S2, E17: Breast Implant Illness, Sobriety, and Reinvention: Welcome, Alison Gatz
This one is a must-listen. While Kate's away, the gorgeous Alison Gatz (publisher of Fishers Magazine, founder of AMG retreats, and content creator) is in our studio today, and she doesn't hold back. Alison claims to be an open book, and that she is. She answers all of Lindsay's questions surrounding her decision to receive a double masectomy, breast implant illness that followed, and her decision to remove her implants (after one ruptured, causing her to feel distressingly terrible). We talk about Alison's 11 years of sobriety, and how that has changed her life. We talk about her businesses too, and how important it is for midlife women to take time for themselves, especially if they find themselves in a position where their kids have left for college, and for the first time, they're left to discover who they want to be for the rest of their lives. Huge thanks to Alison for her transparency, vulnerability, and honesty. You can find her on Instagram @lifebyalig, and you can learn more about her women's retreats at amgretreats.com. As always, thank you for listening, and please share the 2DumbBelles podcast with friends!

S2, E16: Awful Dates, Diarrhea, and Caffeine
We're finally back, and we have some GREAT stories on this week's episode. A mix of hilarious and disgusting. Which, in our opinions, there are no better stories than those which are both hilarious and disgusting. Ladies, has anyone ever tried to feed you food on a first date? No? Lucky you. Thank you for listening! We appreciate every download and every tune-in! As always, you can find 2DumbBelles wherever you get your podcasts, and we love when you share with friends. :)

S2, E15: Brazilian waxing and Dutch pancakes
Our apologies that nothing ever follows any kind of topic or theme or makes any sense at all. We don't mean for it to happen but most of the time it just does. Anyway, tune in and hear us lament about: Waxing the "lower parts" with Chloe Microneedling High maintenance (Kate) vs. low maintenance (Lindsay) Dutch pancakes Moose lips Murder So...something for everyone, as they say? Thank you for listening! Please like and share!

S2, E14: Eggs, Robots, and Justin Timberlake
Surprise! We're back! Trust us - we always have good intentions of posting regular podcasts, but you know...life sometimes pulls us in 16,053 different directions! But welcome back, listeners! Today we're discussing: Dogs vs. eggs Troublingly realistic robots Long runs Scary weirdos during aforementioned long runs Justin Timberlake Tiny things Modern marvels: microwaves, VHS tapes, and CDs (Also, forgive us; our mics weren't working!) S2, E13: Welcome Back to the Show, Grover!
Your favorite guest is back...Kate's husband, Grover! And it is a suprise for Kate. B/c she's been travelling like a crazy person so Lindsay reached out to Kate's Man Candy and was like, "Grover! Let's do a podcast and not tell Kate and she'll be so suprised!" And of course Grover was on board, because he's Lindsay's BFAM (brother from another mother), and here you go! Episode 13! We talk about lots of stuff: Kate's travels, Taylor Swift, Spring Break, 1/2 Marathon training, friends who run really fast, and lots more. Grover is always a hoot and a half so it's great to have our special guest star back on the pod for more fun! Thanks for listening! You can find our Pod on Spotify, iHeart, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

S2, E12: Bruno Mars is Making Us Nervous
Are you a good dancer, like Kate? Or do you just stand there, like Lindsay? Kate at least has "attractive writhing" down, but if Lindsay even thinks about dancing, she's immediately humiliated and ashamed and sweaty and REFUSES to. We agree that Bruno Mars would not like Lindsay. We bet he'd like Kate, though. Welcome to Episode 12! Not only do we talk about the horrors of dancing, but we also cover: Body image, as it pertains to female teen athletes Talking to our kids about sex The Grammys Unwanted body hair No way do you want to miss it. Riveting, as always! Thanks for listening! Please follow our podcast and share with friends and family - we appreciate our listeners so much!

S2, E11: That Time Lindsay's Teeth Fell Out
Kate has a new fear that's been unlocked: her teeth crumbling out of her head. Because it happened to Lindsay and it was FREAKY AND TERRIBLE and Lindsay does not recommend. We also touch on other more important topics like Kate's fun new role at work and the fact that ducks have accents depending on the regions where they grew up. And according to our resident scientist, Kate, sharks can be older than trees. And older than the United States. I mean, listen: the world is a little dark these days; why would you NOT want to listen to us discuss ducks, sharks, teeth, and more? We also made some fun cocktails, because a little day drinking never hurt anyone. Thank you for listening! Like and follow to stay tuned to new episodes, which you'll find on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and iHeart.

