I’m sharing my story because I want you to know: there’s more to life than losing weight.Looking back, I’m proud of myself. I didn’t let drugs or laxatives completely take over my life. I was strong enough to walk away—and I know some people aren’t always able to. That strength wasn’t easy, but it saved me.Honestly, I was scared to post this. It’s raw. It’s a part of my life I’ve never shared because, for so long, I felt ashamed. But I’ve learned that you should never feel embarrassed to talk about how you’re really feeling.There’s always a reason behind how you feel—and it’s so important to face it, understand it, and work through it.If this helps even one person, it’s worth it. ❤️
