Creative Sunday// I Made Delicious Vegetable soup
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=deborah-yelemu/oncbjarvxs Hello everyone it’s another creative Sunday edition, and I’m thankful to be able to jump on this and share you with guys a dish I enjoyed cooking and eating too. Ingredients • Vegetables (pumpkin, garden egg leaves, water leaves) • Dried bush meat • Dried fish • Palm oil • Periwinkles • Prawns • Snails • Fresh tomatoes • Fresh peppers • Onions • Seasoning Cubes • Salt Firstly Wash all vegetables with salt and water to remove dirt and germs and even leaf worms, after that pluck out the leaves and begin to slice them to smaller pieces and set aside. ** Secondly** With the snails, this came with a lot of work, because it came in a large quantity, myself and my sister had to break the shells of every single one of the snail, washed them thoroughly with alum and water, we did this until the slime was out. Thirdly The prawns came with a little work too, I had to remove the head of the prawns, washed with hot water and later cut them into smaller pieces. Fourthly I washed my tomatoes, peppers and onions and blended them not too smooth, then I also sliced another piece of onion separately to cook the soup. Fifthly I put a clean pot on high heat, and added two cooking spoons of palm oil, and allowed it to get hot but didn’t bleach it, after that I added the sliced onions and fried for few seconds, then I added the blended tomato and pepper mix and fried for few minutes. After that I added the bushmeat, dried fish, the periwinkles, the washed snails and prawns, gave it a good stir and allowed everything to combine together, then I added three single seasoning cubes and salt to taste, I allowed it to cook for about 10-15mins. And lastly I added the sliced vegetables, and stirred it to combine again and allowed it cook for few minutes before serving with my preferred swallow. THANKS FOR READING🌺🌼

Creative Sunday// how I made Ogbono soup
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=deborah-yelemu/hgfdfxjoux Hello everyone, it’s another creative Sunday and I’m glad to be a part of this Sunday's edition, I made one of my favorite soups and I hope you did love it too. INGREDIENTS • grounded Ogbono • vegetable (pumpkin leaves) • cow tail • dried stock fish • Dried fish • grounded pepper • palm oil • seasoning cubes • okra • Dried prawns • salt Step one Firstly, the protein has to be thoroughly cooked because Ogbono soup doesn’t really take too much time to be ready, so after washing the meat (cow tail) you can use any protein of choice, so after watching the meat put in a clean pot, add some sliced onions, seasoning cubes, dried rosemary leaves, garlic and ginger and parboil until it becomes soft. Step two After parboiling the meat, next to do is slice or grate the okra finely, debone the fish, use hot water to wash the dried stock fish and also chop the vegetables and soak them in water to remove sand and dirts and also break out the head of the prawn and set aside. step three Put a reasonable amount of water in a pot, allow to get hot, then add three cooking spoons of oil, (depends on the quantity of water) cover and allow to boil, after some time add the meat, the dried fish, stock fish, prawns and dried pepper. I normally add some water to the pepper because there is always sand at the bottom, so I filter out the pepper and rinse away the sand, then lastly add seasoning cubes and salt to taste. Step four Add the Ogbono and stir and allow it to cook very well, after some time the vegetables can come in and also the okra, all to cook for few minutes before taking it of the heat. THANKS FOR STOPPING BY🌸🌺