S2, E10: Cheers, Dumb Belles! It's 2026!
Happy New Year! What's your "word of the year?" We don't know about you, but having a word for the New Year feels like a lot more fun than planning resolutions. Kate and Lindsay both share their word for the year, why they chose it, and how they'll use it. Plus, we recap the holidays, our New Year's celebrations, and more. Tune in and get in the right mindset with us for 2026!

S2, E9: It's CHRISTMAS! And we're EXHAUSTED
What did Santa bring us?!?! Better yet, what did Kate and Lindsay give each other for Christmas? We do our big gift-exchange/gift-opening on this episode, and a disclaimer: Kate and Lindsay both LOVED their gifts! It's the MOST time of the year, and we love it but we're tired and we're happy and we're celebrating Christmas (and all the other wonderful holidays) with you all. See you in the New Year! Thank you to our listeners, as always. Find 2 Dumb Belles wherever you get your podcasts.

S2, E8: Sweat, Goals, and White People Taco Night
Have you ever visited a red-light sauna and sweat (sweatted? swat?) your face off in 150 degree heat? You should. Have you ever picked a "word of the year" in late December, to focus on for the upcoming year? You should. Has your dog ever eaten 20 Christmas cookies and NOT thrown up? You should probably avoid having your dog eat 20 Christmas cookies, but you should at LEAST applaud your dog for keeping it down. Have you ever had a dinner of Old El Paso and called it "taco night?" Welcome to "White People Taco Night." Cilantro and red onion be damned! Thanks for listening, friends and family! Like what you hear? Please share with anyone who might enjoy the 2DumbBelles podcast! We appreciate our listeners. :)

S2, E7: The Things We're Grateful For
Happy Thanksgiving! We have TONS to be thankful for. Including the concealing of our nipples and TSA pre-check. I mean, we're grateful for all the big things too; friends, family, our homes, safety, plenty of food, clean water - all the stuff that we take for granted. But we don't take ourselves too seriously so we wanted to share all the other stuff that helps us out every day as well! We didn't mention it in this episode, but we're ALSO grateful to you, our listeners! Thanks so much to all of you who listen (or are forced to listen in a car), and thanks to all of you for sharing with friends and family. We wish you the happiest of Thanksgivings with the people and pets you love the most.

S2, E6: Let's commiserate! What's making us CRAZY!??
Be honest: there is SOMETHING that makes you want to punch a hole in the wall. There are certain things that, even as a responsible, well-adjusted adult, make you want to drop to the floor and throw a major tantrum because they are just so uncomprehensibly terrible that to suffer through these inconveniences might ruin your life. We know! We know! We're sharing a few of our favorite lunacy-inducing things today, too. Including: Why is everything at the airport at least $25? Even a snack? Why can't people just flush their poop right away? Why must they fester in it? If someone goes through a coffee drive through line, why don't they already know what they want? Why is it that when people go out in public, it's like it's their very first day on earth EVER? Who wears the scrunchy-butt tights? And who wears NUDE colored tights? Why does your clothing only get caught on stuff when you're already having the worst day of your life? Thank you for listening and please share with anyone who will listen to you! We appreciate you all so much. Find 2DumbBelles wherever you get your podcasts.

S2, E5: Exercise, Food, and Busy Schedules
This week, we're tackling "body stuff." Weight, weight fluctuations, workouts, bodies changing shape, hormones, periods, all of it. We're also talking about prioritizing sleep, staying healthy in these germy months, and giving ourselves grace when we really really need it. Like hanging out with your doggie and having some coffee instead of the morning run sometimes and being okay with that. Girls, it's not always easy but we're doing our best and we know you are too! Big thanks to all of our listeners! Please share our podcast with friends, family, and anyone who needs some light-hearted girl talk. You can find our show wherever you get your podcasts.

32
S2, E4: Oddities of the World
We're covering some FASCINATING oddities today, friends. Did you know they make pantyliners for thongs? Scented tampons? And that the Skims brand is currently sold out of their fun & fluffy..."decorated" underpants? Google it. Trust us. We also touch base on seedless lemons, loose-leaf tea, wasteful pancake mix and more! We're discussing fascinating things that we can't stop thinking about. It's a can't-miss episode for sure. Thanks to all of our friends for listening! We always appreciate you sharing our podcast! You can find us wherever you get your podcasts.

