 4026 Life is a Highway

Oftentimes, life is a highway; a vast road with countless exits, destinations, and detours. Each day, you choose your direction, determining who you meet, what you do, and where you end up. When you're cruising down your chosen path, life's open road feeling fuels your momentum. But what happens when you realize you're driving on the wrong side of the road? The highway you're on isn't aligning with the purpose you believe was laid out for you. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Many people have faced that exact crisis: recognizing that the route they're traveling wasn't their true calling. They expected a straightforward journey but encountered unexpected twists—job loss, broken relationships, health crises, or deep dissatisfaction. These moments test our resilience and demand course correction. Take, for example, the story of J.K. Rowling, who faced poverty and rejection before finding her true path as the author of the Harry Potter series. She didn't start her career intending to be a best-selling author, but after hitting the "wrong side" of the road in her life, she adjusted her route. Instead of giving up, she navigated toward a new path that brought fulfillment and success. Research backs this up: a 2019 study published in the Journal of Vocational Behavior found that career setbacks often motivate people to discover more authentic and satisfying professional paths, leading to greater happiness and productivity. Now, of course, this is not just about what you are doing in your career. You might say you don't have a career, you have a calling. However, look at it from the perspective of what God divinely designed for you. You get to decide what you do every day and how you do it. Personal or professional, you get to choose. So instead of being miserable and caught up in what everyone else is telling you to do, take a pit stop. The K.I.S.S. ~ Take a pit stop! What if you were to really think about what you are actively doing every day, what side of the road you're on, so to speak? What if you consider what's working and what's not? Maybe you need to watch the speed limit signs, too. Just doing the same thing over and over again is not going to make things better. Yes, you know what to expect. But that does not mean you should keep doing it. If there is a pothole in the middle of the road where you drive every day, do you think you should run over it just because it's there? NO! You can change lanes or swerve to avoid it. This whole idea of living your life with a miserable badge of honor makes no sense. Now, that also doesn't give you free rein to be reckless. Connect your head and your heart and see what you can do to move from the wrong side of the road where God is leading. So how do you move from the wrong side of life's road onto the one that aligns with the life that God—or your deepest sense of calling—created for you? Here are three no-nonsense steps: Stop and Reassess Your Direction You can't fix your journey while barreling forward blindly. Pause, get honest about where you are versus where you want to be. Ask yourself: What am I doing that feels off? What's the cost of staying on this route? Clarity comes from reflection, journaling, or talking with trusted mentors who won't sugarcoat your situation. Redirect with Intentional Action Once you see the wrong road, make deliberate moves to shift lanes. This could mean learning new skills, saying no to toxic relationships, or setting healthier boundaries. Don't wait for perfect conditions—momentum builds the minute you take clear steps away from what does not serve you. Build a Support System and Keep Course-Correcting Few people reach their intended highway solo. So surround yourself with people who encourage your growth and align with your vision. Remember, hitting roadblocks doesn't mean failure; it signals the need for adjustment. Stay flexible, keep your bigger destination in mind, and course-correct as life unfolds. In essence, life as a highway isn't about avoiding every bump or wrong turn; it's about steering yourself back, over and over, to the road that fits your true purpose. When you do, you stop drifting in frustration and start driving with confidence—knowing the road ahead was meant for you all along. "Be present. Be incredible. 4025 Venture into Your Greatness

Why is it that we have this burning desire to chase our dreams, yet often find ourselves hovering just outside the doorway of action? You know what's possible — the life you want, the impact you dream of making — but somehow your feet stay cemented in the comfort of where you currently stand. It's confusing and frustrating. However, you were made for more, for a purpose bigger than the habits and excuses that keep you stuck; venture into your greatness. But your actions haven't caught up with that reality yet. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Desire alone doesn't cut it. Dreaming about your greatness is easy. Doing the work, facing fear, moving forward when every part of you wants to stay small — that's where most people stall. Comfort is a sneaky trap. It whispers, "You're fine here. No need to risk. No need to fight." And when you listen, you become your own biggest enemy, locking yourself into a story of "what if" instead of "what's next." But what if you chose differently today? What if you decided to rise not just a little, but a whole level above your current self? That's what it means to venture into your greatness. It means showing up, not when you feel ready, but because you refuse to settle for less than you're capable of. It means trading hesitation for the boldness that breakthroughs demand. The K.I.S.S. ~ Venture into your greatness! Be an overcomer. Step beyond the comfort zone — not once, but every day. Because that's where real growth hides. That's where you find the version of you who can look back and say, "I gave it everything. I didn't quit. I dared to live bigger." The truth about greatness is that it's not a secret club reserved for a chosen few. It's a place you enter by doing the work others won't. It's shown by pushing through the uncertainty, deciding to fight even when the results seem invisible.  It's in every small step outside your safe space, every no to procrastination, every yes to a challenge that seems bigger than you. You are more than your fears. More than your doubts. More than the comfortable excuse keeping you from the next level. It's time to stop hovering and start doing. Venture into your greatness. The only thing standing between you and what's possible is the courage to take that next step. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" ~ Kristianne Wargo "Be present. Be incredible. 4024 The Heart of Your Attitude

