Ep. 17 | Sally Taylor - Your Body is Speaking To You
In this episode, we dive into the connection between emotions, healing, self-expression, and the stories our bodies may be trying to tell us.Artist Sally Taylor shares the powerful practices she was taught growing up — asking herself: What is this feeling? What color is it? What is it doing here? Through meditation, reflection, and her battle with cancer, she began to see healing in a completely different way.She opens up about how years of shrinking herself, staying silent, and not speaking her truth affected her emotionally and physically — and how learning to listen to herself changed everything. This conversation is a reminder to slow down, tune in, and ask yourself what your feelings may be trying to say.If this episode resonated with you, don’t forget to like, comment, and follow for more conversations on healing, growth, mindset, and self-discovery.Instagram: @SallytayloringWebsite: Sallytaylor.comSallytayloring.com#Healing #SelfDiscovery #MentalHealth #PersonalGrowth #Podcast

Ep. 15 | Kaivon on “The Dark Night of the Soul” and Becoming Your True Self
Today’s episode is a really special one for me. I’m sitting down with my son, Kaivon — and honestly, it still feels surreal to say that. I’ve watched him go from making music in his room, just chasing a dream, to performing on stages all over the world. And as his mom… that’s been pretty incredible to witness. If you know Kaivon’s music, you know it’s emotional. It pulls you in. And with this new album, I feel like we’re hearing a new side of him. It feels more reflective. There’s a lot of heart in it — themes of growth, change, and becoming your true self. I think that’s something we can all relate to. What I admire most is that he’s never just made music to sound good — he makes it to make you feel something. And this album really does that. So today, we’re going to talk about the journey — the music, the growth, — and maybe even a few things only a mom would know. I’m so proud of him… and I’m really excited for you to hear this conversation.