S2, E3: Momming can be HARD
Hey Dumb Belles! This week we're talking about the joy of parenting. And how easy it is to feel like a BIG DUMB FAILURE. And how "mom guilt" is real. And we invite all of you to enjoy Lindsay's cult, because it's not a scary weird cult, but a really fun one. Thank you for listening and please share with friends and loved ones! We appreciate our listeners!

Paris, Pant-Pooping, and Candy Corn: WE'RE BACK FOR SEASON 2!
How on EARTH did you function without us?!? Your work commutes must have been so boring! Your workouts must have been so lonely! Well FRET NO MORE because your favorite Dumb Belles have returned for Season 2! After a mid-summer hiatus, which involved tons of work travel for Kate and a new job for Lindsay, PLUS back-to-school + all the things that come with that (sports + meetings + juggling "momming" with working and trying to literally do it all), we are SO PUMPED to be back. Don't miss this fun-filled eposide where we catch you up on what's happening, and share stories of traveling abroad, pooping pants, and much more. We're so glad to be back! Follow us at @2dumb_belles on Instagram and share with friends and family! You can find our show wherever you get your podcasts.

Episode 28_People are falling in love with ChatGPT...?
Kate and Lindsay have a new obsession and that includes: learning ALL ABOUT people who have AI companions. And not just a chatbot "friend," but people who take these chatbots to the next level and things become VERY romantic. We're conflicted. On one hand, good for you. If this makes you happy and feel less alone, then who are WE to judge. On the other hand...when you say that you're in love and that you can't live without your AI partner, and you consider yourself a "robosexual" (look it up, it's a thing), then we don't know HOW to feel. Because at the end of the day, it's an algorithm. It's a bunch of 1's and 0's programmed to tell you what you want to hear. And that feels kind of dangerous and kind of like "AI is taking over the world." Yikes. We encourage you to listen to the podcast called Flesh and Code (a Wondery production), watch the movie called Her (it's from 2013, and we mistakenly said it was from 1999, but either way, Spike Jonze was WAY ahead of his time with this one), and listen to an episode from The Daily, where a woman is interviewed upon falling in love with ChatGPT. (All three will be tagged below). As always, huge thanks to our listeners for tuning in every week (or every OTHER week, depending on whether or not we have our ducks in a row)! ;) We appreciate you so much. Please share with friends and family members who might want to listen! Flesh and Code Podcast | Wondery Her, 2013 She Fell In Love with ChatGPT, New York Times

Episode 27: Are You Using the Wiggle Jiggle? (...And other fitness trends!)
Some fitness trends are better than others. Take, for example, the weighted vest. Show of hands: who has one?? Doesn't everyone? Also take, for example, the Oura ring. Show of hands: who has one?? And again: doesn't everyone?! In this week's episode, we're discussing a few popular fitness trends that people are doing right now, including those weird vibrating plates (which we refer to as the "wiggle jiggle"), the aforementioned weighted vests and Oura rings, and even trends in recovery such as ice baths and red light therapy. Which of these do we believe in? Which of these just sound like dumb ideas? How much of it is placebo effect? As always, thank you for listening and sharing with friends and loved ones! We appreciate you more than you know. You can find our show anywhere you get your podcasts.

Episode 26: Summer. Is. A. LOT.
We're all over the place this week, but in a fun way, we promise. Summer is a LOT. If you know, you know. We're feeling a little overwhelmed this week b/c we both have a ton going on (just like all of our listeners). We get a quick hello from everyone's favorite 2DB guest, Grover Smith! And we also touch on important topics like: Summer camps - can you call it a "camp" if it's only 90 minutes in length?!! Brain rot + kids with their iPads Lindsay making "drugs" with her 11 year old Work/life balance and the hustle culture At what age do we leave our kids alone? Groceries: are you all spending $1900 per week with your kids at home? Kim Chi - everyone's favorite snack! Cramming in workouts pre-travel Sleep - how many hours do you get per night? 10? 14? (this will make more sense once you listen, LOL) Thanks so much for listening - we appreciate you so much and would love it if you shared our podcast with friends and family!

Episode 25: Our Fave Places to Travel!
Where are the BEST places you've ever traveled? What's on your bucket list? There are so many great places to go. Kate + Lindsay share they're favorite locations, as well as the places they REALLY wanna go, and a few places that everyone seems to want to go that we sorta DON'T wanna go to. We also touch on Lindsay's business idea of the Gay Man Snuggle Club (investors, please contact us directly). As always, we appreciate our listeners and we'd love it if you'd share our podcast with friends and loved ones! Thank you for tuning in!