How do you see the glass when you wake up in the morning — half empty or half full? This simple image holds a powerful key to your day, your choices, and ultimately, your life. The heart of your attitude determines whether you view life as a series of obstacles or a world full of options. It's more than just a mood; it's the lens through which you interpret every challenge and opportunity. Research makes it clear: your morning mindset sets the tone for what follows. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com A landmark study from the University of Pennsylvania found that people who start their day with a positive outlook show better problem-solving skills and increased resilience. When your attitude leans toward optimism, your brain is wired to look for solutions, not roadblocks — setting you up for proactive choices that drive progress. On the flip side, a negativity bias — dwelling on what could go wrong — can drain your motivation and cloud your judgment. Psychologists note that negative mindsets activate the amygdala, the brain's fear center, which narrows focus and limits creative thinking. Simply put, when you start with a half-empty view, you invite stress and hesitation. But here's the good news: attitude is a choice, and you can train yourself to cultivate the kind that best serves you. So how do you get the heart of your attitude attuned to what matters most?  The K.I.S.S. ~ Choose your attitude for daily wins! You have got to find a way to have those daily wins. What is your battle cry? Here are three practical strategies backed by science: 1. Anchor Your Morning With a Purposeful Ritual How you begin your day matters. Studies show that people who engage in intentional morning routines—whether that's journaling, meditation, or a quick gratitude practice—report higher levels of positive emotion and better stress management throughout the day. By focusing on what you want to achieve or appreciate, you prime your mind to seek opportunities rather than obstacles. 2. Reframe Challenges As Growth Opportunities Neuroscience tells us that neuroplasticity—the brain's ability to change—thrives on perspective shifts. When you consciously reframe problems as chances to learn or improve, your brain builds new neural pathways associated with resilience and adaptability. Instead of "I can't do this," say, "This is tough, but I can figure it out." This subtle shift causes your attitude to lean into action rather than retreat into fear. 3. Align Daily Actions With Your Deepest Values The heart of your attitude beats strongest when it connects to what truly matters. Research from positive psychology identifies "values-consistent behavior" as a critical driver of well-being and motivation. Get clear on what matters most—be it family, creativity, freedom, or impact—and break your goals into small, daily steps that reflect those values. That clarity sharpens your attitude to focus on progress, not perfection. Ultimately, life will throw setbacks your way—there's no escaping that. But how you wake up to face them is your choice. When the heart of your attitude is tuned to see the glass as half full, to recognize options rather than obstacles, you write the script for a day filled with action and possibility. That's the heart of your attitude, creating those daily wins. Start now. Tomorrow morning, when your eyes open, decide which direction you're headed. The heart of your attitude is quietly taking root in that first moment. Make it count. Take a deep breath in; it's your day to conquer! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4023 Find Hope in the Empty Tomb

Easter is the heart of the Christian faith—a powerful reminder that death does not have the final word. It is a celebration of Jesus Christ rising from the dead, a victory over sin and fear, a promise that new life is available to all who believe. Find hope in the empty tomb. The story of Easter morning is etched in the Gospels with profound awe and hope, especially in the experience of Mary Magdalene and the other Mary who came to Jesus' tomb just as dawn was breaking. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The Scriptures tell us in Matthew 28:1-7 (NIV): After the Sabbath, at dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb. 2 There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it. 3 His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow. 4 The guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men. 5 The angel said to the women, "Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. 6 He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. 7 Then go quickly and tell his disciples: 'He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.' Now I have told you." Imagine the shock and wonder in their hearts. They came expecting to mourn and care for a lifeless body, but found the tomb empty. They faced a choice: to linger in fear or step into faith. As they hurried back to share the news with the disciples, Scripture says: 8 So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples. 9 Suddenly Jesus met them. "Greetings," he said. They came to him, clasped his feet and worshiped him. 10 Then Jesus said to them, "Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me." (Matthew 28:8-10 NIV) Jesus met them in the midst of their confusion and fear—not with condemnation or silence, but with life and a command to go forth boldly. He was alive. They were not forgotten. The resurrection was a living hope, moving us forward; hope in motion. The K.I.S.S. ~ Find hope in the empty tomb! Too often, when we feel God's presence absent, it might be because we are the ones retreating—hiding in fear, doubt, or pain. Yet, God's presence never wavers. He is nearer than we realize. The problem is not with Him; it is with us withdrawing. But Easter reminds us: "Behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." (Matthew 28:20b NKJV) If you feel like you're walking through a dark valley today, remember you are not alone. Jesus overcame death so that fear loses its grip. He calls you beyond the tomb of despair into resurrection life. He is risen. He is risen indeed. This truth changes everything—fear becomes courage, sorrow becomes joy, and hopelessness becomes promise. Easter is not just a historical event; it is the ongoing story of God's unwavering presence with you now. So hold fast to this hope. Wherever you are, whatever you're facing, Jesus is near. Don't hide—step into the light of His resurrection. There is no fear because God is always close, always powerful, always alive. He is risen. He is risen indeed. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #HappyEaster 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4022 Rediscover The Love You Once Had

