This can be a tough questions, especially if you have had tragedies in life or, if you are still struggling in an area of need. You may be asking, "where are your Lord in all of this?"He is with you; he is with you in the storm. He is there in the good times and in the bad times. We go through both - it makes us stronger. The Lord loves you too much then to give you the easy route out. Because in our weakness, He is our strength. Don't forget all the goodness the Lord has stored up for you, says Joseph Price.We all go through battles, and some longer than others. But even in the midst of all of that, will you still serve Him? Will you still delight in Him? Will you still commit your ways to Him? Will you still seek Him?Or will your hate Him, curse Him, accuse Him and the list goes on...I once was mad at the Lord, and then came to my senses and said,"Lord, you don't owe me nothing, but I owe you everything." You gave your Son just for me. See it's easy to complain, but then we remember what He did for us. This life will go away and we will have a great eternal glory with him. But while on this earth, if we delight in Him, and remain faithful, obedient, and seek His ways, we will inherit a good and pleasing land and the blessings with that. Enjoy. :) 

Marriage can be challenging, and when the years go by, we often forget the biblical and ethical principles of marriage. Reading this prayer has helped me as a wife, overcome difficult times in our marriage and is a reminder of the perfect unity of two becoming one.  If you are a husband, you can also use this and change the he/she. Remember, God came and removed the curse from Adam. We are all one with Christ. We submit ourselves to Christ, and therefore love our neighbors (brothers, sisters, others) as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us. Neither man or female are inferior to one another - he created us equal and removed the curse. We are submissive to show respect and love for one another as unto Christ. That can be a hard saying for many, but it works. Doesn't mean we don't stand our ground and create boundaries, it means to pick your battles and bring all things to Christ for he cares for your. God will show you what to do. Listen to His voice. 

Cover your children with this power prayer that will cover them with the blood of Jesus Christ. Use it to battle against the forces of evil in this world and to protect your children even when we cannot be there as parents. God shows up! The Lord Can! 

Pray, listen, and agree with Psalms 91. It is  a force against the enemy!"And the Lord will command His Angels to guard you in all your ways. They will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone."Psalms 91:11-12

In my weakness, you are my strength. This maybe contrary to what we want to believe in for ourselves, that is, that we are weak. But Paul glorified himself in His weakness, because he knew that he could then humble himself and call out to God to be His strength. And God showed up. God was His Strength and Rescuer. God's grace was sufficient for Him while he had that "thorn in His flesh" and helped Him through difficulties. For King David, God was His refuge and fortress, and helped Him in times of trouble. So I am not sure what you are going through today, but just know, He is your Strength in your weakness. And that's awesome, because we don't have to pretend to have it all together. When we are committed to loving the Lord our God with all our heart, with all our soul, with all our mind, and all our strength, and focus our efforts on Him, then it is easy to do the right thing. When we don't focus our love on Him, we can do things our way and let our emotions get the best of us. This message is especially for me because I blow it too.  But, here is a good verse to remember: NIV: Luke 6:33-35. 33. And if you do good to those who are good to you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners do that. 34. And if you lend to those from whom you expect repayment, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners, expecting to be repaid in full. 35. But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. I love that we can go before God with a clean conscious. What is it like to be IN Love with God? Getting to know God on a more intimate level is beautiful. I have learned to be content with God. The feeling of being alone can be scary. As I reflect back, I realize how many times God had protected me even when I did not know it. He truly sent His angels concerning me, even when I was foolish. But I want to remind you, it is always better that we stay under God's protection; under His loving arms, to stay with the flock and not wonder off. For those of us brought up in Christianity, it is easier for us to see God in everything. But what about those who do not see. Can they see God? Sure they can, they only need to see Him through nature and existence in itself; through the clouds, the rain, the sky, the universe. Everything is so perfectly woven together and created in perfect alignment and in precise measurements. We see this in science, but does science fully answer everything? I don't believe it does, because somethings are no meant for us to know. For God says, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts." - Isaiah 55 :8-9I love this, because we can be okay with not knowing everything. Just know that there is a creator and that creator is God. Isn't that awesome, because that means we don't have to rely on the universe, but a greater power, and that power is God himself. Amen. 

It's hard to have patience and endurance when we don't see things moving as fast as we want them to. We can find ourselves taking matters into our own hands and then failing. One of my favorite verses is from Hebrew 11:6 and it says, "without faith it is impossible to please God."Often times, I struggle with this. I see things in the natural eye and see how impossible it is. But then I remember, But God! God can do all things. And I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. So I want to encourage you today, that whenever you face the red sea, call on God and earnestly seek him. In that, you will find the way, whatever that path may be. You can continue to trust and seek His face for He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.  And a special shout out to all the Mothers and Spiritual Mommas, Happy Mothers Day. There are many times we battle with our flesh. We know what we need to do, but we end up falling on our faces anyways and doing the very things we do not want to do. As Paul said in Romans 7:21 "Although I want to do good, evil is right there with me. 22 For in my inner being I delight in God’s law; 23 but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me. 24 What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death? 25 Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord!"Sometimes I want to do good, and I know I have to, but then the very next thing I do is evil and feel horrible about it. That is why I am glad the Holy Spirit can help me to do good and lead me into prayer to ask for forgiveness. For I am human, and make mistakes too. And the spirit helps us to walk in the spirit and not in the flesh. And when I fall, God delivers me, and helps me in the time of my trouble. "God you are so good, and forgiving.