Episode 24: We were so dumb in high school
Kids' brains aren't fully formed until they're in their mid- to late-20s. Kate and Lindsay's brains were certainly no exception. We did some really dumb stuff when we were in high school. But we can be forgiven, right?!? We had zero capacity for good judgement! Kate and Lindsay sit down to share some of the really stupid things they did as teenagers. From driving to Taco Bell in the middle of the night without headlights on (and subsequently getting pulled over in the process) to smoking cigarettes in the girls bathroom at a football game to sending a younger sibling on a bagel run at the tender age of 14, listen-in and get to know a side of Kate and Lindsay that they are NOT proud of. If you're in the midst of raising a teenager or an almost-teenager, maybe these stories will make you feel better about how things are going. Thank you for listening and as always, please share with friends and loved ones! We appreciate our listeners so much. You can find our show wherever you get your podcasts.

Episode 23: TV Shows, Fond Farewells, and Watermelon
We're a little all over the place this week, but in the best way. What TV shows do you love most? What do you watch when you're feeling stressed? Sort of like a "comfort" show? We have some thoughts on that. We also talk about friends, fruit, and we end with a pretty awesome joke. Why WOULDN'T you listen?!? Also, I don't know about you, but I'm feeling twenty...three! Because we forgot to use that song lyric when we recorded episode 22. We let our big moment pass us by! Thanks so much to all of our listeners - please share with friends and loved ones! You can find us wherever you get your podcasts, and you can watch us on YouTube (except for when Lindsay forgets to upload it, which has happened once or twice. Sorry!)

Episode 22: The Grover Recap, Mother's Day, and the Grossest Story EVER
Warning: Around minute 25, Lindsay starts to tell the grossest story you have ever heard in your life - so if you're squeamish or don't do well with yucky stuff, turn this off as SOON as you hear her mention it. Lindsay has a stomach of STEEL and she listened to the story while out walking her dog and had to sit down in someone's yard because she thought she was going to barf. So there you go. But in other MUCH MORE FUN news, Kate reviews the interview with Grover (were his stories accurate?!?) and we discuss Mother's Day plans (Kate and Lindsay both have very, VERY simple "wish lists"), and we shout-out our friends Elena and Emily. Because of course we do. We practically call them out on every episode we make. ;) Also a shout-out to DC Lindsay. Thank you for listening! Please follow and share with friends and loved ones! We appreciate our listeners so much. Find us on YouTube and wherever you get your podcasts.

Episode 21: Our FIRST GUEST is none other than...
Dumb Belles! We have the BEST GUEST in the studio (can we call it a studio?!?) today! It's none other than...drum roll...Lindsay's brother from another mother...Kate's "Man Candy"...GROVER SMITH! We've brought in our favorite "BEAU" Flex - Kate's husband! And he's here to spill the tea and share the HOT GOSS! Listen to Grover *CRUSH* the Newlywed Game, learn all about his Army career, and find out how he met Kate and how he was (and STILL IS) enamoured by her. It's the cutest conversation to date. You'll love it and you'll say "awwwww!" a lot. Thank you to all of our listeners! We appreciate you and we'd love it if you give us a 5-star review and share our podcast with friends and family. Thank you for listening! You can find 2 Dumb Belles wherever you get your podcasts.

Episode 20: Our Summer Bucket Lists!
Summer will be here in NO TIME! What fun stuff do you have planned? We have a few things we'll be doing over the summer and we're sharing our "bucket list" with you. Because Summer rolls in so fast and then LEAVES us just as quickly, now is a good time to start making plans! Unless, of course, your only goal is to survive working + momming (and the 17 million things that go along with both of those things) during the summer months; we totally get that, too! Like the pod? Please give us five stars, and please share with friends! We appreciate our listeners so much. 2 Dumb Belles is available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and wherever you get your podcasts. Thanks for listening!

Episode 19: Ladies! Tips for Nutrition + Maintaining Muscle Mass
Ladies, your favorite dumb belles have some KILLER nutrition tips for you today. For those of us, um, at a "certain age," maybe we're finding it challenging to keep the muscle mass that we used to have. Or maybe high cortisol levels are causing us to keep unwanted fluff around our tummies. Or maybe we just don't know what to do when it comes to consuming enough protein. And what about preventing blood sugar spikes? And supplements - are any of them worth it? Give us a listen and maybe you'll take away some helpful information to keep you strong and lean, even as you enter your 40s and up. We're rooting for you! As always, thank you for listening and pretty please, share with friends or family! We appreciate our listeners so much.