Marriage can be comfortable—it can feel like a safe harbor in a chaotic world. But comfort is a double-edged sword. When we become complacent, assuming that our marriage will somehow maintain its course without active effort, we're setting ourselves up for trouble. It's not that love fades overnight, but it does become something we stop tending to, something we take for granted. And when we neglect love, it's not missing suddenly—it's slowly slipping away. So why not refresh your marriage and rediscover the love you once had? The truth is, no matter how strong or stable you believe your marriage to be, every relationship needs regular refreshment. It needs moments of pause and reflection, reminders to stay attuned to one another's hearts. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Unfortunately, when confidence turns into overconfidence—when you believe "everything's fine" or "nothing's wrong here"—that's often when things quietly unravel. Have you ever paused to ask yourself: just how badly do I want to love my spouse well, right now—in this moment, not just in memory? Maybe you recalled the eagerness before the wedding, when the future looked bright, and your love felt fresh and fierce. But those hours turned into months to years to decades. The newness wears off, distractions pile up—work, kids, stress—and it becomes easier to live in a habitual marriage than one that is truly alive. There's a powerful parallel here between the marriage relationship and the relationship God desires with each of us. Just as love between spouses requires constant renewal, so does our walk with God. The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ show us the ultimate example of love: willing to sacrifice, willing to rise again from the depths of difficulty, and willing to pursue reconciliation relentlessly. The K.I.S.S. ~ Let your marriage R.I.S.E.! If God continually invites us to return to Him—despite our mistakes, distractions, or complacency—what can we learn from that about loving our spouses? Here are four essential things any spouse can do to reconcile their marriage and tap into a deeper—not average—love: It's time to R.I.S.E.! R – Reach Out Daily Don't wait for "the right moment." Show up wholeheartedly every day. Listen deeply, speak kindly, and invest time in your spouse's world. Love thrives in consistent attention—not grand gestures alone. I – Initiate Forgiveness and Grace Take responsibility where you've fallen short. Open the door for healing by asking for forgiveness and extending grace without hesitation. This breaks the cycle of resentment and fuels emotional freedom. S – Strengthen Spiritual Connection Build your marriage on more than mutual interests—build it on shared purpose and faith. Pray together, seek spiritual growth, and invite God's love to infuse your relationship with strength beyond your own. E – Engage in Purposeful Growth Commit to growing—not just as individuals but as partners. Set goals together, face challenges as a team, learn from mistakes, and celebrate victories. A marriage that grows is a marriage that stays alive and passionate. Rediscovering the love you once had isn't about returning to a nostalgic past. It's about breathing new life into your daily relationship and choosing—every day—to pursue something greater than comfort or habit. The "average" love settles, but the love worth fighting for rises, falls on knees, asks for forgiveness, and rises again with divine strength. Your marriage deserves more than average. It deserves to be alive. It deserves intentional, fierce love that mirrors the relentless grace shown to us.  So when you feel your marriage drifting into the "average" zone, remember to RISE, because love isn't just something that happens to you. It's something you get up and build every day. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4021 Stay On Track

Defeat is often felt in the stillness of the storms — those quiet moments when exhaustion weighs heavy, and worries swirl about whether we're truly meeting our children's needs. Parenting is overwhelming. From sleepless nights to unexpected meltdowns to the endless what-comes-next questions, the journey demands more than just energy; it demands heart. Regardless of the stage our kids are in, staying on track is not optional; it's required. When weariness and fear try to convince you to run or hide, remember this: you are doing the best you can.  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Parenting was never meant to be easy—otherwise, everyone would have dozens of kids. It's a path for those willing to sacrifice, to endure trials, and to keep choosing love every single day. This truth echoes the greatest story of sacrifice and steadfast love we know: God sending His Son to die on the cross for us. Christ's death was the ultimate act of surrender, done out of love for broken humanity. Just as He bore the weight of pain and rejection, we bear our own struggles as parents. But God doesn't leave us in the storm alone. He understands our pain deeply and holds the promise of victory beyond the trials. Hebrews 12:2 reminds us to "fix our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before Him, He endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God." Like Jesus, we face challenges with an eye on the hope and joy ahead. Our sacrifice in parenting is part of a greater story: one of redemption, grace, and purpose. The K.I.S.S. ~ Stay on track! So, how can parents stay on track amid chaos and exhaustion? Here are three actions to anchor your journey: Lean Into God's Strength Daily When your own reserves run dry, remember Isaiah 40:31: "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." Let God's strength fuel you each day. Prayer, scripture, and honest surrender will keep you steady. Set Small, Clear Intentions Parenting isn't about perfection; it's about consistent forward motion. Decide what one thing you can do today to encourage your child or reinforce your values. Simple, achievable goals prevent overwhelm and create momentum. Celebrate Tiny Wins and Extend Grace Every moment of connection, every step forward counts. Celebrate the small victories quietly but intentionally. When you stumble, offer yourself grace—as God so often does for us. On this Good Friday, remember the cross is more than a symbol of sacrifice—it's a promise that after every storm, resurrection comes. The triumphs waiting for you and your family are within reach. Your efforts, though hard, are known and woven into a greater purpose. You're not alone. Keep going. Keep trusting. Stay on track. "Be present. Be incredible. 4020 All Things Are Made New

