Episode 16: Jay and Ken Share Coaching Advice

Jay and Ken keep it in-house to share some advice on coaching issues. Included is a discussion about the importance of giving young players experience at "higher skill" positions (such as pitching), even if it might cause a few extra losses today, in order to help them develop for the future. They also talk about building a team culture, how to run more efficient practices, working conditioning into skills practice, keeping players healthy by not over-using them and more.