Episode 18: Broken Bones + Other Dumb Accidents
Three words: Piggly Ding Dong. Listen to the episode to understand. Also - broken bones, sprains, and other injuries! How many surgeries have we had?!? How many things have we broken? How did we not spiral during our injuries, and what did we do to stay active during recovery? Did we rest like we were supposed to? It's the hardest thing to do (that, and healthfully asking for help). Also: Kate and Lindsay will be joining the Great Midwestern Pilgrimage to warmer climates during Spring Break, so we'll miss you the week of April 7th! We'll see you again the week of April 14th. Thank you to all of our listeners - we appreciate you and we would love it if you shared our podcast with friends and family! We're grateful for all of you. You can find us on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and wherever else you get your podcasts.

Do you believe in ghosts/paranormal stuff? Find out if we do, and listen as we share a couple of stories that freaked us out. And we recorded our episode this week! You can find us on YouTube! Hey there Dumbbelles! Kate had skin cancer - find out how she discovered it, how she handled this health scare, how she resolved it, what her doctor and dermatologist did, and how she's doing now. Lots of you listening probably used a tanning bed when you were younger - remember the Playboy bunny stickers? (Insert huge eye roll). It's so important to take care of your skin and get things checked out. Spring Break is coming quick - be sun-smart and wear the sunblock! We'll also share a couple of our favorites: Lindsay's pick: La Roche Posay SPF 50 Kate's pick: Aveeno SPF 30 Thank you for listening and please share with your friends and family! We appreciate our listeners so much. You can find us on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and iHeart.

Episode 15 - Hormone Replacement Therapy
It's a one-woman show today! Kate has been traveling for work, and has selfishly left me all by myself, so I'm telling all about how I recently (just in the past few weeks) started hormone replacement therapy and it has literally CHANGED MY LIFE. I am NOT saying that you should do this if you're having perimenopause symptoms; everyone is different and for some of you, the risks may not outweigh the benefits, and you might choose to manage your symptoms in a much different way than I've chosen. But I wanted to share my story because I didn't realize that this type of thing could result in such a drastic improvement in the way that I feel. As always, thank you for listening and we'd love it if you shared our podcast with friends and family! We appreciate our listeners.

Episode 14: BOOK CLUB TIME!
Hi Dumbbelles! The news is HEAVY right now. So tune in for something light and fun! Find out what we're reading, and learn what books made it to our "best books of all time" list. We'll give a quick review of some of our favorites ("quick review" because neither of us can remember much once we're done!) and maybe some of these will make it to your "must read" list. Or maybe you've already read a few of these! We'd love to know, so reach us on social media and tell us what you're reading and what books are your all-time faves. A few that we mention in this episode: Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow - Gabrielle Zevin The Most Fun We Ever Had - Claire Lombardo All the Light We Cannot See - Anthony Doerr The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches - Sangu Mandanna Demon Copperhead - Barbara Kingsolver The Queen of the Tearling - Erika Johansen The Poisonwood Bible - Barbara Kingsolver Ruth Ware and Tana French (two authors that Kate likes) As always, thank you for listening and please share our podcast with friends! We're so grateful that you tuned in. You can find us on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, iHeart, and wherever else you find your favorite podcasts.

Episode 13: Cleaning and Death
Hi there Dumb Belles! How clean is your home? There's a lot of discussion about "toxic" ingredients in our environment: candles, plug-ins, detergents, fabric softeners, and more. How can you make your home more "green?" We're discussing ways that we're improving our environment and trying our best to not poison our families and all of our visitors. Which leads us to...dying! All these toxic household ingredients will kill us in the end, but maybe we can find ways to put the FUN in a FUNeral! Special shout out to Beans Candle Company and The Soap Factory at HTC (both of which use clean ingredients and make your home a safer place in which to live). Thank you for listening and as always, we'd love for you to review the podcast and share with friends!