Who doesn't need a little pick-me-up in the middle of the week? A moment, a breath when the weight feels lighter, and the horizon looks a little bit brighter? We all carry burdens that stretch us beyond what feels bearable. But God carries whatever we cannot carry. And in His hands, all things are made new. This week, as we continue to walk through the sacred days of Holy Week, there's a special invitation to dig deeper—beyond routine, beyond the surface—to what God truly desires for our hearts and lives. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Tonight is Maundy Thursday. This day centers on the Last Supper, the final meal Jesus shared with His disciples before His crucifixion. In this intimate moment, Jesus didn't just gather His friends for a meal—He established Communion, offering bread and wine as powerful symbols of His body and blood, a promise of the new covenant between God and humanity. This act is the foundation for the hope we hold onto through Good Friday's darkness and Easter's light. But Maundy Thursday goes even further, as the very name points us to a commandment (mandatum in Latin) given by Jesus to His disciples: to love one another, just as He has loved us. Jesus humbles Himself to wash the dirty feet of His disciples, serving those who would soon scatter in fear. This footwashing is more than a simple gesture; it's a profound, deep-rooted call to love and serve one another with the same selfless heart He has shown. It's a spiritual reset—a chance to allow God's love to break through every hardened place in us and make us new. All things are made new. What if this Maundy Thursday, we followed His lead? What if we allowed ourselves to be vulnerable enough to accept His love—not just as a distant story but as an active force that floods in and breaks through every hard place? The K.I.S.S. ~ All things are made new! God doesn't leave us weighed down by yesterday's failures, today's anxieties, or tomorrow's unknowns. He promises restoration. Renewal. A fresh start in the very core of our being. When Jesus says, "all things are made new," He means everything—not just the big ticket items but the small cracks and worn places. The areas we tend to hide or neglect. This isn't about perfection; it's about presence. Being present to the grace that sweeps in and says, "You don't have to carry this alone." It's about courage to lay down old burdens and step into a future shaped by hope rather than fear. So, if you find your spirit lagging this week, pause on this day of Maundy Thursday. Remember the humble feet washing, the selfless love, the Last Supper's promise, and the certainty that no matter how tangled the struggle feels, God's hands are steady, ready to make all things new. Lean in. Receive that renewal, the refreshment. Let it fuel you to love more, forgive more, and live more fully. Because in God's kingdom, every broken thing can be healed—and every heart can be reshaped and refined; all things are made new. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4019 The BOGO Trap

