    In this episode, I sit down with Norma Morley, born in 1923, in her 103 year. I met Norma at St. Lukes Parish Church in Burlington, Ontario, where she regularly attends community lunches and activities. Norma shares her experiences living in the great depression, the war, the simplicities of life back then, and her message to today's youth.     In this episode, I sit down with Jennifer Van Barnveld, president of Strong Fit Magazine—a global publication covering women’s health, fitness, and nutrition. Even with her experience as a high-performance coach, Jennifer found herself struggling with gut issues—bloating, anxiety, fatigue—you name it. It was messing with her energy, focus, and overall performance. She shares how years of ballet, strict dieting, an eating disorder, and the pressures of being a mom and business executive took a toll on her gut and health. Despite having a massive network of professionals, she found me through a referral at a conference where she was a keynote speaker—and after working together, we completely transformed her health.     A dream come true, sitting down with the world most recognized man in longevity and biohacking, Dave Asprey. In this episode we discuss although biohacking is a booming multi-billion dollar growing industry, its still largely unknown among a large percentage of the general population. We discuss hormones, endocrine disruptors, longevity hacks, hormone replacement therapy and so much more. On a side note, this was a very meaningful podcast because my little girl Simba the Pomeranian was by my side the whole podcast and shortly after said farewell and took her last breath after 12.5 years. Dave was incredibly kind and gentle to her and it was a beautiful day.