Episode 12: Galentine's Day!
Hey there Dumb Belles! Today we're talking about all things Valentine's (well, GAL-entine's) Day! Episode 11: We're In Our IDGAF Era
Hey dumbbelles! We feel like we've entered our "I don't give a %&#" era. Life is WAY TOO SHORT to care what people think, what they say, or what their opinion is. It's taken us both a long time to get to the place where we're unbothered by others. If you listen to the Mel Robbins podcast (she's amazing, by the way, you should really listen), she speaks about something she calls the "let them" theory. And we're here for it! :) Thank you for listening and as always, we'd love it if you would like and share our podcast with friends and family. You can find us on iHeart, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts. Thank you so much for your support!

Episode 10: 10MoreSeconds - Lindsay's Small Business!
Hey Dumbbelles! Have you ever thought about starting your own business? Or maybe you already do own your own business and you're in the thick of it. Either way, listen-in while Kate interviews Lindsay about her company, 10MoreSeconds. She does nutrition coaching, in-home strength training and Pilates reformer sessions, and even Corporate Wellness (which means going into businesses and helping create a more engaging, healthy, and happy environment for all the associates). Thank you for listening, and as always, share with friends and family. We appreciate our listeners so much. If you can find it in your heart, we'd love if you could give our lil' podcast a five-star rating!

Join us this week as we talk about some of our favorite skincare products to help the cause, as well as dietary choices we make that can benefit our skin and manage our body's inflammatory response. We also discuss exciting topics including: bloating, GI issues, wine, caffeine, sodas, highly processed foods, and how we don't know each other's middle name (we do now). Trust us when we say that if you're in our age range, you're going to like this one. Thank you for listening, and as always, share with friends and family! We appreciate our listeners so much.

Episode 8: Kate's Weight Loss Journey
Settle in, Dumbbelles, this is a good one. Kate decided last year to begin a weight loss regimine that included a GLP-1 (a popular weight loss medication) and we decided to do a little interview with her about all the things that she experienced while taking this medication. Plus: how long did she take it? Is she still taking it? How much did she lose? What was the cost? And plenty more details, too. Please note that we are not suggesting or promoting use of this medication as a weight loss tool; this interview is just to let others in on Kate's weight loss journey and share some insights into what it was like for her. We hope you enjoy! As always, please share with friends and family. We appreciate all of our listeners!

We're taking off the week of Christmas, so we'll see you all in the New Year! We have some hilarious and relatable episodes on-tap and we can't wait to see you all in 2025. Episode 5: We Can't Live Without These Unhealthy Things!
Seasons Greetings, Dumbbelles! Lindsay and Kate are both pretty darn healthy: BUT, we're also normal human ladies, and we have each compiled a list of our top three guilty pleasures. Feel free to judge us. We are more gross than you may have given us credit for! Listen and see if any of YOUR top three favorite unhealthy things have made it onto our lists! Also, thank you ALL for listening to our podcast - we're at 1,000 listens and counting, and we're so grateful that you've chosen to listen to us! THANK YOU!

Episode 4: Boobs and Botox
Happy December, Dumbbelles! Today we're talking about all things aging: how our boobies change and our bodies change, along with our skin, our hair, and even our hands (start moisturizing IMMEDIATELY)! We'll talk about all the things that we've done, to, you know, trick people into thinking we're in our 20s (just kidding) - and we'll talk about the things that we WANT to do! Listen in for some fun ideas and as always, enjoyable conversation. Questions? We love to hear from our listeners! Email us at [email protected]. And if you like what you hear, please share with friends and family! We love our listeners and we always welcome new ones, too!

Episode 3: Holiday Shopping and...You Want Me to Buy WHAT?!?
Happy Holidays, Dumbbelles! It's a special Thanksgiving episode for you this week; we share all of our favorite things, including stuff we've purchased from Instagram ads that made us feel like we HAD to have it - but did we really love it or was it a total flop? We'll share the things we highly recommend, and the things we highly suggest you pass up. What are some things that you've purchased from online ads and LOVED? Or, what are some things that turned out to be completely terrible? We'd love to hear about it! Email us at [email protected].

Episode 2: Our Workouts, Then & Now
Welcome back, Dumbbelles! This week we're talking a little about Kate's most recent 1/2 marathon and how she CRUSHED IT, as well as the way we used to work out vs. what we do now, and how our perception on fitness has changed and evolved as we've gotten older. More rest days, more weights, and stopping when something hurts (what a NOVEL idea). Whether you're brand-new to working out or you've been a life-long exerciser, you'll find this one interesting. Questions about the specifics of Kate + Lindsay's workouts? Fitness-specific questions for Lindsay (owner of 10MoreSeconds, LLC)? Email us at [email protected]. We just might answer your questions in an upcoming episode!