You've seen it a thousand times: Buy One Get One free. The offer pops off the shelf, your eye catches the deal, and suddenly, your cart is fuller than intended. But lots of these "deals" aren't deals at all. They lure you with the promise of abundance, but the truth is, you might not even need what you're buying, or worse, you might get stuck with what clutters your life or pulls you off course; it's the BOGO trap. In life, "buying into" anything like ideas, habits, and shortcuts, without pause, can lead you to a path that feels good for a moment but steals long-term value. And that temptation can be relentless. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com It keeps coming at you on so many levels. With this being Holy Week, I thought it was more than appropriate to reflect on how Jesus responded to what God had in store for His Son. Jesus' Journey: The Ultimate Lesson in What to Buy Into In the early stages of His ministry, after being baptized by John the Baptist, Jesus went into the wilderness, where He fasted for forty days and forty nights. There, He was tempted in the wilderness (Matthew 4:1-11). The devil offered Him physical relief, instant fame, and shortcuts to power—all seductive "deals." Yet Jesus saw through the smoke and mirrors and said no. He didn't buy into easy fixes or flashy bargains; He bought into God's plan: a path of endurance, truth, and salvation. The timing of this is important because it shows that Jesus began His mission by facing and overcoming the same temptations we do, laying a foundation of discipline and obedience that carried Him all the way to the cross, to the place where we celebrate at the end of Holy Week, His resurrection. Jesus facing this head-on is an example of the blueprint for resisting temptation and staying aligned with what's truly lasting and good. How Do We Resist Temptation and Discipline Ourselves? Resisting temptation and choosing the long game requires intentional choices. It's about training your mind and heart to recognize what serves God's divine design and His purpose for you, and what's a distraction dressed up as a blessing. The K.I.S.S. ~ BOGO God's way! At some point, we have to BOGO God's way, not our way. Here are three ways to "BOGO" in a way that aligns with God's desires and leads you on the right path: 1. Buy Into God's Word First—Before Anything Else The devil tempted Jesus with scripture (Psalm 91:11–12), yet misused it to serve selfish ends. Your first purchase must be the truth found in God's Word. Let scripture be your ultimate filter for every decision and offer. Action: Start every day by reading and meditating on scripture that reminds you to whom you serve and what matters most. Why: This grounds you in eternal truth and equips you to discern genuine value over empty deals. 2. Buy Into Purpose, Not Pleasure Temptations often come wrapped in quick pleasure or "easy wins." But Jesus prioritized purpose, God's Heavenly mission, over momentary relief. When you make choices anchored in your calling, you avoid the distractions that derail your journey. Action: Clearly define your God-given purpose. When an opportunity arises, ask: Does this advance my calling or just satisfy temporary cravings? Why: Choosing purpose over pleasure keeps your path straight and your living legacy unshaken. 3. Buy Into Community and Accountability Jesus didn't walk this road alone. He leaned on the Father's guidance and, before that, He spent time with His disciples. Surrounding yourself with a community that shares your values keeps you honest and aligned. Action: Build relationships with believers who challenge you to live rightly and call out when you stray toward false bargains. Why: Accountability is a powerful guardrail against the allure of short-term gains that cost more than they're worth. The Bottom Line: Choose What Lasts The "BOGO" mentality often comes with a hidden bill. If you want to walk the path God is calling you to, you have to be smart about what you're "buying into." Don't let the temptation of easy, flashy offers steal your focus. Instead, follow Jesus' footsteps: buy into truth, purpose, and community. And watch how in the moment everything changed. 4018 Choose Hope When the World Feels Restless

Chaos and busyness have become the backdrop to our daily lives. The constant rush, the noise, all the things; it all piles up until it's easy to feel overwhelmed and powerless. But just because the world around us is untamed and crazy, doesn't mean we have to live like that inside. Choose hope when the world feels restless. You know that when you choose hope, it is an act of rebellion against the chaos. It's deciding that worry won't write the script of your story. It's a deliberate pause, a deep breath, a quiet moment to remind yourself that panic is not the answer. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com We know the real anchor beneath the storm is God. His presence is the steady hand that holds through uncertainty. But there's a trap many fall into—trying to micromanage every detail, wrestling control over outcomes, gripping so tightly that fear starts to creep in. That grasping breeds hopelessness and steals peace. Not today! The K.I.S.S. ~ Choose hope when the world feels restless! Instead, what if we loosen that grip for a moment? What if we lean into patience and trust the timing that is far beyond our control? God's blessings don't arrive wrapped in schedules we set. Miracles aren't confined to our plans. They come alive in perfect timing, often when we least expect. In this season of restlessness, breathe in that truth. Remember what God has established long ago—blessings that truly count, miracles that never cease. Choosing hope right now is a courageous stance toward life, anchored in faith, beyond the noise and chaos. So when the world spins fast and feels shaky, choose hope. And watch how in those moments everything changed. "Be present. Be incredible. 4017 The Moment Everything Changed

Ever had a moment when the everyday noise around you fades away, and suddenly you realize there's a deeper question lurking beneath all the surface chatter and chaos? Not about the usual daily choices, but something that cuts to the core of who you are, where you are going, and who you are becoming. Those moments don't come often, but when they do, they shake everything up and force you to reckon with what really matters. It's in those rare instances that the story of your life can take a sharp turn—if you're willing to face what's really going on beneath the surface, the moment everything changed. This is Holy Week—for those who walk by faith, not by sight—a time heavy with the weight of history and meaning. As I reflect on the final days leading up to the crucifixion of Jesus, I can't help but think about the tension in every thought and decision of that week. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com So many moments could have turned out differently, depending on the choices made before them. That "moment everything changed" was a defining pivot not just in a story that shaped history, but in spiritual reality itself. Have you ever experienced a moment like that in your own life? A time when something just clicked inwardly, and you sensed that your path was about to shift forever? Most of us never grasp the magnitude of those moments in advance. We live through them, and only later recognize their impact. But what if you could? What if you gave yourself the space, even the permission, to wrestle with the unknown before the change hits? To reflect deeply when answers aren't clear, and decisions aren't obvious? How might that shift the outcomes you experience? Jesus faced this struggle in every breath during that week. Fully God and fully man, He carried the weight of eternal purpose and human uncertainty. His mindset was defined by surrender and clarity, but we don't often consider the mental wrestling He did ahead of the cross. Yet, I believe God leaves us clues to live with that kind of intentional awareness. Romans 12:2 tells us, "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." This renewal is where perspective shifts and life-changing choices become possible. You need to dig deeper into your thinking. The K.I.S.S. ~ Dig deeper into your thinking! So how do you dig deeper in your thinking—almost illogical, maybe even uncomfortable, but profoundly powerful? Here are three practices to get you started: Ask Brutally Honest Questions. Don't settle for surface answers. Ask yourself, "Why am I doing this?" and "What am I avoiding by staying the same?" The truth you uncover will steer your next steps. Create Space for Reflection Daily. Silence or journaling—even just five minutes—helps you detect the whispers of your deeper thoughts and divine nudges. It's in the quiet that clarity grows. Surrender Control to Embrace Possibility. Fighting for certainty can blind you to new directions. Letting go—even when it doesn't make perfect sense—opens doors to unexpected breakthroughs. As you continue through Holy Week, use Jesus' mindset as an example to challenge your own. Pose specific questions about why you do what you do. This isn't wishful thinking—it's strategic mental work that can lead to better choices, a better life. Look to Jesus, who accepted the ultimate gift of obedience and love. If you accept His gift, know this: you now hold eternal life in your hands. This week is your invitation to pause, reflect, and decide. Because often, all it takes is one moment to change everything. 4016 A Love So Real