I MADE DELICIOUS OKRO SOUP/ CREATIVE-SUNDAY
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=deborah-yelemu/ebpntblotc Hello my hivers, it’s another edition of the creative Sunday, I decided to hop on it and show you guys how I made my delicious Okro soup with a simple recipe. INGREDIENTS • Okro • Beef • fresh peppers • onions • fresh crabs • periwinkle • Dried prawns • fish (optional) • seasoning cubes • salt • palm oil Step one Firstly parboiling the beef is very important, I couldn’t show how I did mine because that has been done some weeks back and stocked up in the freezer. But here is how I did mine; I washed the beef thoroughly and then I sliced some onions in it, add seasoning cubes, bay leaves, ginger and garlic paste, a little bit of curry powder and boiled it for about 20minutes, this time can be exceeded depending on how soft you want it to be be. Step two I washed my Okro and sliced them finely, it can also be grated too, I washed my fresh peppers and onions and blended them and set aside. I also washed the crabs thoroughly, and then removed the head of prawns and set them all aside. Step three I washed my pot and put on high heat allowing the water in it to dry up, then I turned two cooking spoons of oil into the pot and allowed it to get hot, then I added some sliced onions into oil and fry for few seconds, then I added the pepper mix and fried it for some minutes. Step five After frying the pepper mix for some minutes, I added my cooked beef, periwinkle, crabs, prawn, the seasoning cubes (two knowrr chicken cubes) and salt to taste. Step six After adding all these, add a reasonable amount of water cover and allow to cook very well, at least 15minutes, then lastly add the sliced or grated Okro and allow to cook for some minutes. Note; Do not cover after adding the okro **THANKS FOR READING**🌺💞

yam and vegetable sauce //creative Sunday
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=deborah-yelemu/tgemkypijv Hello everyone, happy Sunday to you and your families, it’s another edition of the creative Sunday, and I decided to bring a simple yet but delicious recipe. INGREDIENTS • yam • vegetable (pumpkin leaves) • smoked catfish • onion • seasoning cubes • curry • fresh tomatoes/peppers • salt • palm oil Vegetable sauce Step one; I washed my tomatoes and peppers and blended them, not too smooth and set it aside, after that I soaked the vegetables for some minutes then washed the vegetables very well to remove sand and dirts. Step two; I deboned the smoked cat fish and kept aside, then I sliced the onions, while doing that I already turned on the heat and put a clean pot on it, when the pot became hot, I added a little amount of palm oil (one and half cooking spoon). Step three; When palm oil became hot, although I didn’t bleach it, I added the onions to give it a really nice flavor, I also added some tomato slices, then I added the tomatoes and peppers mix and stir very well. Step four; I added my the seasoning cubes and salt to taste, then I also added the deboned smoked cat fish, and gave it a good stir, after some minutes I added the washed vegetables and stir and allowed it cook for some minutes. cooked yam I had left over yam that I used in cooking previously but along the line that piece wasn’t enough, I had to add it I peeled the brown part of the yams out, and carved it into smaller pieces (avoid the yam touching your skin, it scratches a lot) then put in a bowl and washed it, then I added the yam to a pot of water and put it on high heat. I didn’t add salt immediately, I allowed it to boil for a while before adding salt, you can also added some slices of onions when it is almost done. photo design Thanks for visiting my blog🌺🌸

VIBES WEB3 MUSIC COMPETITION WK5; WITHOUT ME BY HALSEY
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=deborah-yelemu/ktztutgibk Hello everyone, it’s a wonderful week on the hive blockchain, and this my first ever entry on vibes web3 community, and I’m so delighted to be part of this week’s competition, although I had to stress my onboarder a little, thanks for your patience @merit.ahama Halsey blessed my soul with this song because I’m actually the type to get tired of listening to a particular song but this song has been on my playlist for years, the lyrics of the song actually aligns with a lot things that I have passed through in my love life. This song gives me old time memories, It’s a song that brings back to my feelings, It’s a song I actually used in going through hard times, the lyrics of this song actually speaks on love and betrayal, and whenever I listen to it, I could totally relate to every line. Shout out to the organizers @lordbutterfly and the entire team that’s putting out a great work here and for this wonderful opportunity. **LYRICS** Found you when your heart was broke I filled your cup until it overflowed Took it so far to keep you close (keep you close) I was afraid to leave you on your own I said I'd catch you if you fall (fall) And if they laugh, then fuck 'em all (all) And then I got you off your knees Put you right back on your feet Just so you could take advantage of me Tell me, how's it feel sittin' up there? Feeling so high, but too far away to hold me You know I'm the one who put you up there Name in the sky, does it ever get lonely? Thinking you could live without me Thinking you could live without me Baby, I'm the one who put you up there I don't know why (yeah, I don't know why) Thinking you could live without me Live without me Baby, I'm the one who put you up there I don't know why (I don't know why, yeah, yeah) lyrics source