Palm Sunday marks the beginning of Holy Week—a sacred time to prepare our hearts for the incredible journey Jesus willingly took for us. It's easy to get caught up in the rituals and events, but if we stop there, we miss what truly matters: a love so real it changed everything. As Jesus entered Jerusalem riding on a donkey, the crowd shouted, "Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!" (Matthew 21:9).  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com This was no ordinary arrival; it was the fulfillment of prophecy, a humble King stepping into the city knowing full well the road ahead. John 12:13 tells us, "They took palm branches and went out to meet him, shouting, 'Hosanna!'" But this was not a celebration of triumph as the world understands it—it was the start of a journey toward sacrifice. Jesus knew the path from Palm Sunday would lead to a cross. Luke 9:51 says, "As the time approached for him to be taken up to heaven, Jesus resolutely set out for Jerusalem." He wasn't forced into this; He chose it. For you. On Maundy Thursday, Jesus gathered his disciples to share the Passover meal. Amid this intimate moment, He gave a new command: "This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me" (Luke 22:19). And with the cup, "This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you" (Luke 22:20). Here, love becomes tangible—body broken, blood shed—so that we might live. The K.I.S.S. ~A love so real! The sobering silence of Good Friday is punctuated only by the words Jesus spoke on the cross: "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing" (Luke 23:34). When He could have called down angels or resisted, He embraced suffering and death. Isaiah 53:5 captures it clearly: "But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed." All of this for you. Then comes the hope that never fades—Easter Sunday. "He is not here; he has risen!" (Luke 24:6). Jesus conquered sin and death, opening the way for us to walk in newness of life (Romans 6:4). His resurrection is the ultimate proof of a love that refuses to be defeated. Holy Week is not about tradition or obligation. It's about a love so real that Jesus stepped into our broken world, bore our pain, and rose victorious—all to bring you into a relationship with God. This Palm Sunday, as you hold your palm branch or reflect on the crowds' cries, remember: God's love isn't a distant story. It's alive, personal, and powerful. Come with open hearts. Walk with Jesus this week—not as a checklist, but as a response to a love that changed everything. Because His love is so real. And it's for you. A Love So Real by Kristianne Wargo A whispered breeze through palm-lined streets, A humble King on dusted feet. No throne of gold, no shining steel— Just love in flesh: a love so real. The crowd's loud cries, a hopeful song, Yet in His heart, a knowing strong— This path will bend beneath a cross, Where hope is found in seeming loss. He broke the bread, He shared the wine, "My body given, this blood is mine." A silent gift, a sacred seal— A covenant of love so real. Upon the hill, beneath the sky, A thorny crown, a final cry. Forgiveness poured from nail-pierced hands, Love that frees, that understands. But dawn will break, the stone rolled wide, Death's dark shadow swept aside. He rose again, alive to heal— Love eternal, love so real. No greater gift, no deeper grace, No harder road in time or space. Just this: a heart that chose to feel— And give to us a love so real. 4015 Go with the Flow

Marriage is a wild ride; no matter how many years you've been in it, you're always learning something new. Just when you think you've got your spouse all figured out, life throws a curveball like a change in circumstances, mood, or priorities. The automatic reaction might be to resist, argue, or complain, but real strength lies in learning how to go with the flow. Easier said than done, right? Marriage: the joining of two very different people, each with their own views on how life should go—that's a recipe for some tension. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com A little friction is normal and healthy; it sparks growth and keeps things interesting. But too much friction is a burnout waiting to happen, making you question why you're even in the relationship. Going with the flow doesn't mean giving up or becoming a pushover. It's a mindset shift. It's about embracing change as part of your shared journey and choosing harmony over constant conflict. The K.I.S.S. ~ Go with the flow! What happens in your household when something unexpected happens? Do you both get all bent out of shape and become defensive about the situation? Or are you reasonable to work with and calm to figure it out together? Most of us are everything in between. Very rarely does the simplest of thoughts and actions occur. And you could chalk that up to being the "unexpected" part of life.  Here are three powerful actions any spouse can take to master the art of flowing together. Shift Focus from Being Right to Being Connected Often, tension arises because both partners are locked into their own point of view. Instead of doubling down on winning the argument, lean into curiosity. Ask yourself, "What is my spouse really feeling? What's underneath their reaction?" When you prioritize connection over being right, you open the door for empathy. That creates space for compromise and understanding—ingredients that smooth the flow of your relationship. Practice Flexibility—and Recognize What's Worth Holding Onto Flexibility isn't weakness; it's strength wrapped in adaptability. Sometimes plans change, moods shift, and priorities evolve. Practice saying, "Okay, let's try it your way this time," without seeing it as a loss. But flexibility doesn't mean losing your identity or values. Know where your non-negotiables lie and stand firm there. Flow is about navigating change gracefully, not being a leaf blown randomly by every gust. Choose Peace Daily—Even When You Don't Feel Like It Going with the flow is a practice that sometimes requires conscious effort. When irritation flares, take a breath and remind yourself: Is this worth sparking a fight over? Often, the answer is no. Committing to peace means choosing calm over chaos, patience over frustration, and love over ego—every single day. That consistency builds a reservoir of goodwill that carries you through rough patches. Marriage isn't a smooth crystal stream; it's a river with bends, rapids, and quiet pools. When you learn how to go with the flow, you don't just survive the current—you ride it together, stronger and more connected on the other side. So next time change hits, resist the urge to push against it. Let it flow around you, carry you both forward, and deepen the bond that makes your marriage worth everything. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4014 More to Life than Screen Time

Kids glued to screens more than they engage in real conversations is a crisis disguised as convenience. With the rise of technology, including computers and phones, the natural order has been flipped upside down, leaving a generation increasingly ill-equipped to navigate the human connections that truly matter. There's more to life than screen time. This isn't just a gripe about kids and screens; it's about the quality and depth of human connection they're missing out on. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com When children spend hours navigating virtual worlds, scrolling feeds, or tapping out texts, they're not just passing time; they're trading away opportunities to develop the very skills that make us human. Real conversations, face-to-face and voice-to-voice, build empathy, social awareness, and critical thinking in ways screens simply can't replicate. It's these interactions that teach kids how to read emotions, respond thoughtfully, and build trust. So what's at stake is more than just screen time limits; it's the foundation of how our kids will relate to family, friends, colleagues, and even themselves as they grow. We have to find a way to balance technology's undeniable benefits with deliberate efforts to foster genuine connection. And this is your wake-up call to step in and create environments where human interaction beats screen time, not just for discipline, but for survival in an increasingly isolated digital age. The Screen Dilemma: Why It's So Backwards Research isn't shy about the consequences. A study published in JAMA Pediatrics found that adolescents who spent more than three hours per day on electronic devices were at a significantly higher risk of experiencing mental health problems, including anxiety and depression. Meanwhile, a decline in face-to-face interactions directly impacts their ability to develop empathy, emotional intelligence, and the confidence required for real-world communication. A report from the Pew Research Center showed that teens today are far less interested in talking on the phone, with 73% admitting they prefer texting or social media messaging. This avoidance of direct verbal communication has a real-world cost. College professors report students struggling with oral presentations and conversations, and employers note a deficit in interpersonal skills essential for career success. When texting becomes the go-to mode of communication, kids avoid the nuance of tone, timing, and body language. These aren't just "soft skills"—they're foundational to building trust, negotiating conflicts, and forming meaningful relationships. It's time to intervene with a pattern interrupt.  The K.I.S.S. ~ Intervene with a pattern interrupt! That means you are not letting your children do whatever they want or even self-regulate. You need to be watchful and guide them as they grow. And as they move out and come back to visit, you can still model what needs to happen in human connections and interactions. What Can Parents Do? Three Sharp Moves to Protect Kids from Screen Overload While Teaching Real Communication Establish Structured Screen-Free Times and Zones Don't just vaguely ask kids to "use screens less." Get specific: ban devices during meals, before bedtime, and during important family moments. This creates guaranteed pockets of human connection. Research in Developmental Psychology confirms that family dinners without screens boost kids' language skills, decrease risky behaviors, and increase emotional bonds. Model Real Conversations—No Half Measures Kids mimic what they see. Make your communications count. Put your phone away when someone's speaking. Use eye contact. Show kids how to handle a conversation with patience—even during uncomfortable topics. If home is a training ground for how to connect, your child is more likely to carry that skill into school, work, and friendships. Create Opportunities for Face-to-Face Socializing Outside Digital Screens Sign kids up for team sports, drama clubs, volunteering, or other group activities with real human feedback. A study from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) showed that social engagement offline promotes better mental health and communication skills than online interactions. Encourage your child to face challenges and conflicts in person to build resilience and conversational agility. This is about more than limiting screen time. It's about preparing kids to thrive in a world where real human connection isn't optional—it's essential. If you don't teach them to talk, listen, and share without a screen buffering the moment, don't be shocked when they grow into adults who struggle to connect, negotiate, and lead. "Be present. 4013 Love Your Life

Circumstances have a way of dragging us down. When worries pile up, enthusiasm doesn't stand a chance. Hope gets shoved aside by the constant rush of life, making you want to throw in the towel and quit altogether. You don't have to fall in love with the season you're living through to actually love your life. Loving your life isn't automatic. It's not a byproduct of perfect days or effortless joy. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com It's a daily decision—a choice you make every morning when you wake up and take that first breath. Breathe in what God has given you—the gift of this day—and breathe out the heavy weight of what you can't control. That simple, rhythmic exchange is where love and life can coexist, even when life feels anything but lovely or likable. This doesn't mean ignoring the tough stuff. It means holding space for both—the hard and the hopeful. It's the "and" that matters: you can face hardships and still find reasons to be grateful. You don't have to wait for better seasons or easier circumstances to start appreciating the life you're living right now. The K.I.S.S. ~ Love your life! Remember, you're not walking this path alone. Letting God walk beside you changes the experience from unbearable to manageable. It's in that partnership—your willingness to show up and God's strength to carry you—that you find the courage to push forward. You can handle more than you think. You're stronger than your struggles. So make that daily choice: love your life, even when it's messy, even when it's hard. Because loving your life is the boldest act of defiance against the chaos—and the first step to changing it. You've got this. God's got you! Love your life. Love Your Life by Kristianne Wargo Some days the sky feels heavy, and the light is hard to find. Worries crowd like thunder clouds, dimming hope in heart and mind. But here's a truth to hold close— love doesn't wait on perfect days. It wakes with every morning breath, and chooses life's wild ways. Breathe in deep the gift you've got, exhale what's out of reach. In the space between the storms, you'll find the grace to teach— That love lives not in ease alone, but in the fight, the "and." The hard and hopeful holding hands, the steady, rising stand. When seasons press so heavy, and hope feels thin and small, remember—you are not alone, alone you'll never fall. God walks with every step you take, in darkness and in light, carrying you through the hard, toward dawn from endless night. So breathe, and choose to love your life, the broken and the whole, because within that daily choice, you heal. You grow. You're whole. "Be present. Be incredible. 4012 Change is a Good Thing

Why do we often run from change as if it's something dangerous to avoid? The sprint away is so instinctive that even when we stumble, we'd rather keep running in fear than pause and face what's new. Instead of running from something like fear, failure, or discomfort, why not run toward what you want? Because change is a good thing. We are wired as creatives and learners. But if we keep thinking we cannot change something or do it differently, it holds us back. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com When we convince ourselves that we can't change a circumstance or try a fresh approach, we trap ourselves in the quicksand of "stuck." And that quicksand becomes a well of despair where only our tears accumulate. But you're worth more than that prison. You deserve to break free. What lights you up? What do you care about so deeply that it pulls you out of bed, no matter how tired you are? Change becomes good exactly when it creates room for what truly matters to you. Life will always throw struggles your way; that's a given. But change gives you permission to move beyond surviving those storms and start finding good marks along the journey, not just the scars. Better things aren't just a fantasy; they're waiting on the other side of a shift in your mindset and actions. But better requires change.  Knowing who you are and becoming who you are means changing the patterns, the routines, and sometimes the people around you. Take a chance on change. The K.I.S.S. ~ Take a chance on change! If you're wondering how to start believing that change is worth taking a chance on, here are three practical moves you can make today: Visualize Your Possible Future: Take five minutes daily to picture the life you want. The clearer the image, the more real it feels. This creates hope and a magnetic pull toward change because your brain starts aligning with what's possible instead of what's comfortable. Make Small Changes, Not Overhauls: Start with one tiny change—a different morning habit, a new way of approaching a task, or a conversation you've been avoiding. Small wins build confidence and prove that change isn't some giant monster but a path forward. Surround Yourself with Evidence: Read stories, listen to podcasts, or connect with people who have successfully changed their lives. Seeing examples of real change helps you believe in the good before you experience it yourself. Change is a good thing. Change is not easy, that's why it scares us and why we hesitate. But it's a good thing when it breaks the cycle of being stuck, when it fills your well with hope instead of tears, when it makes room for the life that only you can create. So, stop running from what frightens you. Take a deep breath, face the unknown, and sprint toward what you really want. Change isn't the enemy. It's the next step to who you're meant to be. Believe it before you see it. Change is a good thing. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #WellspringWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women?
